The staff was a delight, had quite a few laughs with the staff and a good conversation with the doctor. They hand many devices to check and test your eyes. For getting glasses they take a picture of you with this neat device attached to the glasses. The device set your eye position with the glasses so you will get lenses designed just for you.

Dr. Nicole Stochla is always so friendly and helpful. I am so grateful I choose Newcomer Eye Associates as my Eye Exam location of choice! Everyone (officer manager, techs, etc) are so kind and giving! I am grateful for my experience again this year and look forward to my yearly exam next year.

First the young ladies up front are awesome wish places would have their service type style. Next the exam was great Nichole makes you feel at ease when going through the exam process. A team like that your sure number 1 and I'll be passing that along to everyone. Dr. Stochla and the girls at the front desk and everyone else are all amazing. Don't ever lose Dr. Stochla because she is awesome! She remembers who I am from year to year and we have fantastic, genuine conversations while my eyes being examined.

Very fast, very efficient, very nice. My dr made recommendations that my other optometrist never made and she found things wrong with my eyes I didn’t even know I had.

This was my second time at Newcomers. I found them in a search for AARP discounts. I hadn't been there for 2 years, but they had my record on hand which helped their diagnosis. The staff is friendly, attentive, safety-conscious, and efficient. The doctors are thorough and spend all the time and energy you need to understand and feel comfortable. They even made my appointment for cataract surgery with my chosen medical center, and Medicare covered it all. Plus, it's fun to go to the mall!

I enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Stochla; she clearly explained what each image and/or result meant, how and why my vision had changed in the past few years, and how to preemptively begin taking better care of my vision. Elizette took care of me on 9/12/22. She is just awesome. She made sure I got the right size frames to fit my face. We went thru a lot of frames to find the perfect 2 frames. She also made sure I got the best deal / price for my new glasses. I had such a great experience and can't thank her enough.

My experience with the eye doctor and team was excellent. I was made to feel very welcomed in a professional manner. I am a stickler for customer service and the service I received yesterday was top notch.

Dr. Nicole is the best! She is the first eye doctor who has listened to my concerns about my right eye! Every other doctor has told me "Well it's your script! So idk why you have these issues!" Dr. Nicole talked things through with me and was able to identify a few possible issues. She is very educated and I felt confident in her abilities!!

My daughter had an eye appointment to get contacts for the first time. Dr. Brodsky was very kind. The assistant who instructed Katie on putting in and removing the contacts was amazing!! That was the best instruction on contact care I've seen. Thank You!!!

From check-in to check-out (and all the stops in between), my visit was top notch. Customer service was above par--everyone at the desk knew their job and did it well. My benefits were drawn ahead of my arrival and each charge on my bill was explained. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. Every question was answered appropriately. Zero complaints.
