A lot of reviews are saying kids go here and look at stuff they shouldn't be.. most kids have phones nowadays and I'm sure they are already looking at things they aren't suppose to. Anyways, this is a very cool store with lots of novelty items and some adult themed items. The prices are a bit high but they aren't outrageous. The staff seemed friendly and greeted me when I entered the store. Overall I think they have some really interesting stuff!

Get with the times Spencer's and get a chip reader your like the only store with out one. I was in the store for a whole hour finding gifts for people for Christmas get to the register ring it all up and your card reader couldn't read my swipes and the girl said per policy she couldn't type it in even with it signed and my id. I had to leave with out my things 😒 i had to go to another few stores and waste a few more hours when i had found everything i needed at Spencer's. Get updated with the times.

Spencer's is a very unique store for sure. There is a little something for everyone here. This particular Spencer's had decent music playing and was well stocked and well layer out. I have been in a few that were not up to par and I quickly left. The staff was friendly and helpful as well, I recommend this particular store.

Stopped here to pick up a ugly Christmas sweater for a Christmas present. Was going to purchase two more Ugly Christmas sweaters but 😕 I wasn't sure if I needed the large or extra large sweater for myself and when I asked the guy working on the store floor if I could try the large on over my shirt for two seconds to be sure if the large fit and if the large didn't fit I would purchase the x-tra large sweater. OMG he was so rude and he said No you can't try it on you might get it dirty and sweat in it. If you want to try it on you have to purchase it . So I stated if I purchase it and try it on right outside your door and it doesn't fit then I can bring it back in for an exchange. Oh he wasn't Happy. He was like you better get a receipt in such a nasty voice! 😉 he spoke to me so rude I decided to not purchase the two other ugly Christmas sweaters. I will buy them somewhere else. 😩 I am not in a hurry to come back here after today's encounter. 😩

Illegal mask mandates even for people with health conditions. Being reported to the ADA. Specific health conditions allow exemptions for masks. I wore one, just with nose uncovered to allow to get some breathing, to appease some of the more paranoid and try to comply. However, an ignorant salesman still insisted I was not allowed to be in store with nose uncovered, even after notifying of my health condition. No money will be spent in this store if they can't even comply with mandate standards.

Not the store itself but the website your online ordering website I ordered $159 worth of items my money is still pending in my account I never received any kind of confirmation I literally two days later went to the store personally to buy out everything I ordered and after calling customer service they're saying it could take 5 to 10 days for that money to do one thing or the other even if it's returned to my account the store itself has nothing to do with the online program they didn't even have me in their system so yeah eventually I will probably have $160 put back into my account in the meantime Christmas is over so I had to physically go by the items out that I ordered

Spencer's is absolutely one of my favorite stores to go to. Their products are fun and interesting.

For the first time going I found a lot of stuff I love and definitely going back next paycheck

NEVER will I EVER patron this store again! Was in there today & have NEVER been treated with such disrespect from ANY worker as I was from the greasy, blue haired guy! There was a younger male who was working, who was so very kind; however when I went to ask for help, he wasn't around at that particular moment. Two different instances in one visit! The first was when I put 2 different shirts on the top shelf sprawled out for the little to see different color choices. I left them there without folding them bc we were going to go back to them, the little was busy checking something else out. When I went back to collect the two shirts to show, the blue hai guy came grunting and nastily ripped them off the shelf. When I apologized & said I planned to come back to it (which was what I was doing) he just walked off with them, huffing and puffing loudly! The 2nd time was the final straw, when he came back around and I said excuse me, not once, not twice, but 3 times- to ask for help reaching an item up top on a rack (those handles to reach up were nowhere in sight). The look he threw at me & the grunt he did, I had enough! I threw the shirts I had in my arms ready to buy on their floor and left! My advice, go spend your time & money at Hot Topic, the Disney Store, FYE, Zumiez (sp?!). The staff at EACH and EVERYONE of the stores I listed were beyond PHENOMENAL (ESPECIALLY Zumiez)! They made shopping with the little a VERY PLEASANT experience! Had Spencer's been the 1st store I went to, I'd have walked right out of that mall and NEVER looked back! If someone isn't having a good day, it gives you NO RIGHT to take it out on a Customer who did NOTHING TO YOU! Pull your Surveillance around 4-5 & hope you have audio! That's not someone who should be working with the public!

Mask mandates are pathetic in this store even with ppl with health conditions. No respect from the employees and are critically rude about pulling the mask up over your nose while u can't breathe... Let alone having the heat on max to wear it makes it even harder to breathe. I see a lawsuit coming if someone passes out in their store or has a stroke while in this particular store. Completely unacceptable and very ignorant towards those with health conditions and they offer no pickup services considering they sell masks and sanitizer. Masks are not law.... They need to be corrected on this....

I went here to get some props for a bachelorette party I was planning for my friend. While I did find what I needed, this place has gotten much more obscene since i was last in here which was many years ago. I also thought it was odd that kids were in here looking at very adult material. While I think this place is fine for adults, they should tone it down a bit because it's almost like being in a novelty shop. And as far as kids go, there is no way they should be in here, They have no one checking IDs at this place before entering. I have no idea how this place is even allowed to be here actually because it seems like it's breaking some major rules.

Great store! Found a White Castle slider pillow! The cashier was very helpful.
