the manager rolled her eyes at me because I wanted to make a return and she wasn’t even the one on register? I asked the girl what I did wrong and she’s like oh my manager is just cranky. Like ok tf. Don’t know her name but she’s short, black, stank face and worked at around 5 on 8/14/23. And had a bun that was falling apart.

I come in, browse for dresses and when I’m ready to pay make the line and waited for my turn. When she brings up the total I proceeded to pay cash. She then tells me they can only accept exact change or cards, so I tell her I will grab something else to come closer to the number even if it meant leaving them my change. I quickly grabbed something else and went back to her. She was already with another customer so I waited by the side waiting for her to complete the purchase with me. She looked at me and called the next customer and said absolutely nothing to me. Even if she wanted me to make the line that I waited for again she could’ve told me. But the customer service at this location is waaaay too poor. Will never recommend this store to anyone.

Shopped for a last minute wedding and Jakiyah was amazing and found so many options that looked so good! I actually bought 2 just bc they looked so amazing

I frequent this store and let me tell you that it is always well maintained! Most of the staff are welcoming with a smile on their face (like Priscilla who somehow happens to always be there when I go in). There hasn't been I time I leave empty handed from here. 10/10 recommend!

A bit on the pricy side but you won’t regret anything you get from Windsor because their style is trendy and classy! So this will forever be my go to store!

Absolutely shocking lack of customer appreciation combined with extremely low quality clothing and accessories. The only thing that can make this store worse is the inability to return items that have fallen apart and are clearly within the return policy terms. I vote with my dollar and my vote isn’t at Windsor. The Whitehall PA location Management couldn’t get any worse. Jaw dropping behavior toward customers is an understatement.

They Have some nice dresses

My bestie said if I could only shop one place for the rest of her life, it would be here. Not because I buy a lot, but I love the styles. The prices are very affordable, especially considering it's the mall. Around the price of Hot Topic. For you bougie folks, that means less than the 3 anchor stores like Macy's. Staff is present but not smothering. Other complaints I see here seem to be that they didn't treat the employees like people, so they got ignored. There are cheaper places, but this place is great if you like styles that are a little different, from club to fancy.

The Whitehall Pa store is a horrible place to shop. The clothing are wonderful but the staff and specially the manager are a nightmare. Nothing like being the customer and being called nasty name and a liar. The sales girls are completely unprofessional as well as the manager. If I could I ould give this store a negative 10 because of the unprofessional treatment rom the manager. This has to have been the worst experience I ever had in a store.

Tenika was so great! She helped my daughter get the exact shoes for her dress and the jewelry. She was so patient and sweet! Definitely coming back!

Took my middle daughter here to pick out a dress for her 8th grade formal. She was able to find something really nice that she loves, and she is a very particular person... she knows what she likes and doesn't like! Customer service was very good as well!

It was my first time going into the store today and it was a great experience!! The customer service is amazing! Shout out to Jakiyah, Clarissa, and Styles for helping me today. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Tenika & Nicol are amazing they helped me pick out styles for a trip I was going on. Helped me with my return & they were so amazing with such a great energy. It’s always nice to see associates who genuinely enjoy their job an produce a good vibe. I hope the store treats these women with value. I would recommend this store because of the associates.

This was a nice store with a large selection of prom dresses at reasonable prices. My daughter ultimately decided not to purchase a dress from this location. The location was well staffed with people busy waiting on folks and answering questions.

Jakiyah at Windsor did an AMAZING job helping me pick an outfit for my best friends wedding! She stuck with me the entire time, gave useful advice, AND hyped me up so I felt excited about what I was buying. Go get yourself this hype girl!

Kiara was such a great help I came in last minute for a birthday outfit not knowing what to get and she came and helped me !! Chose out 4 outfits for me to try on and gave her opinion on every one of them. I ended up going with one of the outfits and a pair of shoes 10/10 for her and the store. Her customer service was amazing I’ll definitely be recommending people to this location !

I’ve been here multiple times and always get treated really bad ( to the point I don’t even want to ask anything) and when I go always come to them with a good attitude, when I go There I kinda know what I want but their customer service is the worse, mean people do not want to help you to find anything always looking busy walking around if you ask them a question will ignore you, the prices used to be good but now they are super high and the clothes quality is not the best. I mean when you go to store you go to spend your money and get good customer service DO NOT EXPECT THAT FROM THEM AT ALL 😒
