Overpriced
for
what
it
is.
For
downtown
Whitehorse,
yes
it
is
the
most
appealing
formal
hotel,
and
yes
it
has
one
of
the
better
views,
but
its
price
does
not
match
expectations
especially
with
so
many
Air
B&B
options
and
other
standard
hotels
competing.
Pros:
•
Acceptable
beds,
good
pillows
•
Useful
electrical
plug
access
at
both
sides
of
the
bed.
•
Great
view
and
location
•
In-hotel
restaurant
access
with
reasonable
prices.
•
Excellent
customer
service.
•
Clean
room,
no
detachable
scents.
•
Small
but
handy
snack/drink
bar
downstairs
for
sale.
•
The
refrigerator
fridge
was
the
cheapest
model
I
can
imagine,
no
freezer
compartment.
•
There
is
limited
parking
and
several
slots
are
for
small/nimble
cars
only.
•
Everything
is
by
passcode,
no
keys
or
cards,
so
gods
help
you
if
your
memory
is
bad.
•
The
bathroom
was
so
tiny
that
the
sink
was
in
the
main
room
because
of
poor
room
design.
•
The
sink
itself
was
so
shallow
that
it
made
any
larger
cups
impossible
to
fit.
No
liquid
shampoo
was
provided.
•
Overall
room
size
was
quite
small
for
price,
wheelchair
accessibility
is
very
questionable
in
room.
•
The
heater
smelled
of
burnt
dust
when
turned
on.
To
be
fair,
I
suspect
the
quality
rooms
on
the
top
floors
are
likely
a
different
story
as
the
views
must
be
ideal
and
romantic.
For
those
who
have
money
to
burn,
I
would
recommend
those
rooms.
Otherwise
for
the
rest
of
us,
the
cost
just
makes
it
disappointing
overall.
Also,
if
you
have
a
large
vehicle,
good
luck
in
parking
when
it's
small
lot
gets
crowded.

~
Rooms
were
strongly
scented,
water
pressure
for
shower
was
below
average,
AC
was
gutless
and
did
more
to
degrade
the
air
quality
than
cool
the
room.
