Overpriced for what it is. For downtown Whitehorse, yes it is the most appealing formal hotel, and yes it has one of the better views, but its price does not match expectations especially with so many Air B&B options and other standard hotels competing. Pros: • Acceptable beds, good pillows • Useful electrical plug access at both sides of the bed. • Great view and location • In-hotel restaurant access with reasonable prices. • Excellent customer service. • Clean room, no detachable scents. • Small but handy snack/drink bar downstairs for sale. • The refrigerator fridge was the cheapest model I can imagine, no freezer compartment. • There is limited parking and several slots are for small/nimble cars only. • Everything is by passcode, no keys or cards, so gods help you if your memory is bad. • The bathroom was so tiny that the sink was in the main room because of poor room design. • The sink itself was so shallow that it made any larger cups impossible to fit. No liquid shampoo was provided. • Overall room size was quite small for price, wheelchair accessibility is very questionable in room. • The heater smelled of burnt dust when turned on. To be fair, I suspect the quality rooms on the top floors are likely a different story as the views must be ideal and romantic. For those who have money to burn, I would recommend those rooms. Otherwise for the rest of us, the cost just makes it disappointing overall. Also, if you have a large vehicle, good luck in parking when it's small lot gets crowded. Edit update: Aug 24, 2023 ~ Rooms were strongly scented, water pressure for shower was below average, AC was gutless and did more to degrade the air quality than cool the room.

NOT PET FRIENDLY! Was listed as a pet-friendly hotel on trip adviser, so we booked a room for our whole family and Dog to stay the night. When we arrived, they turned us away for having our dog. Not pet friendly. If you're USAF crossing through to PCS with a family and pet, do not book here. They won't refund it to the GTC either. So we will see if we end up having to pay out of pocket for this room.

We had a nice stay in April. Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. They were painting the hallways while we were there but couldn't smell anything from the room. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Parking lot is fairly small but easy if you know how to drive well.

We loved our stay at Raven Inn. Great location downtown close to everything. Lounge was very good too. Every single staff member went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Especially Roger. Super, super helpful. He absolutely above and beyond. Not cheap. But worth it.

Great hotel, relatively new and very spacious given we stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with a pull-out sofa. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans and the fridge and ovens are full-sized. Reception and staff are super helpful and relatively quick to respond to any requests or additional items you might need. There was also a small balcony where you can also see the Northern Lights! The location is away from the main street area but still within a 10 minute walk and very convenient to head to the grocery store for anything.

The customer service was outstanding - especially Roger at the service desk. The rooms were very clean and we absolutely loved the modern. Beds were super cozy and there were outlets galore for charging devices. We will definitely be back here!!

My boss regularly goes to Whitehorse for work. I always try to get him booked into the Raven Inn as soon as I know what his travel plans are. The hotel is great and the staff are very efficient, professional and kind. If you are coming to Whitehorse for leisure or business, strongly consider the Raven Inn for your accommodations!

Our family of 6 had a trip to White Horse. Our travel agent booked two Queen beds room at Raven Inn. The staff there are very helpful. We also love the restaurant downstairs, the Railwork Lounge. Food there are tasty, our servers Courtney and Nora are very friendly.

Amazing place. Quite pricey but that seems to be the norm around here. Room was clean and very nice. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us out.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable but pillow selection was nil. I asked for a thinner pillow and was told there were none. There is no house keeping service but can ask for fresh towels. The kitchen was new and well equipped and looked like something from an Ikea catalog. The restaurant on the first floor was worth a visit. Nice bar food and service.

Nice hotel in Whitehorse. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hallways have a rather wild color palette. Everything is push key code entry. It is close to downtown and within reasonable walking distance to the attractions (museums, etc.) and restaurants.

We stayed at the Raven for 4 nights over the June 10th weekend and we loved it. Two of us are from Hamilton and one from Vancouver. We had a one bedroom suite and the third person used the very comfortable sofa bed. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchenette. The staff were great. I was reading a negative review and I think that person just doesn't understand the Yukon and how the utilities work and how difficult it is to contain the midnight sun. In the review they talked about parking. We always got a spot in the lot but there is loads of free street parking. Buildable land is at a premium in Whitehorse. As far as price we thought it was totally fair for the space and room we got. The one thing we wished we had in the room was a full length mirror but only because we were dressing up for an event. Lastly the restaurant is great.

Amazing Rooms, for looks its probably the best in white horse. My only issue is that for me, good wifi is the industry standard now and the speed there was quite bad (2 Mbps). Speeds this low you can't stream videos unless you're at 420p or lower.
