I
was
so
excited
to
get
a
Culver’s
in
the
area.
The
first
few
times
we
went,
I
chalked
the
errors
up
to
the
staff
simply
working
the
bugs
out
of
the
new
store.
But,
every
single
time
we
go
there,
there
is
an
issue.
We
have
been
forgotten
in
the
drive
thru
twice
where
I
actually
called
the
store
to
as
about
our
food.
I
kid
you
not.
They
forgot
we
were
there!!
When
we
bring
the
food
home,
the
order
has
not
been
right
once.
Tonight
they
gave
me
a
chocolate
concrete
mixer
with
no
mix
ins.
Not
a
one!
Then,
they
gave
me
a
vanilla
one
(which
we
didn’t
order)
with
the
correct
mix
ins.
With
the
wait
times
and
order
frustrations,
it’s
getting
to
the
point
that
it
isn’t
even
worth
going.
I
have
enjoyed
every
other
Culver’s
I
have
ever
visited.
This
one,
just
can’t
seem
to
figure
it
out.
