There was actual blood on our sheets when we got into our room. The lady that replaced them was very nice but it took her three sets to get one without any other stains. GOOD NEWS is that you can't hear the airport.. however, that's because the AC unit in the room was extremely noisy 👎 We asked for a different room but they said they were booked. Went to the website and it let me reserve another room for the same night.. 🤔

Very nice hotel, conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cleaning services available upon the request. Breakfast was included, and good healthy choices. Kids enjoyed the pool. Defenately coming back again.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. As I have seen on other reviews the TVs are on a sidewall but they do pull out and tilt so that was not a problem. Very convenient shuttle to and from the airport. The plane noise was not too bad because we keep the air/fan on but there was construction outside in the road way that we heard more than the planes. There is a park straight across the road with a disc golf course and many other things to do. Breakfast was not great but sufficient.

I enjoyed my time in Las Vegas, September 2023, came far from my hometown Memphis. The ladies at the front desk were helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport and hotel. Also, the ladies working the breakfast area were really sweet. No bed bugs in the room, there were homeless people near the hotel area, toilet handle was broken, refrigerator didn’t get cold. But bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a great time in the city!

Located in a safe location of Las Vegas, the hotel has updated, nice decor, including high-end showers. The dining room is well-maintained. The staff was professional. I didn’t hear the airport. No complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s what I’d expect from Hampton Inn & Suites. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Within proximity to the airport and they have a shuttle. I’d like to recognize Drew at the front desk. He gladly fulfilled my requests and with a smile.

My initial impression was that the hotel room was a little run down, but it was clean. I give the hotel five stars for very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay and particularly when JetBlue rescheduled our flight at 2:30am and we were left to find our own accommodations in the dead of night. We had checked out already (early) and when I called, the front desk allowed us to recheck-in and sent the airport shuttle to come get us. Very grateful for their help!

Room smelled like weed but staff gave me a new room I had issues w the second room and no housekeeping available so I had to get a mop from the front desk The comforter was also stained which was not comforting It’s close to the airport and free shuttle is provided which is very convenient. Driver was nice and on time to the airport

So thankful for this hotel & they’re amazing hospitality! I’m from New Jersey and was in Las Vegas for a family vacation. I accidentally booked the wrong flight and didn’t realize I missed it until I went to check in. I was beside myself wondering what I was gonna do with five children after midnight in the airport. I came across this hotel on Google maps, took a chance and what a life saver it was! The man at the desk was so helpful and nice. He put us on the first floor, which was amazing with all the luggage we had…the room was well decorated & clean. The area is safe and quiet. The beds are super comfortable, the sheets they provide for the pull out bed we’re clean and the free breakfast was great!! Save us so much time to relax before our flight. The shuttle is so NICE & CLEAN, driver was friendly. If I’m ever back in Vegas I will be definitely booking with Hampton Inn again!!

We stayed at this hotel and parked our vehicle for two weeks. The rooms were comfortable, clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The parking was very reasonable and this hotel was close to the airport. The staff at the front desk and shuttle drivers were so friendly and helpful too! Thank you for such a convenient, reasonably priced and easy stay:).

Best hotel stay ever! The shuttle driver, Clark, is a great guy and I was very impressed with his kindness and words of supportive wisdom. (Unfortunately we are passing through trying to make it home to see my dad one last time) The breakfast service here is the BEST I have ever had at any hotel!!! Everyone was absolutely amazing and I would definitely stay here again!

This Hampton Inn operates on the cheap side. Breakfast items were limited. The bed cover had stains. The fridge is tiny and so is the pool. The Hampton Inn in Saint Rose is way better. They are more generous and fancy with Breakfast and beds are impecable.

My son and I had a great experience staying at the Hampton Inn. The room (Studio) was spacious, clean, and accomodating. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, There was also nice hot coffee, with a hot breakfast offered. Also a choice of fresh fruit (apples, oranges, and bananas) and various types of juice. I look forward to future stays at the Hampton Inn, and am sorry I can't obtain member status without getting a credit card. I recommend staying at the Hampton Inn as a good choice.

I cannot say a enough good things about this hotel and the service I received! I had a situation where I missed my flight due to my gate changing at the last minute, and I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel for my 1 night layover. They went above and beyond to be kind and make me comfortable from the second i booked. I called the hotel from the airport and the shuttle came to pick me up within 20 minutes for free. I was naturally a bit upset about missing my flight, but the shuttle driver was so kind and gave me a lot of information and made me feel better. When he dropped me off at 11:30 at the hotel I figured I would have to wait a while to check in, but was surprised when the woman at the front desk told me that they had a room ready for me right away. The following morning I had an excellent hot breakfast. The staff in the breakfast area were so nice and checked on me several times. Then I got on the morning shuttle to the airport, and was on time for my flight. I can't thank Hampton Inn and Hilton enough for everything they did to make my stay better and improve a terrible day. I will be a customer for life.

My favorite Hilton property in all of U.S. always great service. Rooms as expected. Breakfast is as usual but they have my brand of green tea, I love watching the planes come in, shuttle to airport, and most important places to sit and drink my tea. Shaded in back in the morning and shaded in front in afternoon.

1.) Unsafe stay. I was robbed within 10 minutes of the time it took me to check in and walk my daughter to our room before going to retrieve our locked bicycles from my car's bike rack. The bike were very well secured with "Kryptonite lock and cable system. On returning to my car, I encountered the thief in progress with my daughter's new $800 bike already in the back of his truck. If I had taken 5 seconds longer to get to my vehicle, my $6000 bicycle would also have been gone. I captured images of his vehicle driving over the gravel landscaping onto the street. It was obvious that he had the tools on hand to facilitate shearing the locked cable system. I've attached an image here of the thief driving away with her bike. The parking lot has warning signs posted and broken glass surrounding the parking lot from other thefts. The manager says that this is a known problem at this hotel that has been reported to Hilton many times to no avail nor actions. She says that the thieves know that the shuttle drive to the airport is a 25 minute window to go un-noticed. There are cameras to observe to pool area, hallways, door sensors, etc; but Hilton considers the investment in patrons' safety in it's parking lot to be unimportant (paraphrased). 2.) I reserved my stay via Hilton H Honors to include myself, my 13 year old daughter, and my dog. My confirmation was was for a price of $135. On my arrival for check in; I was told that there was an additional $50 charge for my dog's stay regardless of the confirmation. Graciously, the manager refunded this to me the next day based on my awful experience at this hotel!

The digital key function doesn't work here! Our room was so dirty! The pool is disgusting. We had two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. The phone in our room didn't work so we had to walk to the front desk. When asked for one wash cloth, we were told "let me see if we have any". There was a brown spot on a bath towl... so gross. And on our last night, thankfully we only spent two nights in this dump, I had to kill a roach that was in our room! If it wasn't a non-refundable room, we would've been out as soon as we stepped foot in it. We needed a place to stay and didn't want to waste our money, but this place is a waste of money! Roaches!!! I can't even tell how disgusting that is!!! Never will be staying at this location ever again! This is a hotel in the Hilton family?! Hilton has been shamed!!

Booked for convenience as our flight arrived in Vegas late. The free shuttle arrived super quick to collect us after a phonecall. Check in was quick and easy. Our room - a king suite - was spacious and clean. The aircon was quite noisy but we were exhausted and soon fell asleep. Breakfast was one of the best we've had and the two lovely ladies on service made it even more enjoyable. All in all, a great experience and we will definitely return.

We missed our flight and had to wait a day to leave. We wanted something with an airport shuffle to make leaving easier. When I called to make the reservation, all of my questions were answered and I was given EXCELLENT instructions on how to get to the shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle driver, Larry, was awesome. He pointed out everything for food / convenience shopping close to the hotel when we were pulling up. As soon as we walked in we were offered water and we were even able to check in at 10:15 AM. Every staff member was amazing and kind and made the very stressful experience of missing our flight less stressful. THANK YOU.

Hotel is close to the airport and they have a shuttle that runs between the two. Rooms are clean, large and beds are comfortable. Swimming pool was a delight after a long day of traveling. Breakfast sounded good but we had to leave for a flight early next morning. Friendly & helpful staff.

I pre-booked parking and use of shuttle service. Six months ago we did same. We drove 1.5 hrs to get there in the middle of the night...restrooms closed. We did the same thing yesterday and same thing no restrooms..out of order. Staff said we were too late to catch shuttle. We were 2 minutes past the hour. Later she said it was much more. We pulled in right behind shuttle. Staff in hotel was very unfriendly and told the driver he needed to just go she would deal with us. So I think the hotel could give a flying leap about occasional riders her focus Wes pilots and stewards

We came from out of town to participate in a football tournament. I was traveling solo with my kids and was nervous about being on my own. The service here was fantastic. They allowed me to check in early and brought a pack and play to my room very quickly. Free parking is such a win in the area. And the breakfast was great. Not only was the food good and had a nice spread of options, but the service was amazing. They offer housekeeping daily and are very thorough. Great service, decent beds, big rooms and a great time we had in Vegas.

The toilet seat wasn’t cleaned before our stay and the walls are remarkably thin. Front desk was friendly and helpful and the proximity to the airport helps, but I am unlikely to stay here again.

Stayed here for convenience sake on the last night of our trip because it was affordable and close to the airport. It ended up being one of our favorite accommodations of the whole trip. The room felt like a suite, it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Add in free breakfast and airport shuttle, and you kind of can't beat it! Pleasantly surprised.

This hotel is close and convenient to the airport. However, this does come with the noise associated with being close. It suited our needs for our one night stay. Nothing great, but not awful either. Rooms are a bit cramped, but okay for a short stay. Housekeeping in our room was just okay. Could be improved. Friendly staff at the front desk. Markets and restaurants close by as well.

This hotel had a very nice atmosphere and everything was very clean. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very polite, the rooms were tidy, and the food wasn't bad at all. The only small thing I might have to say that goes against my praise for this hotel would be that there weren't enough chairs for everyone to have a seat at breakfast.

Great stay. Quick access to the airport via the hotel’s complimentary shuttle. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Also, the breakfast was very good and well stocked. Walking distance to several fast food restaurants and 7/11.

Excellent customer service at the front desk and breakfast. A good location for a late arrival in Vegas. We stayed here then took the free shuttle to the rental center to pick up a car for a Grand Canyon trip the next day. Rooms are up to date. Breakfast is excellent.

Nice staff and really comfortable beds with large rooms. There is a pool. It isn't a resort hotel but it is just a short shot to the strip via uber or lift.

Great staff! Close to LAS airport. Shuttle runs to and from every 30 minutes which is great. I felt that this was a super modern hotel with great touches

Clean & pretty room. We liked the shower doors instead of a curtain. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and departed on time at the top of each hour. Would stay here again.

Super clean, easy access to airport, attentive staff. I travel through the Vegas area frequently. This Hampton Inn is my absolute go to for overnight visits. If you want a super clean room and quick access to airport, I highly recommend. Plenty of good food and restaurants near by without the Strip feel.

Like every hotel, I found one dead bug on the carpet and hair in the shower. Shower took 4 minutes to get like warm and another 1-2 minutes to get hot. AC is loud but white noise helps me sleep. Stayed on 4th floor facing the pool. Can hear people in the pool very clearly. But it didn't keep me up. Not sure if the pool closed at a specific time. TV worked. Microwave worked. Mini fridge was actually too cold. I don't eat pork so I appreciate the turkey sausage instead of regular sausage or bacon. Oh... either the water or the bar soap leaves residue so probably best to bring your own body wash. All the staff were great so I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3.

Very helpful reception! Good shuttle pickup and return to airport and car rentals. Handy to airport rentals. Very good modern bedroom and bathroom. Only downside was the smell in the corridor needing to be replaced but this is probably a party of the continuing upgrade. Happily stay again.

We stayed her for 4 days 3 nights and it was very nice. First night was a bit hard to sleep due to people in room above jumping and banging. But other then that stay was nice. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff were all very friendly. There is a pool, but was a bit too chilly for swimming so we didn't check it out.

  • 5/5 Jill S. 1 year ago on Google
Nice, clean, modern hotel right by the airport with pool and free airport shuttle that runs every hour. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Room was huge! Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The only fault I could find was that the complimentary breakfast doesn’t start until 6am, so if you have an early morning flight like me, plan on getting food elsewhere.

Digital key did not work. The sensor on the door was obviously broken. Supposed to be able to control room temp and lights with the phone app. That didn't work either. I was not able to connect to wifi either. Toilet seat did not fit the toilet, which provides a unique opportunity to get pinched in sensitive places when you sit. Location is close to the airport so that is convenient, especially with their free shuttle; however, jet noise was constant all night. Not worth the price I paid.

With the exception of the semi stained comforter, the rooms were clean. It’s cool to see the airplanes coming in for landings, And the giant park with tons of grass And trees across the street. Overall it’s been a great stay.

Fabulous, friendly staff. Lovely, updated rooms. A clean, inviting outdoor pool. So quiet in the room, despite location beside airport. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! A refreshing change from the madness of resorts on the Vegas Strip.

Over the top service! Our flight was canceled after all day travel. It was late and we were tired. We called for a room and airport shuttle. They were right there for us, took excellent care of us, kind and quick. The room was clean and comfortable! If I could give the service 10 stars, I would!!

Not enough parking, had to go up a curb with van to park in rocks when arriving at 6pm. Entry way smelled like someone had smoked in it and stayed like that the entire trip (evening to next morning). Older bath tub with silicone seal around wall was chipped away. Poor location of toilet paper holder had to reach way back to get it. Friendly ladies at breakfast. Great value for money. Just some minor improvements to be made. The driver was very knowledgeable about things to do and was very friendly.
