Hello. My daughter and I came into your Harmon Hills office on 6/7. We provided a police report and letter to terminate lease due to domestic violence. The lady in the office made a copy and gave my daughter the original documents. I asked her what the turn around time is and she said 7 business days. My daughter has called for an update, but is getting no information or help. I called and asked for a number or email to the corporate office and was told they can’t give it to me so this was my only option to hopefully get a response.

Imagine being told to live in a moldy apartment. I’ve been here since May 2022 the maintenance men are all rude. The office ladies are worse especially Alma. I have mold and mildew all over the wall by my AC Unit, in the window, in the tub and by the sinks. The maintenance man said he’s just going to “treat” the mold and sprayed bleach on it. A quick google search would have told him that bleach doesn’t kill mold. When I inquired on why they wouldn’t just move me because this doesn’t seem livable at all especially when I have a 2 year old baby here. I’ll be taking legal steps but really do not move here 1 star is too much. And even the replacement part they brought in is dirty.

Harmon Hills is the worst place to live. The entire management staff is rude , unprofessional and lacks empathy. Maintenance request go unfulfilled for days or marked as complete when no one comes to check on the issue. The increase the rent yearly with no enhancement or improvement to your unit. There is a roach infestation issue that you have to solve yourself. If you can deal with all that then by all means move here. If not, STAY FAR AWAY! Find something better for yourself !!!!!! DO NOT MOVE TO HARMON HILLS. Or any other property owned by Westland Properties

I took a tour and opened the dishwasher, roaches scattered. The office people kept saying different prices. We canceled the application and still haven’t received our REFUNDABLE $200 holding fee. Will be reporting.

My son lives in these apts and they are not worth the money that they rent them for. Their office staff are rude and don't even know what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend anyithat I know to live here. There pools look like swamps and there maintenance is horrible. I wouldn't even give them a quarter of a star rating. I had to mark 1 star so it could let me post this but they don't deserve it

Beware of scam through this place . They will take your fees and holding deposit then claim you have an eviction. when you in fact do not nor never have and refuse to give back holding deposit . By law holding deposits are only non refundable if you choose not to continue on with the rental . I feel this is a scam and the front office is stealing monies from people . I will be checking into this further and update this review . I received a call by an individual to represent them and will be doing so .

Quiet place considering the neighborhood. Staff is not overly helpful, but they also do not bother you as long as you do what you're supposed to. Surprisingly clean areas and the price isn't too bad. Pretty quick to get approved as well. Neighbors are friendly, but also mind their business too.

I like it here, honestly the property looks very nice in my opinion. And on the apartment i am staying in, it could use some work but no challenge is too hard for me. 💪
