    Nice little place. Always friendly staff. Sandwich is always filled out. Clean inside. Parking can be a challenge at times. Recommended!

    They have Fuze Raspberry Ice tea at the fountain. Awesome. The sandwich I ordered was good...bread was a little hard..but ok. It was about 230pm on a Sunday. I will return.

    Donovan or "donnie" made my experience in the store 110% better made us laugh and feel good about being there he noticed my mother was cold and gave her his jacket while we were in the store made us feel like he really values his customer experience very respectful and helpfull. If he worked for me I'd give him a raise!! He well deserves it!

    A. The phone doesn't work 95% of the time so calling in an order is next to impossible. B. Workers talk to much, I just want to get my food for my family and leave and not be bothered with questions about my personal life when I don't even know these people. Very unprofessional I do NOT recommend

    Just don't use the app or make a call in order. Be aware if you do they will take the opportunity to cut costs and screw the customer every single time! If you take the time to go inside they won't do this. Most recent order was a veggie salad and a 6 inch ham and cheese. Salad container was less than half full. No extra lettuce, spinach, onions, or black olives as I had requested. I could have got more on a side salad at Schlotzskys for a lot less. I called and the excuse I got was there is a new manager and they have been told to basically ration the salad stuff. But if I pay $6.99 for a salad, the container should at least be somewhat full. Same way on the sandwich. It is useless to click more on the app for ANYTHING. It actually seems if you click more, they purposely put LESS. I have ordered at other Subways on the app and never ran into these issues. The only thing they said i could do was bring it back and they would fix it, but no apology or anything else. This is the 3rd time in a row a mobile order hasn't been right at this store. This time was the worst. I ended up taking both the salad and sandwich back for a refund, because by the time i drove back the sandwich wouldn't be worth eating anyway. Come on Whitney Subway, y'all can definitely do better. I definitely won't be coming back for a long time, if ever.

    Idk what happened to this subway but quality and quantity have both taken a nose dive towards how much they can skimp to save money per customer. The meat to veggie ratio is crazy. A layer of tomatoes is thicker than the layer of meat they give you. I ordered a sub via the app and had to go back to the store to ask about the ratios. I was confused, they must have given me someone else's veggie sandwich, nope. There is just so little meat I couldn't see it under the veggies. This restaurant is clearly in a devastating nose dive into failure with their current methods to screw over customers to save a penny. Save your money. Go to another subway.

    There was a hair in my wife's samwich mine was ok but the employees were slower than the second coming of Christ good thing I am not the manager of this place the manager is lousy to his employees to let them preform like that

    Love that I can bring my son in who is extra all the time, the ladies remember him and his sandwich so or in store time is short as he gets over stimulated often. They take the time to try to understand him and talk with him. Every other Sunday this is his go to place for lunch. Thank you ladies

    Grandson and husband gave them my order that I wrote down. No bell peppers and only 2 olives. It had so much salt on it that I couldn't eat it. It was horrible. It's always been good until now.

    So let me start out by saying how great the ladies (day shift) are at this establishment. My husband and I remodel houses together and we eat at the whitney subway everyday for lunch. The ladies here are absolutely amazing. They bring personality, professionalism and charm to this town. I look forward to seeing them everyday. I should also note that I am very pregnant and while building a relationship with every single one of these women, they shocked me even further by surprising me with a baby gift. I never expected such a gift. They truly warmed my heart and I am happy so happy to call them family. Thank you so very much ladies of subway. 💚 I am a little embarrassed that we never formally introduced ourselves; I suppose names dont matter when it comes to the heart. Thank yall. After the baby arrives I will be sure to send my husband to subway so he can give yall the details 😁 To subway franchise owner: I hope you appreciate the women you have working for you. They are so funny and the place is ALWAYS clean. Their attitudes alone are worth highlighting. I truly hope that you can reward them all for helping keep your business as awesome as they do. It's hard to find honest hard working people; even harder to find good hearted, great spirited employees. Love you ladies 💚🌻

    Just pulled a long dark hair outta my sandwich. Called the shift leader, Patrick and all he had to say “Well I don’t have anyone working evening shift with long hair” He did offer to make me another sandwich. 🤢

    Not all Subways are the same and that is simply because of the people. We did the Bogo50 special online today. System had a glitch and canceled our order after we placed it. Bummer but it happens. They were amazing. Subway does not allow the store to honor the online code in the store. Well they found a way and made it right. Plus they make an excellent sandwich . We will be back.

    Probably the cleanest and nicest Subway I have been in. There were several ladies working and they were all super nice and super fast. Not only working the line in there, but the line in the drive thru. Keep it up yall!!! I'll definitely be back.

    They don't change their gloves when they go to the window to open and shut it. They touch everything with their gloves and then prepare your food right before your very eyes. You know they do that so much they forget they've got gloves on! Who knows, they probably go to the restroom with gloves on!

    It's an all right subway, my coming is they have no consistency when making any standard subs. When I asked if they had completed the subway sandwich courses, no one knew what that was. Hence why they don't even know how make the same sandwich twice. It's a shame that the quality of the owners/management don't utilize the tools provided by corporate to ensure the same quality of the sandwiches throughout the day. On a lighter note however I loved getting double meat on the six subs I got and not being charged for it. Bet management wished they trained better!
