Just
don't
use
the
app
or
make
a
call
in
order.
Be
aware
if
you
do
they
will
take
the
opportunity
to
cut
costs
and
screw
the
customer
every
single
time!
If
you
take
the
time
to
go
inside
they
won't
do
this.
Most
recent
order
was
a
veggie
salad
and
a
6
inch
ham
and
cheese.
Salad
container
was
less
than
half
full.
No
extra
lettuce,
spinach,
onions,
or
black
olives
as
I
had
requested.
I
could
have
got
more
on
a
side
salad
at
Schlotzskys
for
a
lot
less.
I
called
and
the
excuse
I
got
was
there
is
a
new
manager
and
they
have
been
told
to
basically
ration
the
salad
stuff.
But
if
I
pay
$6.99
for
a
salad,
the
container
should
at
least
be
somewhat
full.
Same
way
on
the
sandwich.
It
is
useless
to
click
more
on
the
app
for
ANYTHING.
It
actually
seems
if
you
click
more,
they
purposely
put
LESS.
I
have
ordered
at
other
Subways
on
the
app
and
never
ran
into
these
issues.
The
only
thing
they
said
i
could
do
was
bring
it
back
and
they
would
fix
it,
but
no
apology
or
anything
else.
This
is
the
3rd
time
in
a
row
a
mobile
order
hasn't
been
right
at
this
store.
This
time
was
the
worst.
I
ended
up
taking
both
the
salad
and
sandwich
back
for
a
refund,
because
by
the
time
i
drove
back
the
sandwich
wouldn't
be
worth
eating
anyway.
Come
on
Whitney
Subway,
y'all
can
definitely
do
better.
I
definitely
won't
be
coming
back
for
a
long
time,
if
ever.
