This place should be shut down their medical customer service is HORRIBLE I believe they hire anybody at this facility, and don’t get my started on trying to get a decent appointment person on the line , nobody knows how to make appointments at this place , they genuinely do not care .

This is so on point .. same thing happens to me and my family. Rude , inconsiderate etc .... This clinic sucks big time. Every month I need my asthma medication they give me issues. Everytime my pharmacy requests refills. They NEVER respond EVER. I hate hate hate this place so much. The Doctors are really bad. Its hard to get my kids seen for emergencies. They dont care for the patient's at all. They cause me so much stress. Me and my whole family come to this shizz hole too. I have made my mind up. Im changing clinics. Also the girls who work there are incredibly rude and dont like to be asked anything. BEWARE if you choose this clinic. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I agree with all the reviews here. Staff are very rude. Its absurd they want to charge you if you dont show up to your appointment yet they dont answer the phone. What's also absurd is that they open at 8 am yet they dont start to "answer" phone calls at 9 am.

It is incredible that despite so many breaches of medical ethics and the regulations of the California Department of Health (CDPH), until now they have not fined this clinic, especially, they should fire the people who run this place like Ericka , Maria who only discredit the good work of Dr.Gonzales, people who constantly mistreat patients for whom they have work. I am thinking of filing a complaint with the CDPH so that they can audit them.

I agree with these reviews, this place is disorganized. Rude and unprofessional. Staff does not communicate with each other or the patients. Waited an hour to see the Dr and I had an appointment. Haven't seen the same provider twice.

The wait is very long i suggest you take snacks for the kids or toys but my son's pediatrician Dr. Eliza Fernando Gonzalez is absolutely amazing. The stars are mainly for her.

Terrible service from the women in the front desk, never give you appointments, they ignore your questions, the don’t help you fill out your documents properly (instead they tell you when they are leaving that you forgot to fill out something!) and they don’t ever answer their phones! I only go there because I get great customer service from Maria who seems to be the only one working hard in the back which I feel bad for her but she always seems to have a smile on her face which is good to see since every there seems to be angry and upset! I don’t like going with the pediatrician dr Gonzalez I think that’s hers name because she seems to always be yelling at her helper like undermining them and honestly don’t like being yelled or having to see her yell at anyone. She is a pediatrician and she has to care for little kids and honestly I feel like she is the one who needs to be smiling more when she sees her patients not super angry like she hates to be there. Lack of organization idk who is the supervisor there but someone needs to tell the women in the front desk to have better service with their patients and someone needs to speak to this pediatrician to stop yelling at her helpers and being so angry. I want to give a zero but honestly can’t give a zero so I will give a 1 star just because of Maria and her smile!
