Clean facility. The employees were friendly, helpful and professional. I had the roasted chicken and it was delicious! The tables inside were clean. That's always a big plus! Update: I had their 3 piece fried fish dinner. Chose mac n cheese as my side dish. It all was delicious! The staff are still friendly and professional.

Great Food rather you get chicken tenders, legs/thighs, etc or the fish. Tbe rolls & fruit salad will have you wanting MORE!

Guys were very nice. Offered to change the channel for me when he brought my food. Even gave me a fresh cookie. Food was great. Thanks for the awesome service. It's highly appreciated.

The Atmosphere was the Best!! I was in the Drive-thru. The Food was hot and fresh. Only problem is they no longer have the fried pickels.

Entirely disappointing. Drive thru pickup at 12:30pm. Almost everything was cold, especially the chicken and okra, and they didn't include gravy. We ordered a family pack with green beans and Mac and cheese, and they didn't include any silverware or napkins. Not one. And it was obvious we are traveling from the pile of suitcases in the passenger seat. Just avoid. It was a waste of money as we threw away most of the food as inedible.

At 2:45 pm she had my food sitting at the window for two minutes. Not to mention she hadn’t taken my card or given my drink up till she gave me my food with my card and drink. Unprofessional all around. And the okra was terrible and stale at best.

Pitiful!! The roasted chicken was at least a day old. Tasted burnt, and old. The coleslaw was ROTTEN! LORD knows how long is had been around. One bite, I spit it out, didn't bother for another side. My roll was old, stale, hard. The okra was fresh, hot and tasty. I took my burnt, old chicken back and they replaced it with fried chicken. But the only reason I drove out of my way was to get roasted chicken. One of the employees had her 2 Grandkids there... they kept running to the counter asking her how much longer, etc. Not conducive to a quiet meal on Sunday afternoon. I see no reason to go back, unless I take someone I Hate to get them food poisoning.

Went through drive thru and ordered a very large order . They were very accommodating and the food came out correct and hot.

Was very good and nice staff too. They where very patient with me. Didn't mind waiting on someone who was old and slow, and for that am thankful for.

The food was delicious, but the fish fillets were skimpy.

Took 15 minutes to get a single order, while cars were streaming through the drive thru, one after the other. And when I finally did get it, it was wrong. Disgustingly bad customer service.

They selling you this dried out salad with 3 cold tenders rapped in a bag on the side for $10 and a rude cashier, Amy who can’t explain the difference type of salads they offer.

The food is always good and fresh. Of course their are times that their are times they busier then others but I can't complain about the speed or quality of the service. There are Golden Chick's more convenient to me but I like the Seymour Hwy store the nest.

The food itself was decent but customer service was horrible. The lady who answered the phone had an attitude for having to walk out to the car.

Great customer service from employees and managers always friendly. They make sure everything I order is in the bag with utensils, condiments etc and I always get fresh food.

I give the one on 5th Street five stars it's always clean the people are always respectful. But I worked at the one on Southwest Parkway and I posted pictures of what that restaurant looks like on the inside it is completely disgusting and I refuse to work there. And a warning to all of those with fish allergies don't eat there they cook your chicken they cook your French fries in the same oil that they cook the fish and the shrimp so if your French fries taste like fish you know why. Extremely disgusting restaurant the one on Southwest Parkway. Very immature staff you got kids running the restaurant. Disgusting and I have pictures to prove it. The girl in the Drive-Thru call the customer the n word right in front of the manager and nothing was done about it.

I’ve been going to golden chick on 5th street for a long time and they have the friendliest staff and the food is great and fresh. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. The inside is always clean and organized. Rex, Angela and frank always greets you with a smile and goes beyond to make sure your order is right. Best chicken in town.

Food tastes fine but lately the tender sizes have shrunk significantly. I'm not looking for Chili's chicken crisper level portions here but some of the pathetic slivers and scraps they try to pass off as tenders would be laughable if the price wasn't also through to roof. If this was just a one time occurrence I'd write it off as an anomaly but it has happened to both me and my coworkers multiple times. It's also not uncommon for the count to be off, though it's always short, never an extra tender which is cause for suspicion. I will say that when I've been shorted while dining in, they always make it right. Golden Chick is about a block away from work so it was a favorite but word is getting around that people are getting ripped off. I've attached a photo of my most recent encounter (note the ketchup packet included for scale).

Rolls are exquisite, raspberry lemonade good, fried okra was soggy, not crisp, chicken was okay.

Food was great, night [I assume] manager was very kind and helpful. Made sure my food was fresh. As well as my albeit short trip to Golden chick was a simple and pleasant experience.

Super friendly staff and excellent chicken meal. Ordered the 9 piece meal to go. Our first visit, but not our last, that’s for sure.
