Absolutely the worst little Caesars in Texas! At 8:30pm on Friday night there were NO, I MEAN NO PIZZAS MADE. People waiting for ever for pizzas that should be made and waiting in warmer. Staff very non chalaunt. No hurry to do anything. I waited 22 minutes for 2 classic hot n ready pizzas. UNACCEPTABLE. THEN, they were under baked.

Ordered hot and ready pizzas and wings. They were a little busy but twenty five minutes later I asked about my order and was told "oh yeah sorry." I saw my wings placed on the shelf about 15 minutes prior to that and didn't realize it was them. I will pay triple and go to papa johns, pizza hut or dominoes before these guys get paid again. I made the mistake again. I thought 6:30pm on a Saturday, surely they will have hot and ready. Wrong. Learn from my experiences. I never should have tried again. Been here 25 minutes for three hot and ready pizzas they said would take 15 minutes. I guess they never learn either!

This one doesn't have any dipping sauces available like the little Caesars I am used to getting pizza from. Also when paying the options didn't say debit, instead it had "gift card" or "credit" as the choices so I asked the girl how to make it debit and she didn't know, seems like an employee might be more knowledgeable and definitely more helpful than what I encountered. Doubt I'll return to this location even though it's closer to me than the other I prefer staff that is sincere in trying to be helpful and friendly. Should teach the kids you hire that without customers they would have no job, perhaps that would help them view the customers as more than an interruption and annoyance.

Worst experience EVER food and the customer service. Received notification my mobile order was ready after 30 mins, arrived and was told my pizza is still in the oven. Received my order after 15-20mins after arriving. Arrived home, to realize the bread was not cooked all the way! I called to let them know of this but my call kept getting sent to busy tone/voicemail. Drove my happy butt down there to show them exactly what was going on. The manager stated “you have to request for them to be cooked longer” excuse me? If I wanted to eat dough I would just go buy it.

Onlined order for the one on 5th st. This is suppose to be the extra most bestest thin crust. I politely asked them to remake my order. They were all flat out rude and refused to remake it. I will drive across town now and go to the one on swpky.

Found part of a roach on my pizza. That's pretty disgusting. Yall better hope I don't get sick because I'm suing.

Horrible just horrible I have been calling and calling to place a order nobody ever answers this is not the first time I’ve had this issue poor customer service they don’t even bother to pick up the phone bad for business!!

This is the absolute worst Little Caesars I've ever seen,The pizza was grossly undercooked on top the cheese was barely melted which means the ingredients on top don't get cooked at all especially when there's no little brown bubbles on top like they advertise.The manager proceeded to tell me that she had been there for 6 yearsSix years too long I would say for the simple fact is she doesn't understand how a pizza cooks And how the ingredients on the pizza get cooked. She proceeded to try to be Lippy about it, got my money back but I would not settle for under cook pizza and I hope no one else Is settling for Uncooked Pizza.We work too hard for our money nowadays to settle and to accept Undercooked food.As you will see most of the five star reviews for Star reviews are from years ago this place is not what it used to be

Everything was fine but the forgot to cut my co workers pizza lol ... my pepperoni was fine.... was funny watching them tear at it :) .... no complaints here

This last visit was great! My pizza was correct and it was actually fresh, plenty of toppings and very hot and cheesey! That doesn't happen often. Only twice has my pizza been this awesome!❣️ It should be like that every time ❣️ Thanks

The food here is usually pretty good but something got to be off today 7/20/2023. They gave me a pizza that has been obviously dropped or damn near dropped

Although my recent visit was amazing, my last few times before that my orders were wrong or the wait time was hours long . i did notice they got a few new people so will see if thangs change but as far a cheap meals thats why i keep going back. Even when it takes hours . cant beat the price !!

Ordered online at 5pm and still waiting on order and they play around and talk to much instead of working. There is a line of people waiting on their food and taking them forever to fix the food. They need to get better managers and workers. Never will go back again.

The girl at the counter with colored hair was RUDE!!! They were mostly out of everything at 845pm on a Saturday night. Everything not ready was going to be a 30 wait. Only came here because we had a softball tournament and it was close by. While she took our order she rolled her eyes while yelling out what they were out of. We waited on the cheese sauce told her thank you and she ignored us. Hope your night gets better. It was super hot in the store so maybe that could be a reason... idk.

Waited half an hour for one pizza, after being told it would only be 10 minutes! Everyone that came in before and after me complained about how slow they were and one said hers was burnt!!

Wow, if you ask for extra, just don't do it.. I mean it's really hard to eat this pizza 🍕.. there was so much pepperoni and mushrooms on this thin crust that it made it hard to eat. I had to pick off the excess pepperoni and I made a mound of the excess, had to buy some crackers to eat em lol. Here's some pics 🤣

They dont take cards at moment so you have to go to follar general and buy something to get cash back and at 8 pm they dont have any crazy bread . 2 hours and they run out. Ghetto. And wish this was like the one next to subway in wichita falls they are so good and love it.

I don't call in my order but go in. I order the 3 meat pizza for 8.00. Then I am ready to pay and the total is 11.00 or a different price. It should be 8.65 with tax. But every time I get a different price. My mom who likes their pizza orders her own. That is the only reason I go there.

Great way to feed a lot of people for less than any other major pizza chain. This location is quick and accurate about thier orders.

I hate my store told my mom, they had no idea what she was talking to, they knew nothing about Batman posters at little ceasers 3145 5th St SUITE B, Wichita Falls, TX 76301... 😡

First time I called ahead and was told my wait would be 6 minutes. When I arrive I find that they did not put my order in and I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my pizza which I should have just picked up when I arrived. Second time we called ahead over an hour in advance with our order and was told they would be ready. When we arrived they hadn't even started our order at the time they said that it would be ready. We had to wait 15 minutes for a pizza again. They were not even busy. This location is unreliable and customer service needs improvement. As another review stated and we have experience d this location avoids answering the phone over an hour before closing and shows irritation at guests that come in during these hours.

They were disorganized an employee came in an of coarse she got served frist cause why not I had to wait 20 25 minutes for aa hot n ready an crazy bread the off duty employee got served frist!I highly doubt I'll be back if I could give negative stars I would also I've been tonight clubs less noisy the state of your store sucks also also Christopher Parker left this revue

Not best cleansers, pizza was little to no crust in middle and no sauce a real greasy mess. Maybe just my experience, only visited once

The hula Hawaiian pizza I ordered today was so very poorly made. I mean for the minimal price you sacrifice the quality of the food.. So sad, my advice, make your own pizza at home..

This is by far the worst experience and the worst customer service at the location off loop 11. I arrived at 6:23pm, ordered 2 sausage pizzas and an order of cheese bread at 6:27 pm. I was finally given my order at 7:20 pm. Was never given an update until 7:05 when I looked at the person in the back handing everyone else’s pizzas out. They said they burned the cheese bread. Even when the pizzas came out almost an hour after I placed the order there was no apology for the wait nor an offer for a free item for the wait. DO NOT go to this place for anything.
