    I LOVE Ultra Beauty and stopping in here I had another great shopping experience. I stopped in here to puck up VERB Ghost Dry Oil Spray Disco Edition but they were sold out. I opted for the same stuff just not Disco Edition! They've always got awesome stuff I've just got to have. The employees are super helpful with whatever You need. A great store I will definitely be shopping at again soon. 5๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

    Amanda at the salon did a great job on my hair and all the employees here were so sweet! Store was clean, well stocked and very organized. Would totally come back.

    It was great.. I visited on Black Friday because they were selling mascara for only $12. I bought three bottles and was not dissapointed.

    Amazing amount of selection! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you'reโ€‹ a frequent shopper be sure to ask about the rewards points because they can add up to big discounts.

    The customer service I received at this location was terrible. I came in for just an even exchange. I had bought the wrong color foundation and need to get the correct shade. I had my receipt and everything. Instead of just doing an exchange, they returned my item and was asking for payment and I explained to them that this was just an exchange that there should be no payment should be necessary and when I expressed I was upset that I was going to out of pocket again the cashier said โ€œIโ€™m sorry your not trying to understand thisโ€ under her breath. I felt that was very disrespectful to the situation when I did understand what they were explaining. I just didnโ€™t understand why this couldnโ€™t be treated as an exchange as it was the exact same product just a different shade and I would have to paying again, since it takes days for a return to process. I felt railroaded that they werenโ€™t willing to do the exchange correctly or understand there was another way without payment needed. The lack of respect I received as a customer was absolutely uncalled for.

    Do Not go to this stuck up, don't want to wait on you store!! I went in to get some perfume for my daughter's birthday. They asked me was I sure I could afford it? Needless to say, had 1k in pocket and just walked out. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

    I went to get a hair cut; but no one was there to do a hair cut. Everyone had gone home. So I left went somewhere else & had it done.
