I stay at Northpark Village for 3 years and I loved everyday of it. The staff is super friendly very attentive and professional! Never had any problems with maintenance, the pool and workout area are nice and clean, it’s at a reasonable price, and by me being in the military it’s supper close to base so it’s literally perfect! Finally the apartment manager Mrs. Jill is the kindest sweetest woman I’ve ever meet and she took care of me and my family thoroughly and I can’t say thanks enough for that. Overall this place is amazing and great to live in! Love it

I loved living at these apartments! (I moved because of military) All the staff members are personable and professional. The apartments are well cared for and clean. The grounds are well kept. They spray for bugs regularly. They have a lovely laundry facility. It's a quiet complex. (No loud music or consistently barking dogs). They are very military friendly! (No hassles when you have to PCS, just give them a 30 day notice) The maintenance staff are courteous and get things done in a timely manner. Overall, the best part of living there was the exceptional customer service. Soon after moving in the staff knew my name and also my dog's. Anytime I would go to the office I was greeted with a warm smile and asked what they could do for me. The maintenance staff would always offer a hello and a wave if they saw me outside. You could tell that they really cared and wished to make me feel at home, which they definitely did. I would recommend these apartments in a heartbeat.

I’ve lived here for over 2 years, and 90% of the reason I keep renewing the lease is because of the incredible staff. They are kind, reliable, and are always putting their residents needs first. The apartments are clean, the residents are friendly and the entire complex feels extremely safe. I’d easily recommend Northpark to anyone looking for an apartment in Wichita Falls, especially if you want to live near base.

My husband and I lived here last year while he was in military tech training. I really enjoyed my time here. Sandra is a very warm and kind person and Jill was very accommodating to us! Definitely the ultimate duo. If you're looking for a safe area to rent in, I'd definitely recommend this complex. If my husband and I ever have to go back to Wichita Falls, we definitely would rent here again! :)

I've lived here for three years and it's honestly been the best place to live. Its a very short commute to work and kept me focused since the town is 15 minutes away. The staff are excellent, they make life very, very easy and are cognizant when it comes to anything you ask them. Work orders (or any problems) are handled as quickly as you can. The apartments themselves just got brand new roofs. I've had three different apartments here and never been disappointed. Also, if you are going to be in pilot training... half your class probably lives here already.

We lived here month to month and were very satisfied with the price, office, and amenities. Even living in the first “phase” section of the apartments, I felt our apartment was well updated and taken care of. Sandra and Jill work very hard and keep the apartments clean and quiet!

I have lived here since 2015, and without a doubt was the best place to live outside of owning a home. Location is very quiet, clean, it felt safe at all times, and very close to most restaurants and grocery shopping. The staff was very professional and caring for all your needs, and if I ever requested for maintenance, they responded very quickly to everything. It was very sad that I recently left in search of a house but I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a nice apartment to live. Thank you for everything!

I do not think the management here is very professional. As well as they are not up front about the guidelines of moving in but will take your money and keep it after putting in a application and paying the fee, under false stimulations. My advise if you live out of state and are looking to find a apartment. Save your money and do not waste it on this particular complex.
