Good people and great meat. Everything else is overpriced though. The employees make this place worth the visit. But did you know most employees of United Supermarkets make 38% less wages than others in the United States? The average United Supermarkets employee makes between $600-1200 a month. Because they are some of the lowest paid workers in Texas. But you may notice the large signs and pictures of donations made to charities from United Supermarkets. If those donations were broken up amongst employees instead of them giving it away for a tax write off. Then maybe some of those employees would not need to rely on charities to pick up the slack with necessities. Anyone see a pattern here or just me? See something, say something...

I purchased a gift card for my daughters for 90 dollars on Christmas, when my daughter wanted to use it at Walmart she couldn't use it; she was very upset. I went back to United to customer service and a nice lady Kimberly helped me, there was an issue with the gift card and it was invalid so she gave me a new one, my daughter was so happy. Thank you so much. They have very good customer service.

United Supermarkets are always clean friendly and helpful staff but as you might expect many items are not available on the shelves because they are just not being transported. Throughout the country a lot of things are not available that we would like to see and that we commonly see in our stores however for now we have to make adjustments and it is not right to blame the people that work there or the managers of the stores they're doing the best they can under hard circumstances

Great place to shop they treat u with respect and the pharmacy they treat u like family every time to get meds or refill on subscriptions they know u right off the bat they are better than any other pharmacy they all love there jobs not a single person they talk to u also

This store is clean, organized and easy to navigate. The employees are nice and helpful. Never had a bad shopping experience here.

I'm familiar with the layout of the stores, on Jacksonboro and Scott St. I can go directly to what I need and I never had a problem with anyone there or anything. The area where they cook food at is delicious and I always get my chicken or the fat chicken legs.

The employees are mostly teenagers, but they are the sweetest teenagers ever. Manager very helpful.

Went in to pickup a few items. Then decided that We would have fresh hot chicken 🍗 tender for lunch and potato salad. I ordered about a pound of the tenders. As they just ran out of the one they had cooked, my was made fresh hot out of the kitchen 30 minutes later and still reasonable warm but the time I got home for us to eat

I came to the deli today around 10:45 I talked to a gentleman I assume he was the manger but I for some chicken he told me it would be ready in 20 minutes I said ok I will do some shopping came back looked around at the deli and waited this nice lady asked me if she could help me I told her I was waiting on chicken she went to check for the man came out he was really rude to her and the he claimed he he told me it would not be ready for 30 to 45 minutes which is not true but I would have waited for the chicken if wasn't so rude I can understand they were busy but you just don't talk to customers that way .

The deli is a convenient lunch option on this side of town. Unfortunately it’s been pretty lackluster lately between the employees being kind of unpleasant both in mannerisms and food safety precautions. I’ve found myself leaving before even ordering because the person ahead of me had their food come into direct contact with the employee serving it. And now they’re claiming not to make things that are literally on the menu and known to make. I would laugh if I weren’t so annoyed.

I love this store it's always clean and the people are so nice .probably my only complaint is their signature brand grape and orange sodas are absolutely delicious but they never have it anymore for several months now. I still look every trip.

Their produce is MUCH better than Walmart. Also, the United on Old Iowa Park Road has "THE BEST TORTILLAS ANYWHERE ". I have no idea why, but you REALLY should try them for yourself.

Remodeled store looks great, friendly staff and amazing management! 10/10 recommended for all your grocery needs. The deli has great food as well for breakfast lunch or dinner!

Enjoy buy one get one in meat department and then shop for side items. United has helped in community activities for schools and churches to provide for community.

Found these cool pre-made crockpot meals over in the pre-made meals section. I tried the Mexican style pot roast. It was pretty spicy which I like but would recommend taking out some of the jalapeños if you don't. Dylan who was our sacker was country polite which is always good.

My favorite grocery storr to shop in! The workers are always very helpful and pleasant. The dinevin or to go food is really good. The fresh produce is ALWAYS EXCELLENT quality. Their meat is always fresh and well stocked! Very clean and neat store! Thank you!

Store is always clean, friendly staff! Shelves have not all been fully stocked with items I normally buy the last few trips I have made to United's! But over all great place to grocery shop!

Most of their meat is just on this side of being spoiled. More than half of the employees are so rude I refuse to acknowledge them. Produce is ordinarily rotten. 9 times out of 10 it looks like they threw the dairy containers in the dirt before they stocked them. Just all out filthy store. Health department should check them out.

It is clean, well organized, well stocked and had great vegetables. I don't agree that is is too expensive - except for the meat. But what are you going to do. I don't think it is them. I should stand at the meat section for an hour and see if anyone buys a steak for $24. After awhile the prices have to come down when they start throwing away all the meat they don't sell. IMHO

I had an unfortunate accident with $10 worth of pickles and olives falling out of my back seat and shattering on my garage floor. The manager, Les (I think his name was) delivered my new items to my door and even offered to clean up the mess! Above and beyond service I was not expecting. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I don't like that they damn near force the help to my car. I don't like it, especially with the virus being easily spread. They say they have to. I get the courtesy of it but when a customer asks that they do it on their own then they should....this is why I'm back at Walmart.

I called before going to check and see if there were trays of sandwiches,wraps, or other deli tray for a funeral luncheon. Hannah assured me I could run in and grab one out of the cooler. 20 minutes later when I arrived, there was NOTHING. The kindest deli worker, took foot long sandwiches off the shelf, cut them into snack sized sandwiches, arranged them beautifully on trays and apologized they weren't perfect.

My go to neighborhood store I love everything about it but the bathrooms. They are constantly the filthiest bathrooms of any retail establishment in town. All the United bathrooms are always filthy.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Good selection of products. I'm a huge fan of bakery and deli. Real home cooking at lunch counter. I see a lot of people picking up take out for lunch and dinner. Quality product and prices are as low as possible considering the state of the economy.

I really like United. I usually buy items on sale. It's still hard to get use to someone else pushing my cart to my car and helping me load.

That take ur groceries to ur car are excellent. They are always polite and sweet. I have tried to give them a tip. But they always refuse. They say it's against company policy. Iowa park store closer to me. I love to shop here! I know about where everything is at. I have shopped at both of them for many years. Deli is good! And reasonable! They hire young people, older people, and in between people. And all ethenisitic folks. That is beautiful!

What is there not to like! Customer service at its finest! Never encountered a rude worker and everyone is very friendly...BTW go check out the deli amd get yourself a breakfast burrito.

Go there if you want to see Tech Nines twin there's a guy that looks just like Tech N9ne I mean exactly like Tech Nine I love going to United for the price on fresh fruit and vegetables compared to Walmart United and smashing them. United you can get two small tubs of cut watermelon for $5 a piece or a big one for $10 or a even bigger one for $12 and you can get watermelon on the rind cutting wedges for 3.99 that ain't happening at Walmart.

Wow! Blown away by the attention to detail and customer oriented service. Our cashier Aryannah unloaded our basket. Then Sarah not only loaded the bags but helped put them in the trunk. I wish there was a store like this in gatesville. This organization prioritizes people over greed. I would go no place else if such a place existed near my home

I usually love this United, but as of late they don't ever seem to have what I want or need in stock! I understand that there are nationwide supply-chain issues, but there have been several occasions that United didn't have a specific item, but Walmart or Target did. And on the same day too!
