Very friendly staff and prices were amazing! Ice cream was really good!

My favorite purchase here is the carb watch bread at 30 calories per slice. The bread feels and tastes like bread not sliced up sofa cushion. My second favorite purchase is the pecan praline no sugar added malt. Both of these have no glycemic hit, you can't get this from any other fast food.

The only reason why they did not get 5 stars is because of 1 reason. The 1st is because it seems like every time I go there they have an attitude it's always the ones at the microphone not the window but other than that the food is mehh and the ice cream is always out of this world!!!! Great place just need new workers that actually want to greet people correctly and take orders

We went in this morning about 10:20am for breakfast. It was as if no one was there. My mom was asking this one gentleman if anyone was there and he rudely told us someone would be with us in a moment. Another gentleman took our order and we sat down. My mom's coffee was really bad and she went up nicely to ask if she could possibly get her money back cause she felt bad that dad paid for it. The lady, who I believe is a manager cause I've had an interview with her over a year ago, was very rude towards my mother. Every time we go there she's rude. Today everyone was rude and hateful. Not 1 person smiled but the lady who rings stuff up right when you walk in was nice. Besides that no one else was nice to us. I'm in the food industry myself. I work at McDonald's. I smile and greet everyone as they walk in. Those workers and managers need to learn good customer service. Cause they completely lost our service. They were way too rude 1 too many times.

The attendant was very professional. The prices for ice cream are the best. My only recommendation is fixing the intercom. I couldn't understand the gentleman taking my order. That being said we just went to the drive thru window.

Bag of cheese burgers have saved the day many times and my brother likes their ice cream

Went around 9 pm. "Isaac", I'm not sure if he is the supervisor of the establishment or just acted like it but the disrespectful and brusque manner in which he spoke to all the other employees AND customers, is utterly unprofessional and it honestly pissed me off a bit to witness him treating them that way. He even snapped his fingers at a couple of them and you could tell they were all very uncomfortable and looked miserable. Someone (management) needs to coach this young man on customer service skills and MUTUAL RESPECT towards his co-workers/employees. He mentioned that they were out of a product so I understand he might've been stressed, however there is no excuse for acting in such an awful way. On that note, I'd like to RAVE about ALL the other employees, they were all working very hard non-stop in spite of the toxic working environment. 👏

We visited driving back from New Mexico to Houston. We made the decision to visit Braums several hours in advance of arrival. Our order was #582488. We ordered a sack of junior burgers, add cheese and add mustard. 1 burger was correct. Some had nothing on them except cheese and burger. Some had only ketchup. We received 1 napkin in the bag. Joke. Employees were rude and your speaker system did not work. Our experience went from excitement to get Braums that we do not have in Houston to disdain. Clearly first world issues. But, it is suggested you choose another store.

For a quick fix, the grocery side has some things. Just don't expect a lot like, say, 5 flavors of coffee. Only had food once, but it does taste pretty good compared to Wendy's.

Had a master piece, banana split today, they were on sale big portion but man was it good on a hot day 99 degrees outside.

This store is not as big as the second one, but it's still very good. The ice cream is good and well worth the price, and the selection is not bad either. Their milk is outstanding! When they are on special, buy 2 or more and freeze them in the jugs. They don't separate like most milks do. The food is good for a quick bite along with good cookies and breads.

Sunday evening we stopped in for two chocolate malts, a double dip waffle cone, and a 3 piece chicken tenders meal. It wasn't particularly busy inside. The drive-thru was busy. It took about 10 minutes before we were helped. A few of the staff were friendly, several of them didn't seem particularly glad of friendly. The weren't moving as quickly as you would think considering the line outside and the few people inside. Our was fixed as ordered. The ice cream cone was nearly incorrectly made had I not stopped the employee, who seemed a bit distracted. Otherwise, the ice cream, malts, and chicken were delicious.

Love the limted Nacho burger. I wish the milk company would offer pts of chocolate milk.

Got Nacho burger and birthday cake shake, both were delicious! Burger was very messy, but came with a lot of guacamole. Reasonable prices for the amount of food.

Very clean. The staff was all very friendly & helpful. I haven't been to a Braum's in 20 years & I had my kids with me. I was excited to see if they were gonna love it as much as I did when I was young. They loved it! Only disappointment was they didn't have my old favorite ice cream flavor, German chocolate 😋

The BEST Sundays hands down.... the 1st place I'm stopping when I find one!. can't wait to have have another. Wish they had locations in Florida!!

The ice cream is worth it... When I say worth it, I mean that is the only thing we experienced that was nice. The entire staff looked like drones, no smiles, all monotone, it was a weird visit.

It was my first time to visit. Every one was friendly and helpful the store was clean and well stocked. The young man carried my things to the car I'm 77 and not very mobile,

Each trip always equally as satisfied as the last! As for my home store for great selection of ice creams and other treats, kudos for consistency of the staff!

I absolutely love this place. Great ice cream, good food and the service is always fast and friendly. They have never messed up one of my orders nor have I ever had a problem with a staff nember.

This location do a very good job of making burgers, some locations not so much.

Cashiers need to be trained on math and how to count change. A relatively small Braum's. All employees were working on the drive through area and ignoring the front counter completely. Store was clean, but needs a dedicated front counter attendant.

Excellent excellent service. Very clean. Very professional. And extremely nice folks working in there. I highly recommend this one. And the milk oh my gosh.

Quick stop for some good breakfast at a decent price. We went to Micky-D's at first but saw how much everything has increased we went here saving a good $5 or more for 2 meals.

Braum's have a wonderful selection of fresh produce, ice cream, ice cream bars, ice cream sandwiches, and pies. Yes. Pies! They have bags of ice, pan sausage, cottage cheese, and the best milk. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this store.
