Finding staff to help may prove to be difficult. At least the times I have been in there. They do have a little bit of everything. If you're looking for a quick gift idea this is a good place to go. They have everything from a normal to unique gift selection.

During my shopping spree during the weekend of November 9, 2019, I decided to visit The Finishing Touch to find a particular candle. Despite not having the desired, specialty candle I was searching for, I must say that I came across quite a few interesting gift ideas for my family, various friends, bosses, and a few coworkers. While I will admit that the cost does tend to waiver on the more expensive side, the quality of their personalized gifts in addition to the intriguing toys for kids makes up for it for sure. Additionally, the customer staff were quite friendly and polite when assisting me with price confirmations. The parking, I will admit, is a little bit more compacted due to straight style rather than curved parking.

Favorite store! Such a delightful staff. Always welcome you when you come into the store and thank you when you leave. Smells awesome in there from the huge candle & wax melt assortment. The clothes are beautiful and always up-to-date fashion. Shoes....awesome! Jewelry... beautiful! You can find figurines, soft & comfy socks, funny or faith-filled plaques, to breath-taking photography by our very talented local artists. And I'm just naming a few of things you can find in this fantastic store! Visit this store! You'll enjoy it. And you'll really enjoy it at Christmas! Did I mention that this is my favorite store?

The Finishing Touch has so many cool & cute things. I want almost all of them. If your looking for a gift or something in particular for you or a family/friend you should definitely try here they've got you covered. There's a little bit of everything. Cute little delicate items to adorable sandals & even something for your significant other. I came to get a particular item and left with four or five additional things. The employees are super nice & helpful. It's definitely a place to stop by the next time your in the area.

Great place to find a gift for just about anyone. The staff is helpful and friendly. They even do personalization of some of the items. Check them out.

I went in on a Saturday and there was maybe 3 or 4 people in the entire store and about 5-6 girls working. Not one of them every greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. I was there to purchase gifts for a few showers coming up and ended up not wanting to give them my business due to poor service. As a small business your customers should be everything.
