My daughter was admitted to the ER and it was serious enough that we had to stay for observation. The experience has been 1st Class. I don't remember the name of the male nurse who first took care of us. He was a traveling nurse. He made us feel at ease in a scary situation. The PA Jimmy W., is out of this world amazing. He stepped in, took charge and made everything go smoothly. He has the best attitude I've ever seen in an ER. His positivity, inspiring bedside manner and "we'll get through this together," attitude lights up the whole room. He explains things and listens to his patients. I've been the most impressed by the professionalism and genuine care from this team of medical professionals, that there simply are not enough positive words to say about them. They work well together and with you as a parent/family member and patient, to save lives. Thank you for recognizing the seriousness of my daughter's situation and saving her life.

Was told I could not be seen by my PCP bc I had COVID SYMPTOMS. Said I could not come in. Then referred me to some urgent care clinic not in network. I complained and they said my doctor, GODWIN,would order test and they would tell me time. 2 days later nothing. I now have pneumonia 10 days after I first requested appt. These hillbillies are quacks. Never took my temp, no, pulse or looked in ears throat. No palpitations of swollen glands. This is a level of treatment this is below any professional standard of care.I complained about my lack of health care here and on fb. United Regional Physician Group cancelled my online access and told me I'd be arrested if I show for treatment. Thanks "doctor" godwin.

My mother went for a follow up appt yesterday after being in the hospital for a fall last week, she asked the DR a question, to which he replied...I'm sorry we can't discuss that today you have gone over the amount of time we have. I am appalled that a DR would speak to a patient that way, but I am sure that it is due to the policy of this GROUP. DR's don't treat people the way they should be, they treat us like cattle, and just want to throw a pill at everything!

Dr. Tran and his staff are AMAZING! Quick, efficient, professional and kind. I’m treated with dignity and if I ever have any questions, he and his nurses are always there to listen and help. The delivery went smooth, However my baby delivered breathing rapidly and swallowed meconium, very scary though Dr.Tran handled everything with great care. Third baby, healthy little girl, AND THE BEST PREGNANCY/DELIVERY EXPERIENCE!!! I will not go anywhere else.

Called for Dr. Favre; Neurologist. I think most doctors don't understand that patients need to be seen when they are sick! I called about a medical issue that I'm having NOW, and was told the first appointment available would be 8 months from now. Come on Doctors! We may be dead long before 8 months. I think this is a scam on patients.

The front office staff is RUDE if I could give zero stars I would! They are no help at all, and not considerate of whatever brought you in! Also don’t call them on the phone because they will not give you any information on your own child unless you have put your name down as a person to release information on! Yes even if you give them all the information about yourself and your child, all they do is argue with you with an “elites status attitude” !! However the nurses and doctors were fabulous when we got passed the front glass rudeness. We will not go there again, sadly it used to be my favorite clinic before it replaced “seasoned persons with new blood”. Lastly, it is not a walk in clinic- it is a by appointments only, both front office staff teamed up on me when I reiterated it was listed as a walk in clinic and labeled me as argumentative and yelled at me I was welcome to leave if I had a problem with it. I had a sick child and took the appointment time they had. When your child is sick the last thing you need is two rude girls who are in charge of you getting in to see a doctor. The End.

I was very nervous when I went to see Dr Kenner for the first time. I am now very pleased to have him as my dr I now regret seeing my last dr in my last pregnancy. He's kind and very gentle. Great bedside manner and very professional. Im always a high risk pregnancy but this time i truly feel confident and safe about this pregnancy. I definitely would recommend Dr Kenner to anyone looking for a good dr.

Dr Bedford ar in the OB GYN office is wonderful!! He listens, gives sound advice, and truly seems to care! I felt at ease with him and the assisting nurse. He addressed all of my concerns and took time to answer my questions. I highly recommended him to anyone needing OB or GYN care.

“Employee / Front desk staff” Jill phoned me to reschedule my first prenatal appointment. Due to the Dr.having an emergency. Completely acceptable . I had some concerns, as I am near 40 and this is my first pregnancy . I was eager to address with the Dr & medication refill .. I asked if common practice was to reschedule an appointment an additional week out . She responded we don’t have to see you … I let her know she needs to work on her personal skills . My advice to you JILL is to find a profession that you can actually excel in . Jills people skills are poor , she lacks compassion and is VILE . You should be informative and empathetic. It would have been helpful to also mention there is a waitlist that I could have been added to .

Highly do not recommend I got a phone call 30 minutes before my appointment saying they are canceling it….after driving an hour and 20 minutes here because this is the nearest place to me. Even after explaining how far I just drove they basically tell me it’s not their fault and the next appointments are pretty far out. Absolutely ridiculous!

I messaged my doctor for lantus insulin refill which the nurse said I have to do, which was on auto refill before. which I get from insulin company, who ever ordered the Medicine sent it to Walmart which is not correct since it comes from company. I message again since that was wrong. all I can say is know your patient, do your job correctly, and look in my file. Dr. Bourne-Arriaga office, her nurse's are great or the ones I deal with are but whoever handles this stuff needs training or fired. the ladies name was Nicole thanks

Really like my doctor and nurse. But the lab waiting room look like pride celebration, they claim it's summer decorations. But who puts up a Christmas tree up for summer and use all the gay pride colors to dress it up. And the lab's people need to take the chip off their shoulders.

Dr Pendelton is a good doctor. There has been an error in communication. He miss understood what I said and thought I was going to harm myself. If Had he communicated with me I would have told him that I was thinking about getting a part time job not harming my self. Getting a job will make my heart A-Fib and thats what I meant when I said I was going to stop taking precautions, An understandable error, no ones perfect. When the cops got there the next morning even they were like wats going on? They offered to take me to helen farabee and I agreed only because I wanted to prove to everyone, everything is fine and I was just a lil bummed out that my disibility didnt go through for my atrial fibrillation and now I have to continue on living with my crazy mother and hoarder uncle with Alzhimers, good times, lol. Im gonna keep it brief because my last review was removed from google reviews for whatever reason. Also I need to point out that I am exercising my 1st amendment right to free speech and expression. Also recieved a letter stating "an unsatisfactory patient/provider relationship". Recieved the letter on sept 13 and they have blocked my 1st amendment right to post reviews on google. I have been going to Dr Anne-Marie Williamson for a couple months and she has been amazing! She is extremely intelligent and very knowledgeable and passionate about the mind and body connection. She is very thorough and takes her time to see the full picture with regards to my health. With her guidance my physical pain and quality of life is improving. Her office staff is also amazing. I feel like everyone in this office truly cares about their patients. I am so thankful that my rheumatologist referred me to Dr Williamson and look forward to continue working with her.

They wanted me to volunteer all of my personal information and pay a $120 deposit for an appointment, only to find out that they are booked for over two months. I don't appreciate having my time wasted.

I saw Dr. Lawal, she ordered a bunch of lab work without telling me which labs she was specifically testing for and now I owe over $500 just on lab work. Some of the tests were already done by my previous pcp/gyn in the past 6 months so not all was needed again. Then they only requested part of my records and not all from my previous provider. They bill lab charges separately from the office visit which ends up making you responsible for the labs under your insurance. Then their charges are higher than the normal rate.... Quest diagnostics charges a lot less. They told me they would have me fill out a form to have my records requested from my previous pcp but of course the nurse forgot to give that form to me. In addition to that, her nurse only called me about one set of labs and when I asked about some of the other results being low she told me that the dr hasn't had time to review those and would follow up later. I haven't heard anything and she wanted me to schedule an appt on 3 months. I will not be going back. I don't feel like she really wanted to help me, I was just another number. Their billing department called me 5/2/23 she was really rude and not willing to help me resolve the high bill for lab charges.

Working here as a travel nurse was AMAZING! Teamwork and patient care was top notch from my coworkers. Everyone was always so welcoming. I felt like I was at home as soon as I started. Would have tried to find a full time position if it wasn’t so far from family.

Never seen such miserable uneducated staffs at the Lab department. They either need in-service training or let them go.

Dr. Kenner is by far the best dr I could’ve asked for while pregnant and to deliver my baby. He was on board with my birth plan the entire time even when things didn’t go as expected for me.

Just want to say how grateful I am for the individuals who are conducting the e-visit calls. Myself as well as members of my family have had to use this function within the last couple of months. They were helpful, professional, and did what they could to make sure we were taken care of.
