Dr Vivar Cruz and office staff are amazing. Kind efficient on time and never make you feel rushed

Dr. Vivar Cruz is one of the best Neurologists I've ever had. I've seen quite a few over the years, but I like him the most. He's very knowledgeable whether I'm being treated for migraines or a pinched nerve. He really knows what he's doing. I hope he's around for a long time.

The staff is respectful and knowledgeable. Dr. Cruz is patient, understanding and seems genuinely committed to resolving whatever issues that have brought you to his office. I have been to other Neurologists in the area. Dr. Cruz is without a doubt the best professionally as well as interpersonal I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

I love Dr Lee and all his staff. They always make us feel cared for and listened to. Dr. Lee and hid staff have been a blessing.

It was good they helped me out cause I forgot what floor they was on so I called and she didn't get mouth like some people do she just asked me my name and I told her and she ask where I was I said downstairs she said okay we are the 3 floor said okay I will be there in a few she said okay

Blake did an amazing job. He explained every step of the way. He was awesome. Not so impressed with Dr Cruz. Very sterile personality. He didn't explain his findings just said your nerves are fine.

Being a new patient, the paperwork was quick to complete and the staff were nice and professional. It didn't take long to see Dr. Vivar-Cruz, who is thorough and cares about his patients.

Dr. Vivar Cruz is always attentive and listens to what I have to say. His nurse Jennifer is just as caring and takes the time to get to know me as a person. I have never felt like a number or like cattle being rushed through for the next one to be seen. Trust me, traveling around the country for 30+ years with the Boeing company there are neurologist and doctors like that. Dr. Vivar Cruz has always taken time and made me feel that he cared, truly, for my well being. I truly appreciate having him as my specialist. You can train and teach knowledge to doctors, you can't train kindness and respect. Dr. Vivar Cruz has very special qualities, that you just can't teach. And it filters down throughout his staff. It starts with being greeted with a smile heard behind a mask from the front desk that are always are helpful and accommodating, Jennifer welcoming you with a friendly hello, and Dr. Vivar Cruz that sincerely asks how are you doing. I know he checks my notes before hand. Asks about family, traveling, my hobbies. If he has a young doctor in training he always ask if it's ok with me if I mind if they observe. I'm grateful that he takes on interns. That they can learn from him, his caring and thoughtful form of treating patients. I hope they take that with them through out their careers.

Started off pleasant…completed nerve conduction test with no explanation. I left the office not knowing the results?
