Good show. Saw Reba. Seats sucked! My knees were in the back of someone's head. 215 row T. Very narrow. Advise, spend a little extra and get better seats.

I really enjoy this arena, coming in from Kansas City for this AEW Show was a no brainer. My only complaint is the fact that there were ZERO ads for the show on any of the arena signage. I walked around the entire area multiple times that day and stood in line waiting for the doors to open, I saw ads for every upcoming event you can think of (even unfunny puppet "comedians") and never saw an ad for the event happening that very night. I know the blame isn't solely on the venue though, AEW's advertising in all locals markets has been dismal as of late. The turnout definitely showed that. This arena is much nicer than the ones in my home area, which is a treat.

Shame on you Intrust Bank Arena ,anytime you go to an event you expect to pay a good price to see whatever form of entertainment. What you don’t expect is as a permanent disabled person to be charged to park in an ADA parking spot. The man that was taking the money was extremely rude . I asked …just wondering what happens if I didn’t have the money to pay and he said I can’t park in the handicap parking spot. But he did tell me that if I was a veteran, I could park here for free… How is that not discrimination? I’m not sure that this is even legal? maybe I’m wrong but you would think that a venue that makes a extreme amount of money off of there ticket sales would be able to make sure that they’re disabled ticket holders were able to access parking at their facilities without having to either pay up or go park a mile away and figure out how to manage getting up to the arena. There is just a handful of parking spots on the front side and the backside of the arena. Why you feel like you have to charge someone that has no other option but to park close and pay your charges is extremely shameful for a company that even writes on their website that they are about Integrity. Do Better…

Good event center. It's pretty standard for what it is, but I will say everything is very reasonably priced especially compared to similar places elsewhere in the country. Also it's not too big, meaning that wherever you are seated your are going to have a good view.

Arena in Wichita, handles a bunch of events and we enjoyed the space and comfortable seats. Lots of backstage space to set up and plenty of changing rooms.

Decent experience. Toby Keith was awesome as usual...But having to use an app for premium seating service is a pain when your trying to enjoy the show. When you pay a higher ticket price for the servers to bring you your food and beverages you should be able to give them your credit card to keep an open tab for the duration like you used to..since you won't take cash (ridiculous!)...

Went here to see Jason Aldean this past weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the venue was. Was easily able to find parking on the street a block away. Plenty of food and beverage vending. Much nicer than fighting the crowds at larger venues. Would definitely come back to see another show.

The concert itself (Backstreet Boys) was incredible. However there are a few problems I had with this venue. When I bought the concert tickets, it did not say ANYWHERE that your bag needs to be extremely small. We got held up at security because my clutch was "too big" and I needed to pay to rent a locker. Ridiculous. My bag literally could only fit my phone, a lip gloss and my keys. I bought the tickets through their website, not a third party. This policy should have been made very clear and it was not. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. We found a $20 lot a few blocks away. However, there are no parking lot attendants after the concert is over. Meaning that trying to leave the parking lot took literally OVER AN HOUR because there is no stoplight at that lot, and when thousands of other people are leaving, nobody is going to let you sneak out. We drove 1.5 hours to get to Wichita for this event. The concert started over an hour late. If you're going to have a concert on a random Tuesday night when people work the next morning (and have travel time to boot), schedule the show for an earlier time and have parking attendants to help people be able to leave in an orderly fashion. For an event center this big, they should have better parking solutions. And better security communication on their online ticket ordering system.

I’m not sure who was in charge of the security, but they were extremely overzealous. I watched 2 females escorted out because someone called security over and said they were “pushing” all night. We had been standing next to them and never saw anyone push. The same someone called security over when we asked if we could move up a little. Security then escorted us out. I’m not sure who the person was that seemed to be so tight with the pit security detail, but when he wanted someone out of his way, they removed them. We paid good money for the concert & the pit tickets & only got to see half of it. Let’s make sure something really went down before we remove people. Ridiculous.

Very impressed with the professional staff management, and Quality amenities. The staff undergoes Covid 19 testing and the safety protocols are top notch. Really great place to enjoy yourself and those that accompany you.

The arena is located in downtown Wichita which makes it easy to get to off the freeway. There is plenty of parking but you have to get there early for the close spaces. The staff is helpful to get to your seats and getting around the arena. Now the stairs to go into the arena are a little steep to me but they do have rails. Also the seats are close together for a tall person but I was fine. It is also handicap friendly. For smokers there is an area outside. Arenas like this tend to be cold so a jacket is recommended. They have many food and drink options but you are not getting out of here spending less than $40. If you have the opportunity to get the VIP Experience that comes with food and drinks that is a good value- they happened to sell out for this concert. I had the time of my life. I appreciated the security and first responder staff present to keep people safe.

The grand Downtown Wichita stadium, on Waterman Street and in between Mead and Emporia. I will always give Intrust very high praise for such an impressive venue, inside and out, for the ICT area to enjoy stadium deserving events. It remains one of the more eye catching buildings seen off of the highway and continues to have a big event vibe inside the arena. My latest trip was for the Thunder season opener and they are continuing to put out an entertaining team and an awesome brand here. My negatives for my most recent trips have been about questionable parking options and extremely high pricing for concessions. With the amount of concerts and games I’ve attended here, I feel like it’s a solid bet to have a good experience at this arena.

Went up to Wichita for a concert. This venu had some of the best amenities I have ever seen. I was very impressed. The parking was not great, but being from out of state, we might not have known all the best places to go and just went to the first available place we saw.

How do they treat Thunder fans like we are nothing. We bring in so much of the arenas revenue in a year. Stop treating us like we are nothing. If we want to have a bell to cheer on our team... let bring them. While on the bell subject...WHY does the rules change everytime???? Another thing was is your Paul Blart "security" make their own rules about everything. The new security scanner was not supposed to go off unless you have a weapon. Not to me and my dad. We went on a Friday night and we walk through just fine and then Saturday it went off. The only thing different between the two days was as followed: Different underwear Different pair of socks Different pants Different jersey But had the same money to take from us, with your over price food and beverages, mostly the beer. So thanks for making my hockey experiences one of the worst. If you go and say why do you go. Well I'm a die hard fan since my parents took me back in 1994. It supposed to be a family fun time, not a lets see how much money we can get from these die hard fans

What gun it was to hangout last night with my son at the AEW show. The staff were friendly and I did not see many issues happening at all.
