Always has great deals and stylish wear for a cheaper way of fashion but always quality shop here often for new fashion trends

Place was great so was one of there employee's she was awesome very helpful and very friendly. Heather thanks for the great job and advice just love the clothes. Thanks again guys.

The Burlington off of Kellogg has a good selection of clothing, coats, home furnishings, nick nacks, and even a few patty wacks if you're interested. I always have trouble finding jeans in my size, no matter what store I shop at, so I can't fault Burlington for that. I'm happy with the cleanliness of the store, and staff members seem to care about COVID-19 protocols. Overall, a good experience.

So I'm highly annoyed by this companies lack of true information. This is the THIRD TIME I have came here, wasted my time and gas all for them to have the wrong information listed on not only Google, but their store phone line!! When you call the store it will say they are open until MIDNIGHT. The same thing shows on Google for the weekend. Well guess what? Here I am again on a Saturday night after driving OVER AN HOUR ONE WAY all for them to be closed. I am not happy about this at all you guys need to do better!!!

In the last couple of years I've watched Burlington go down hill. After my trip today I will not be going back. The store is dirty and completely unorganized. Opened items and tags scatter the ground. Parents tend to let their kids run free at this store as if it's a playground. Today there was a line of around 30 people and two workers checking people out. Their low prices reflect the quality of their items. Not impressed.

The place is a mess. I wont be back. You can"t find anything, because most of it is on the floor. Saw three employee just walking around. Just breathing air nothing else. Lost souls. Use to love this store. Burlington close the store makes the company look bad.

West Kellogg store in Wichita, Kansas very dirty and cluttered. Could hardly get a cart down the aisle. Stuff everywhere. Merchandise in the wrong place. Clothes all over the floors. Had not had the vacuum run on the floors for at least a week. I would be embarrassed to be connected with the store. At minimum, the store needs a new manager that would take pride in his/her store.

The store was dirty and unorganized, worse than I have ever seen it. I noticed a lot of near empty shelves with things just thrown around and not neatly displayed. I saw very few employees on the sales floor. There was only one checkout person when I was there and the line was 5 or 6 deep. I felt bad for her, but she was doing her best to take care of customers as quickly as she could. I would give her 5 stars, and my rating of 2 stars is in no way a reflection on her, only the condition of the store and lack of sales staff.

Dirty, unorganized, items scattered all over the floors in every isle, and so much more. I was completely blown away by the fact that some kind of upper management or corporate management hasn't stepped in and intervened. I think this is an issue beyond fixing. I will spend my money elsewhere. It's unfortunate because a few years back this is where the entire family and I purchased clothes and more.

The store offers great items at good prices. Lots of cute gift options for all price ranges. To be honest the store is an absolute wreck and the employees blame it on upper management and seem flippant about customer service but give it a shot if you are looking for good deals.

The service that Cynthia and Melissa gave me was absolutely top notch! One of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a store like this in a long time. I also noticed the store seems to be more organized too!

Are you serious is this one of those bathing bin places where everything is just shoved in places and you gotta dig. Trust me this place is a dump.

Store is a wreck! Merchandise is everywhere on the floors and nothing is organized according to categories. I walked out of there feeling dirty.

Great, fantastic, stellar prices, I found both of my daughters a nice winter coat for less than $90. Excellent variety of clothing,get there before "ALL"of the good deals are gone.

Every time we go in the store it seems smaller and smaller. They have a good selection of items but you have to dig for things because the racks are so messy.

The only thing I have to say is when you have a line of 12 or more people waiting to check out with a total of 6 registers and only 2 girls working the registers and 3 girls standing next to them distracting them from doing their job it, screams bad management. js

3 stars because of the disorganization of the store. High volume of customers means more clean up but still, as a consumer I only desire to goto the large coats and find just that. Otherwise, as far as brands, qualities, and hours, I will give 2 side stars for that.***(**)
