I had one of the best experiences at a Cricket Store that I have ever had. Not only was Rafael helpful, but very professional and he sold me and added a new phone to my service in less than fifteen minutes. I definitely highly recommend this store and Rafael as an awesome agent for Cricket Wireless..🙂💖

Excited to join the Cricket family. Sadly, the owner of this location (motor mouth also owns the locations on Central, hydrollic, and 21st) has created extra "requirements" to joining cricket to make an extra buck. You are required to buy the higher priced plan for the first 90 days and required to buy the insurance ($7 per month)with a phone purchase. Word to the wise, go to any other cricket wireless retailer in town and you won't be ripped off with policies added to make the owner more money.

Was in on 09/29/21 10:30am. Was helped by Lauren / Loren (?) She was knowledgeable, fast, yet patient with me. She got me going quickly, answered my questions, but most importantly, was so friendly and respectful. Please clone her!! Girl deserves a raise… And no, I do not know her, I’m just very tired of disrespectful, lazy customer service. So many people these days act like they’re doing you a favor and don’t want to do their job.

Had a difficult situation with my account. I had fully paid my bill and then added a line in store. Less than 2 days later, both lines were shut off and we had been overcharged. The manager tried her best to help us, but she couldn't get Cricket to credit the charges back, so she paid out of her own pocket for the mistake of another employee that she didn't even know. She truly went above and beyond what was required of her to make things right, and that deserves recognition. Thanks Lauren.

Fantastic! All the ladies in there were very helpful. I believe her name was Lauren who was helping us and she was absolutely great, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had troubles switching my phone over but she took care of everything and made the experience super easy. 10/10 would recommend this store and this service!

Store is not adequately staffed and employees are not trained well. I was offered a deal that wasn't really possible. I had to visit the store three additional times and call customer service 5 times to finally get things straightened out. ALL which could have been avoided if the employee actually knew what they were talking about. The first employee did not give me correct information...the next two mistakenly thought they had fixed things, but also did not realize they were offering me something that was not possible. I called the manager to let her know how I felt. In addition to stating she would talk to her team...she did say "I try to put stickers on all the phones in the store so CUSTOMERS KNOW which ones are eligible. Shouldn't the employees KNOW something? I will NEVER go back to this store. They are consistently lacking in knowledge of the product and services they sell.

Horrible customer service. The little girl who works in the store tried to fight me but got scared when I pulled her card. How embarrassing. This is why you shouldn't hire children. Poor customer service skills and all talk.

Actually better than expected. I was a T-Mobile customer and I just felt like I was getting ripped off with the very fragile and buggy Pixel 6a, which I tried after having been a Moto fan, out of curiosity. The screen was cracking from over heating and the phone was just too quirky and over hyped and just over priced. But now I have the very awesome Moto stylus for free, and I'm guessing it will be just as good as my old Motos. Moto doesn't add bloatware like a lot of people assume. They make very high quality stuff and they add a layer of refinement that is actually good. Anyway cricket was a little more than I was expecting monthly but it's not bad.

I was looking for new service today however I will be going somewhere else. Very rude, unprofessional and told me they do not care if I take my service elsewhere. I have never been so offended.
