TL:DR - Mediocre food, high prices, slow service. Might improve in the next few months, might not. Maybe go to Texas Roadhouse. I'll start by assuming they must have a staffing shortage because only one register was open with a pretty good line... might have been a tactical choice to help keep the kitchen from being too backed up. Took 45 minutes from the time we walked in to having food at the table, not as bad as some reviews I read, still not good. With a recurring theme of 45, our bill was $45 for two burger meals (came with fried and a drink) and a chocolate shake. That did include a 15% tip, still expensive. The big disappointment was the food. The fries were cold by the time they made it to us and I've had better quality control at basically every fast food joint. Both burgers were not stacked well and basically falling out the side. On top of that, both were under seasoned. They could have done a lot more to add some flavor to the patty and actually put some sauce on there.

Location is great, they offer quite a bit more seating than I expected from the size of the building when I arrived in the parking lot. The burgers were hot and fresh. Friendly workers even though they were slammed with customers. The wait was long but they just opened so that is 100% understandable (means their food is good and word is spreading.) Most people aren't aware but they will be opening 2 more locations here in Wichita so don't stress. Advice for those coming here, check the menu online and know what you want before arriving, this allows the line to move faster. Also expect a wait after ordering. The food is cooked when ordered, not before. I've attached some pictures from my visit. I'm excited to see the XXXL Burger challenge board contests when they start. I highly recommend them. I'll try an Oreo shake on my next visit.

For price to me it seemed normal 2 meals with a drink was 30 bucks.... but the food was good and juicy. It was flavorful not so greasy. I still want to try their shakes and wings but other than that ill be back for sure a few times honestly.

The cheeseburger and fries were good. I had the king burger with fat fries. The Maui - banana milkshake was awesome! The onion rings were not breaded that much. I've had better onion rings at other restaurants around town. The buffalo wings with BBQ sauce was very good. They give you a little bit of carrots and celery and blue cheese with the buffalo wing order. The line to order was long but I expected that because it just opened up. There is no drive thru. Don't expect this to be fast food. They make everything fresh. We spent $60.00 for two people but we bought enough for two meals per person because we wanted to try almost everything they offered besides the chicken sandwich and chili cheese fries and chili cheese dogs.

Very expensive for not a lot of taste the line was short and the wate time was long burger was dry and the fries were hot and the food all came out at different times my wife had the chicken wings and she was not impressed very low key wings no rush to go back.

Do NOT waste your money! You’d be better off to stop at Texas Roadhouse and order steak. It would be cheaper! Kid meals are $7.95, add cheese to the burger, and the KID MEAL is over $9. We wanted to give it a try and were hopeful that the price would reflect amazing food. The kids burger came out on a dinner roll. It was the same size as the ranch container that we had to ask for 3 times. Service is bad, food is like stale county fair food, and the price is absurd. Too bad. Don’t visit this place. If you do, have tums close by!

The burger was great! The young girl that took my order was horrible. Had to have a talk with management.

Finally tried Fat burger after all the hype died down.... The burgers were not terrible could have been seasoned better for sure, but were juicy. THE fries & onion rings were nice & hot, which was great ,but bland & the chicken wings were good. The price for our 3 meals was $52.03. Overall out of 5 stars we gave it a 3. For the price it was not the best burger, fries and onion rings we've had.

Pretty sure best Burger ever had sweet potato fries amazing highly recommend a bit pricey but everything is these days

It’s a bit pricey given what it is, but it’s not terrible either. Food did come out fresh, hot, & fairly quickly. Sort of reminds me of a cross between Wayback burgers & 5 guys. Customer service was wonderful (much better than either of the 2 places mentioned) with the cashier & manager checking up on me to see if everything was fine/good. Dining room was also fairly clean as well.

My family and I enjoyed all of our meals! The burgers were definitely juicy and so delicious 🤤! I wish I would have known how big the burgers were because a double was way too much for me lol but everything tasted how it needed to taste🙌🏽🥰! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I came for a date. He ordered wings, onion rings. I ordered hamburger and fries. They brought out my burger and his wings, then said your sides will be out shortly within 5 minutes. My husband loved his wings. I took one bite of my hamburger and my teeth were cold. I spit the burger out. It was barely warmed on both sides it was so raw. They remade my burger. Husband is almost done with his wings when our sides came out. Then when we was almost done with our sides they brought out my hamburger. It was better this time. But no apology just remade the burger. None of the workers were very happy about being at work. To me when we have been in here the workers smile and atleast act happy.

Amazing burgers is a restaurant that has that throwback feel. The burgers are huge so don't go in thinking you can do a double unless you know you can. Toppings were fresh and delicious. If you are in for a burger that is worth every penny, Fatburger is where you need to go!

Everyone was extraordinarily courteous and helpful. This was my very first visit. The burgers tasted and look actually homemade. The wings were medium to large in size. BUTTTT...The most memorable part was the wings were internally moist! Atmosphere was very pleasing. The prices were a tad high, but worth it for the quality. A place worth another visit!

Was really disappointed. Could've made a better burger at home. Not impressed. HOWEVER, their onion rings are the best things in the world! Fries were bland, but milkshakes are great!
