Was going to go to Wendy's in Wichita but I found out it was being remodeled. So I decided to go in the Huddle House cuz I found out it was in the same area next door. The waitress was wonderful and attentive to my needs. The food was wonderful and very presentable and it was made very quickly. The kitchen staff was nice and courteous and so is the waitress I even had a conversation for them as I waited for my meal. The chicken fried steak and the fruit cup and tater tots were excellent. I would definitely come to this Huddle House. It has more of a Cozier atmosphere than the Huddle House in Salina. Recommended highly!

First time ever going to huddle house. I’m a Waffle House guy, but we don’t have one around here. The bridge closure from 13th to 21st has impacted this business really hard unfortunately. When I arrived there was only one car in the lot, two people inside eating. After entering through the breezeway, I was immediately welcomed with a heartwarming smell of applewood bacon, coffee, and grilled Patties. There’s a sign that says to please sit yourself, so we did. Belinda was there to give us our menus, and she was the best. Belinda if you see this, good job with those new nails you did great. She was so nice and patient with us. The menu is much larger than expected, and the options were all good. I don’t have any complaints at all. Coffee was good, waffles, biscuits & gravy, grits, hash browns, eggs, toast. They got blueberry muffin bites for $1.99, GET THEM. They’re a must have. Very friendly environment, welcoming, comfortable. Delicious food. These people need business, they don’t deserve to get cast into a shadow due to construction. If you’ve been thinking about coming, please do. Not only was Belinda a great host, but the kitchen staff were on point. When I say no complaints, I mean it. Table full of food for $30, you’ll be happy you went

My husband and I drove the extra 20 minutes today to go to Huddle House. We could’ve gone somewhere closer, like IHOP or Village Inn but I specifically wanted a pecan waffle. All of our food was fresh and hot and Misty our waitress was truly amazing 🤩. Our glasses never went empty and she managed all of the tables in the dining area with grace, professionalism and a smile! Needless to say, we both needed a nap after this meal. #findyourjoy #tipyourserver

Ordered curbside pick up tonight. It was our first time ever eating here so we wanted to get a little of everything. First off, we didn't get any any of the drinks that were supposed to come with our food. We even paid an extra 50¢ for the option to choose lemonade. Partially my fault for not realizing this until after we left the restaurant. We ordered the appetizer sampler that comes with jalapeno poppers, fried pickles, fried mozzarella sticks and fries. It's supposed to come with ranch and marinara sauce automatically. We only received ranch. We also ordered garlic sauce to go with it. Did not get that either. But we enjoyed all the food in the sampler still. I ordered the chicken tenders toaster sandwich combo and chose mashed potatoes with brown gravy as the side. The sandwich and the potatoes were both good and a good deal for $5. My husband got the farmhouse burger combo with mac and cheese for the side. It was also a good deal for $5. My son ordered the applewood smoked bacon huddleburger with fries. He enjoyed it although I'm not sure it was worth the price. Overall the food was okay, but unless you're getting a $5 combo I don't feel it's worth it.

Service: We were greeted by a VERY nice lady and seated quickly. Tables were pretty packed so we could tell it was popular. An older couple was seated after us and got attention before we did. When the waitress asked if we had been helped i told her no and she immediately apologized. Took our drink order and brought them out approximately five minutes later. A coffee with creamer and a sunrise spritz. Food took about 20 minutes. A lot of commotion going on between staff members. One waitress seemed to have an attitude and just about knocked the "Please wait to be seated" sign. Manager had to speak to her. Could definitely tell they had not been open long. Waitress apologized again for the wait one the food was brought out. Something about they had the wrong table. Waitress was VERY nice as well. Food: Totally surprised by the food. Waffle was really good. The only place that we have been to that actually made my eggs the way i ordered which was sunny side up. Bacon was really good as well. Stuffed Hash browns were pretty crispier than i would have liked. The rest was really good. They DO NOT carry Tabasco because apparently its not Huddle House approved. They have Texas Pete in its place which does not measure up to Tabasco. Would have even settled for Louisiana Hot Sauce. Disappointment: The manager/owner, couldnt tell which one, made us feel very uncomfortable. Our seat was close to the door. He literally stood within three feet of our table pretty much the whole time we were seated. Made my husband, who is a retired Army veteran, VERY uncomfortable especially when he would just stand behind him. It felt like he was just staring at us while we ate. Very unpleasant for him to do that. Would we return? Yes, we would, but next time hopefully there is a seat on the other side of the lobby for us to sit.

I’m visiting a new area and stopped in for breakfast. They had large servings and most importantly the food was fresh and hot. Service was attentive but not overbearing.

This used to be a decent place to get breakfast until some good employees either left or were wrongfully terminated. The owner of this restaurant doesn't seem to care about constructive criticism or feedback from customers. I have made numerous reports to corporate that have been passed on to the owner and he doesn't do anything about it. The service is horrible now because they don't have enough help and can't keep good help. They are losing customers and I will not go back either.

I'm a server here and love it. I've waited tables for 30 years and this place is hands down my favorite place I've worked. My Manager Ali has very high standards for Customer Service. Also I have worked in many restaurants and this is by far the CLEANEST. Come try us out, you will love it!

Crazy how when we left our house to go try this place for the first time my boyfriend says “it’s breakfast you can’t mess up breakfast that bad” boy was he wrong. Currently cooking breakfast at home because I wasted 36 dollars on terrible food and service. Nothing was good about this place. The food all lacked taste and was like warm at best and the service was very slow and just not good.

We was passing through town. And we had breakfast here. Amazing service the waitress was the sweetest. Food was delicious. Only complaint i think we have was a couple of the employees were smoking right outside the door.

We love eating at HH but service was awful when we went today. They were a little busy which was understandable, but service was SO SLOW. It took a long time to get our food, and we sat at our table for nearly a half hour waiting to pay. Our waitress stopped checking on us as soon as she gave us our food. Apparently she was also the "head server" but it sure didn't seem that way seeing as how we were ignored. It takes not even 2 minutes to pay.

Great meal, had breakfast for dinner. The cooks are superb and fix my food exactly like I order. The price is great, as this restaurant has great coupons. The wait staff are awesome and work tirelessly to please their guest. It is in North Riverside and you dont have to drive way out west or east for a good meal. Go by and see them this week.

I am a huddle House rewards member and I chose to use my rewards for a free meal. I contacted the store to see how my mail was going to be on my receipt. the food was not what I expected. Needless to say after hearing that my meal would not be free and I had to call corporate office due to the fact that the purses on duty at the store was unable to help me with this my food was less than pleasant. However I did get this situation resolved that I will get my free meal but at another time. Hopefully the meal will be satisfying. I tell you that if you have rewards points call the store 1st.

Service was okay ish. The restaurant was pretty dead so we kind of expected to get checked on at least one time after getting our food (I asked for ranch and we needed a refill, server didn't come back until we got the check, still a nice server though.) The food was very....it tasted like it had been freezer burnt and stuck in a microwave to be quite honest (doesn't matter what we ordered, everything had that taste), and nothing was fresh. Very below average food, and not really worth the price at all.

Good home-style food, and I've never had a problem with service. Gail is the only wait person I have ever seen there, and she works her butt off! Extra points for their yummy waffles!

I have two reasons for leaving a stellar review - Belinda our Waitress and Tanner our Cook!! Belinda greeted us instantly with a genuine smile, great attitude, and was super helpful with ordering. She was lovely to talk to and was the prime reason we had such a good experience. Tanner did an excellent job cooking. We were blown away at how quickly and accurately he made our meals. He also had a big smile and was very friendly. These two employees deserve a HUGE raise and all the kudos you can give them! HH is very lucky to have them.

Costing around $28 for two burger meals including a 20% tip, I'm giving the burgers at Huddle House 4 out of 5 Bachelor on the Cheap stars. Reasonably priced and prepared well, these burgers pack some flavor and you walk away from the table feeling quite satisfied. Both burgers are worthy of a repeat buy and the next time I'm at the Huddle House, a burger with bacon will be in 'order,' pun intended...

I ordered takeout. My pancakes didn't come with the strawberries or syrup. When I attempted to call, no one answered the phone. There were also hairs on the outside of my container, though none inside with the food.

First time there today, we had a very good breakfast. Coffee, and two of us shared CFS, eggs over easy with hash browns and a waffle. Tiffany kept the coffee coming, food came out hot and perfectly cooked. Having lived in the South it reminded me of the iconic 'Waffle House'.

food was great!! the mozzarella sticks were rly good & the meat lover omelet had the perfect amount of flavor. the biscuit's texture was a little iffy lmao but it was still good :D i was full but it was so good i couldn't stop eating haha. service was fantastic too!! the waiter was rly nice & friendly 🫶

Horrible food Gave my wife food possioning. Its more than just meeting expectations. Ive been to this location multiple times and it has gotten worse I can be reached for further communication off line if needed

Well things have changed here meals are very small… last time here it was a nice chicken breast. Now I get a little frozen Pattie , that was over cooked. Wasn’t just my meal, but everyone in the whole Restaurant. The French fries cold and a ERY small portion….sorry to see …there food used to be pretty good…

The scrambled eggs were good, we had delivered. I was missing the fruit for my pancakes. the pancakes themselves were slightly burnt. The side of fruit wasn't very fresh. The grits were very thick and not seasoned really and the bacon was under cooked a bit. Ive eaten here before and it was good, they may have been understaffed or busy it was also Sunday

Very poor service! Eggs weren’t cooked properly! A dog hair (hopefully not any other bodily hair) on my waffle! Dirty tables not being wiped prior to other customers being seated! Dirty coffee cup! And I guess they forget to refill coffee considering we paid close to 5.00 for coffee and only got 1 refill and we had to take our mug to the waitress! Definitely worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had!!! Oh and waffle was still raw!
