One & done! $9 Rib “SANDWICH:” 4 tiny ribs that didn’t even reach the length of the to-go container, overly seasoned meat, along w/2 slices of bread…why not a bun…or better yet, assemble the actual “rib sandwich”…customer shouldn’t have to remove the meat from the bone and assemble it themselves…not for $9 plus tax. Also, there weren’t any sides that came w/the meal…not sure what happened…hopefully this isn’t your norm. See video review

I went into Georgio's today which is now located in the strip mall on 21st and Grove. I ordered a 3 meat meal with brisket, ribs, OK hotlinks, collard greens, & baked beans. Wow. They know how to smoke some meat & they give you a ton of food. Brisket & ribs were absolutely perfect and had a smokey flavor. The collard greens were amazing, perfect texture and flavor. A woman came in after me and could not eat pork and the staff helped by telling her which menu items to avoid for cross contamination. As a person with food allergies, I found that to be extremely informative. 10/10 to recommend a plate at Georgio's. Note; this is take out only, not dine in.

Was not good small servings and the sides were not homemade. Beans straight out of the can.

Holy cow the food knocked my socks off! We had the sampler with links, chicken, brisket and ribs and everything was delicious. The chicken and brisket were standouts - both so tender and flavorful they were astounding. The collard greens and yams were also tasty. The best BBQ I've had in Wichita.

We got the Sampler. Plenty of excellent food for 2 with leftovers. The meats were as tasty as we could want. We especially liked the tender brisket and the spice of the hot link. The collard greens were delicious and had good texture, and the potato salad was delicious. I am eager to return and am glad that they will have a storefront location in the new year!

So good. Got brisket ribs and Oklahoma links and they were all 🔥. This holds up with all the bbq ive had in tx. Maybe best ribs ive ever had.

Yoooooo !!!! I have family in Wichita and visit frequently and I won’t leave if I haven’t had bbq from Georgio's. I’m funny about my collards and his are the best I’ve had in my life! Everything is so flavorful and fresh! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I had the $14 dollar rib dinner. It took about 15 minutes to receive my order after being placed. The sides were not that good. Potato salad tasted store bought and the corn appeared to have been from yesterdays pot since it was very salty and saggy. The three ribs were good. They salt and pepper and smoke good, but once you really look at it, theres about 4 oz of meat. So you can make a sandwich with the fresh bread. Sauce was good but tasted a little on the commercial side. One would think with the low overhead operated out of a parking lot they would place more attention to customer service and sides. I stopped in there thinking I could buy whole slabs of ribs for take out. They do not offer that on the menu.

I just stopped by and got a 2 meat dinner with ribs, brisket, potato salad and greens. The brisket is very moist and flavorful, best I've had in Wichita, the ribs were tender with just the perfect amount of smokey flavor (most places over smoke their ribs) potato salad is beyond good and the greens flavorful and perfectly cooked. Beyond impressed!

Absolutely WONDERFUL brisket and the OK links? Chef's kiss. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful and kind and I'm just pleased with every bit of this experience. 10/10 would recommend and will be going again.

We went and as soon as we walked in we were told they were out of everything except hot links. Everything. This was at dinner time on a Saturday

We had Brisket, burnt ends, chicken, Oklahoma and Ks hot links, greens(AMAZING), ribs, corn bread, bread, sauce(amazing), potato salad….. alll AMAZING don’t change a thing. My husband and I have eaten at over 200 bbq joints, am glad to say this one is in our home town. Only regret is didn’t go sooner… soooo goood…

When I come to Wichita, it's a "must" to get food here!!! Absolutely delicious!!!
