Most of the staff were quite rude. Even with other staff, but def with patients. I didn't appreciate the way one of the aides openly embarrassed me about something personal and unnecessary. It wasn't a breech of confidentiality, but it was rude and unprofessional.

I’ve done plenty of of DOT’s and UA’s at different locations in Wichita KS but this place is horrible. The way I was treated had my adrenaline so high, more so because the staff are rude.. I was getting my TB and Urine sample administrated.. and the lady was so mean she did my TB shot and left it bleeding all over no wipe down or bandage afterwards. I went to do my urine sample and didn’t have a half cup of urine.. when I asked for a bottle of water or cup of water she continued to tell me to leave because I simply explained that she was being rude and her attitude was unnecessary. I was explaining that I would be calling first student to inform them not to send employees up there because of how her and the rest of the staffs attitude was. Worst clinic you could have any services done. 0/10 they need to be closed..

Checked in at 2:30p.m for a standard physical. I over heard the receptionist saying the physical therapist was going home early today. I asked if they'd be able to still finish the appointment as scheduled several days in advance. Go through the hearing and vision and then got to experience the joy of being the only person in the lobby while receptionist, the director, and the physician argued over if they could get the job done, and who was doing what. I know if I don't do my job, and in a timely manner, and fired. 0/10, WILL NOT REPEAT.

I would give them less than one star but that is not possible. The lady who called me in for my drug test was extremely rude I had been holding my urine for a long time so I was ready to pee but I also went number 2 because I really needed to the lady asked if I was done and I said yea give me a min then I came out with the urine sample she then asked if I had fallen asleep since it took me not even a min to go and I said no but I really needed to use the restroom and I went number 2 and she said oh so you need me to turn the water back on so you can flush and I said yes obviously but why would you be rude and act like I took forever in the bathroom and ask if I had fallen asleep so rude!!!!!!! Get better staff!!!!! Do better!!!!!

I been to this place before hasn’t changed I did a DOT physical and failed of course took my blood pressure after he made me mad . The worst place I ever been rude and unprofessional. so went somewhere else and passed. I will never go back ever. Even if I had a medical emergency.

The reviews had me scared to bring my mom here but due it being we had to get stuff done in a rush I said lemme take a chance. Man talk about never judge a book by it's cover, because Brenda was wonderful, knowledgeable and patient was a very pleasant maybe the reviews I read were about other staff members but Brenda is A1 like the steak sauce 100 would come back and recommend

Disgusting. These old women discriminated against my boyfriend when getting treated for workers comp. They were so awful that we had to leave before getting him fully treated. Beyond furious.

the so called doctor said that dot uses test a and i need a 40 % to pass he want the hard copys of all test to make his judment my test a was 45 to 50 % may test b shows the same thing it was 33 % i have my hart doc give me a full range of test he would not pass me be cause he knows best his words via chisti has the some worst doctors ever

We had an experience quite different than what I've read on here. The staff was helpful and compassionate to our needs.

Terrible it took an hour and 23 minutes just for my son to pee in a cup I tried to be patient and understand that everywhere is short staff but it shouldn’t take that long

The staff are rude and unprofessional, they do not let you see your drug test be sealed shut, so how can you even trust them after they're so hateful towards their patients?

Best service so far here in Kansas. Monica took care of me at the front desk, Ethan took care of my lab and injections....even the other patients were pleasant! Had to call for paperwork this morning and it was handled within minutes. Deserves 10+ stars! Travel RN from Texas.
