First I wasn't happy I had to return and repurchase items when you lower the price on day 15 when you have a 14 day price protection unlike other retailers who have 30 days. Then I find out I have to pay for the return, again unlike other retailers. The final straw was when you advertise free shipping only to sneak in a $1.99 fuel surcharge, last I checked fuel was part of shipping so you don't really have free shipping. VERY DECEPTIVE business practice. Only after I tell you I will return the item do you offer a ONE time price protection option and the agent on chat promptly tells me I could have read about this on their website. I don't know about others but I do not need a customer service person basically acting like I was stupid for not knowing or reading everything on their website. I will no longer shop at TGW, they cheated me on this fuel surcharge so I will offer them a ONE time exception and not cancel my order. Now they can read about it on this website :)

This company has the very best prices and selections for all your golf needs! The site is very user friendly and gives enough information to allow you to make the best decisions about your purchases. Just placed my third order with this company. I had to return an order due to my error with sizes. The available sizes were clearly listed on the site but I still ordered incorrectly. Their customer service was top notched. They dealt with the return instantly and I received a credit to my credit card within 48 hours of them receiving the returned items. Highly recommend TGW as the prices and products are great and it is very easy to shop their website.

Outstanding customer service each time I have called TGW! The company values customers and makes things right. Processed a return and sent out a better fitting product after I ordered too large on a Saturday morning. I always feel good after talking to their reps as opposed to every other customer service at every other company.

Very good customer service and trade in options for 30 days. I am left handed, so buy and try and send back if it does not work. Can't try left handed clubs a store because they don't stock them.

I have not reviewed other comments from buyers. All I can say is that every purchase I have made from TGW, was quick and easy using their website. Always shipped on time with no delivery issues or damages to my purchase. I recommend users check their website out. I find it very easy to navigate.

Great product and price. Purchased a Garmin S10 on sale for $100. Would buy from here again. It did arrive a day or two late but I was able to track it throughout the shipping process. I recommend the watch too. Lots of battery life and gives you the front middle and back of green. Very accurate based on the yardage markers I've checked.

What a sh@# show! This site is the worst I’ve ever used. The sites slow, and the chat couldn’t help me. Why chat when you have to call? Who knows. Needs improvement… the selection was good… Not like it matters if you can’t check out lol.

I've been looking for a particular golf shoe for some time now. I found it on the TGW website. I'm not a fan of online shopping, but this was simple and efficient! I haven't received the shoes yet, but I reviewed their return policy (also easy to find) and I shouldn't have a problem if they don't fit.

Their own personal TGW kids clubs seem to be about the best value for what you get. Reviews seem solid, can’t wait for them to come in. Fingers crossed my kiddo gets hooked so I can have a golfing partner for years to come! Website is easy to use and checkout is quick.
