Just
completed
the
6
week
challenge
(actually,
my
final
weigh
in
is
tomorrow—and
I
got
this!).
The
meal
plan
they
provide
is
amazing.
It’s
so
easy
to
follow
and
even
though
I
know
that
I’m
not
going
to
be
so
strict
with
my
diet
once
I’m
not
in
the
challenge,
I
can
see
following
the
meal
plan
most
of
the
time
moving
forward.
Seriously,
I
think
the
meal
plan
alone
is
worth
doing
the
challenge.
However,
I
can’t
say
that
I
enjoyed
or
found
much
value
in
the
actual
kickboxing
classes—but
this
is
really
just
a
personal
preference
as
many
people
really
like
them!
As
someone
with
a
fitness
background,
I
like
working
toward
specific
goals
(other
than
just
generally
losing
weight)
and
have
my
workouts
structured
to
meet
those
goals.
This
is
obviously
difficult
to
do
in
a
group
fitness
setting,
so
again,
just
my
preference.
Finally,
I
wish
the
sinks
in
the
bathroom
were
not
motion
activated
and
that
they
had
working
paper
towel
dispensers.
ETA:
I
increased
my
rating
to
four
stars.
If
I
could
rate
just
the
meal
plan
I
would
give
it
five
in
a
heartbeat.
After
having
completed
the
challenge,
I’m
now
coming
to
realize
how
absolutely
revolutionary
this
challenge
has
been
for
me
and
my
relationship
with
food—I
know
that
sounds
dramatic,
but
it’s
true
😂
Anyhow,
if
you
have
issues
with
food,
I
would
encourage
you
to
look
into
this!
