Builder / Artist / Creator, Gary Pendergrass has an amazing visual soul. His creations are not only a roadside thrill they are captivating. He does not charge for Admission, but has hidden a place to leave a little something to continue his passion for Steampunk 🎫🎟️ enjoy the visit, we sure did!!

This is absolutely incredible! For years I have left my friends awe struck by showing them the industrial/steampunk style wonderland this incredible artist has captured. Brilliant, and being there is as close to being transported to another world as I have ever been.

A wonderful space for outsider folk art on an unassuming city street. Be respectful to the house and neighbors when you go.

Truly a diamond in the rough. There aren't many places that compare to the unique environment presented here. The custom crafted displays ensnare the imagination. With any luck, it will be inspiration for the next generation of inhabitants

Gary's work is next level. He has pulled what can only be described as soul from seemingly lifeless recycled junk to build an inspiring fairytale land in his backyard. Free and inspirational.

I'm not really sure if this is called Steampunk Village. It has a very strong steampunk vibe. It's located at 17th and West Street in Wichita. (Just east of West Street.

I think it's actually called " the village". It's more metal work statuary than actual steam punk. Or perhaps I don't understand steam punk. I thought it meant functional devices, resembling modern teck, based on steam engine technology.

Truly an amazing and fun experience to be had. Very awesome to see art in an otherwise normal city street. Saw it a couple times on the way home and decided to stop by. The artist is quite creative and you really get to enjoy their work through their medium.
