    Based on my experience here, my order was fulfilled inaccurately. The customer service from the employees I encountered was awful. Wait time was average. Overall, my order was not right, terrible customer service, so just don't bother coming here. If they don't care, why should you? Wouldn't recommend or return.

    If you're counting on this location for coffee, be aware that they can be inconsistent with what they send out. Sometimes it's correct, other times you'll get something very different than what you ordered. Even after sending mine back, I still didn't get what I ordered.

    Someone got held here at gun point some time this year. I'm pretty sure it's bc of the customer service at the drive through window and the quality of the food you get, people get really mad over that stuff. Most of the other locations are nice except on Broadway that one sucks too. The upside to this one is its open late and the day crew is much more pleasant.

    Don't go here. Morning staff is rude and would not remake a frozen sausage patties after my husband talked to her on the phone the previous day and told him that he or I needed to come back within 24 hours per their new policy. I came back the next day and the manager said that she didn't speak to anyone about it and wouldnt help me. The food we got the previous day was terrible (even for McDonalds standards) The gentleman at the window was rude and as I watched the staff make my order front he window they wiped noses and we're not wearing gloves. The hash browns tasted like they had been redipped in oil and were soggy. If I had to describe my experience in three words they would be disgusting, terrible and gross. The health department will be getting a phone call. And I hope the GM takes into consideration the product that they are handing out to customers.

    I just recently received some very rude customer service from the young man who works in the lobby. I had come in earlier and spent nearly $10 on a meal in which I sat indoors and ate and everything was okay. Then I go outside for a few minutes to use the phone and when I come back in to sit down the road gentleman rudely asked me if he could help me. I said that everything was fine and he stated that I could only be in here for 30 minutes and he was not terribly polite about it either. He knew I was just in there and yet he wants to treat me like I'm some kind of South side scrub? Anyways I did not appreciate the young man being rude and I just wanted to let others know that they can expect rude customer service from this restaurant

    Feeding people literal trash!!! I hate this restaurant chain and refuse to eat here myself but my 2 children are able to stomach this garbage. I won’t eat here considering everything on their menu literally is either injected with liquid sodium or liquid sugar and then dehydrated as this apple pie was and everything is simply a quick fix with no health benefit whatsoever. Elizabeth the manager on duty I spoke with when I finally arrived home, replied that she would only replace the items as long as I drove across town within 24 hours and as I live on the south end and simply stopped here to appease my children as a quick fix before stopping at the pharmacy and going home and I’m not scheduled to drive across town til Monday that doesn’t fit into my schedule for me. I explained to her that the young man at the window tried to have me park and wait for fresh apple pies with the knowledge I was willing to wait because of my extra errand and upper management which was probably Elizabeth herself made this executive decision. I chose this petty review over wasting my gas and literal garbage food for my money’s worth.

    I was hungry after moving in and used the app for a discount on my Big Mac meal. The prices have gone up a lot, but the app makes it worthwhile. The store was clean, workers were nice, and food arrived quickly and warm! Just what I needed

    I have lived in this area for over 18 years,and this is the worst. I have never seen a manager run a restaurant like this and get away with what she tells customers. Douglas and Seneca McDonald's needs new managers in a bad way. Raw bacon not once not twice but 3times is a little to much,but for some reason when I have called the corporate office and complain,it's we are sorry we will have a talk with that manager, I call BS.

    Went around 3:25am to grab food for me and a coworker on break. Pulled up to order a male employee said “the system is currently down can you please wait 10 minutes.” I hear them say it to another customer at the other intercom. After 3 minutes they got back on and said” can you wait in the parking lot” and so I said okay. At this point it’s pretty obviously they were going to wait till 4am when they’re closed so they can turn me away that’s is ridiculous car kept coming and going and not one person was served until they closed. This is not now you do bussiness this is just plain lazy.

    I don't understand why you can never get a frappe at night. Every single night I go there and the reply is we can't make those because our machine is getting cleaned. Every night any time. I mean how long does it take to clean? They just don't want to make them. Now daytime is great but nights suck. We was going to buy food but just drove away. So you lost a 30$ sale cause your crew is lazy. Your not the only McDonald's that does this but yours usually takes the longest to clean. I won't be back. .

    Absolutely terrible. The employees are garbage. Never will you get your food in under 5 minutes let alone 30 seconds. That's laughable. Tonight now the lazy employees won't even make it to the waiting spots. Now we must pull all the way around the building so they don't accidentally do too much work. People are such a joke....the younger ones!

    Went to Pawnee and Seneca at 2 am drove to the speaker and someone rudely said they were closed until 5 am. Wasn't happy. Went RIGHT down the road to Douglas and Seneca and the guy on the speaker was polite and professional and 10 minutes later drove away with freshly made food. Thank you for helping me out and making my night a little better! 😊 i owe you one. Give that guy a raise!

    We stopped in after a trip to cowtown with the sunflower summer app. We got nuggets, fries, ice cream, & drinks. The store was clean, the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was nice because it was extremely hot out and there was air conditioning.. 😄 The kids got to play in the play area for a little while and it was not overly crowded.

    Went thru the drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times only for them to miss up the order anyway by trying to give us wrong drinks then not giving us what we ordered because they didn't get the order right after I repeated it 3 times. They usually have very good service

    This McDonald's usually gets our orders right, which is awesome. The staff is usually really friendly and pleasant. They are in a pretty busy area and keep things moving pretty well.
