Wow a casual Lebanese/mediterranean taste experience in N. West Wichita with sit down and wait flavors and tastes! We sampled the Lamb kabob, and the sesame crusted chicken( all pictured) which came with sides of hummus and tabuli. a locally owned restaurant that does not disappoint. The lamb was stellar, the spices cinnamon, fresh parsley, and more all present, not overpowering and down right delicious. the chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and a light sauce to accompany the sesame seed coating. the Tabuli was AMAZING! fresh, light, hint of citrus served over fresh basil leaves wow, just wow. the hummus was smooth and creamy definitely can taste the garlic and was fresh today. Great food and service don't forget to grab some delicious baklava for dessert!

Tried out the new east location on WSU campus in Braeburn Square. We had a great chicken schwarma sandwich with fattoush salad, and a hummus with gyro meat. The hummus came with the thick fluffy pita, which was a nice change from the usual. The fattoush was definitely my favorite with chopped pickles! 😋 Plenty of seating options and great natural light with all the windows. Even though it is fast service and you order at counter and get your own drinks, someone checked on our table twice to make sure everything was going well. Great service and very clean!

We love this place! Staff is friendly and professional. The environment is nice and relaxing I had the lamb gyro-love it. The bread melts in your mouth My other half had the fattoush salad. She’s had the chicken and another time the gyro meat. She likes the gyro meat better Hummus is great and the other half loves the carrot cake. Price was approx $32 Give this place a shot!

Ate here tonight for the first time as I was craving a gyro. The pita was soft and fluffy. The lamb was perfectly cooked. The tzaziki sauce wasn't overwhelming but was the perfect amount. I got the greek salad as my side. It was so flavorful!! I will definitely eat here again!

It was our first time trying this place and we ordered takeout online. I got the southwest chicken wrap and my husband got the beef shawarma wrap. They were okay and the fries were ok but they could use some seasoning. My biggest complaint is that the online menu was extremely vague. The description of the southwest chicken wrap just said "Mild spicy chicken in chipotle sauce. Wrapped in jalapeno tortilla" but it had corn, tomato, black beans, olives and I even found a sunflower seed? You also couldn't tell the tortilla was jalapeno, it just seemed regular. The description of the beef shawarma just said " Carved tender beef wrapped in pita bread with tahini sauce." It had tomatoes, and a lot of potatoes in it. My husband said if he had known it was going to be half full of potatoes he would have gotten something else. He said it needed more sauce as well. So I wish they would update their menu descriptions to be a little more informative so we could have made better choices.

Good Mediterranean style food. They have several kinds of baklava. Pistachio is my favorite. Hummus is very good. Preparer forgot to put some olive oil and paprika on mine on my last visit though.

I really liked this place! Everything we tried was delicious, from the mixed kebab plate to the hummus, the fattoush salad, the Mediterranean chicken flatbread, to the gyro. I was very pleasantly surprised (as I went in with zero pre-conceived expectations). Wichita has several good options for Mediterranean food, but this one was top notch. Of what we tried, my top rec would probably be the kebab plate. The tabbouleh that came with it was super good as well! The young man who took our order was so nice and friendly. Again, very impressed and we will definitely be back.

Food is excellent. Atmosphere is nice for fast food and the service was quick and professional. I had the chicken pikasso sandwich with a fatuoush salad. The sandwich was well dressed and very tasty. My wife had the lamb gyros. She said it was very good and they didn’t skimp on the tahini sauce like some places. The fries were crispy and tasty. We had two types of baklava for desert and both were excellent

Good food! The tabbouleh salad is SO AMAZING! I've tried, and shared different dishes with my fellow diners and everything is really nice. That tabbouleh salad has my full attention though! Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food also.

The food here is so good. It’s flavorful and not usually too oily and the fries are amazing. It’s never super crowded, but that makes it very comfortable. The employees are always nice and were very understanding when I spilled my drink the first time I came here. Overall this is my favorite restaurant on campus.

If you have me coming back regularly then you know I like your restaurant. My friend and I came here wanting some good Mediterranean and we got it. Place is very lowkey and the staff always treats you like family. Their lamb is top tier their steak is also amazing, plenty of spices and flavor in their dishes. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a new place.

What a wonderful little place! Lots of vegetarian options, the service was fantastic: they explained menu items in accordance with dietary restrictions, and even walked us through which items were which on our sampler appetizer. The food was delicious, and the prices are more than fair. Also... BACLAVA!

I flew in from across the country, but the staff at Sesame Mediterranean Kitchen made me fell like I was home. The atmosphere is comforting and the smell from the open kitchen is wonderful. I ordered the 4 cheese gnocchi, which is WAY more than a fancy mac & cheese. Mushrooms, chicken, gnocchi, cheese, and vegetable blend makes for the perfect comfort meal.
