When we first got inside, the manager was very welcoming. We ordered our food and got it really quick. It was good and the portion size seems reasonable. The same manager was delited to help get us more bread sticks and thanked us for coming in.

First time at Fazoli's. First impression before I walked in wasn't for sure. The concrete sidewalk outside the door was very stained. I ordered a meal for dine-in. Very nice that our food is served on real plates. Salad was nice and fresh. Dining room was clean and tidy. Food was good, and plenty of it. Cost came out to 13 dollars. Seems like a great value. I'll visit another Fazoli's again if the need arises

Journeying across the country, I found myself at the doors of the temple to the great tomato. Walking in I was bestowed a plate of noodle goodness and was promptly seated, refilling my canteen and rations. To my place of rest walked sir Max asking me what I might need to continue on. I informed him I was in desperate need of that which was only heard of in song and legend, the mythical "stick of bread". He brought me not one plate, but two! I had searched far and wide and this champion placed it before me with the utmost respect and honor. Sir Max, you have changed my life.

My wife and I are big fans of fazoli's. I would recommend dining in so you get to have a family style dinner with unlimited bread sticks. They use real plates and silverware and a staff member will grate real parmesan for you just like if you were at an olive garden restaurant. I always get the ultimate sampler it's 4 different dishes ( fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, ziti pasta in marinara sauce, and spaghetti). My wife loves the baked fettuccine Alfredo. For a fast food Italian restaurant it's really good.

Friendly helpful service. Food has very good flavor compared to other Italian restaurants around town. Prices are pretty decent. Love the unlimited bread sticks. Only little complaint is the pasta could be cooked a little bit longer. Will be back in the future.

The tea was good and the workers were friendly and attentive which is why there is a star at all. The food was so salty it was inedible. Bread sticks were chewy and the smell in the place was reminiscent of a pet store.

EDIT: This place has more than made up for their mistake. We came in to dine in for redemption of our free meal coupons that we were sent. They went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Brandon was training a newhire it looked like, and everything was simply perfect this time. Well done and good job and fazolis is lucky to have you. Came and got 2 meals via drive through, asked very specifically for NO mushrooms, extra brocolli on my loaded fetucinni alfredo, and got NO brocolli, and a load of mushrooms... i called and the manager said they would send me coupons in the mail. When or if I receive the coupon(s) I may change my rating. The location is too far away to justify driving back

Want something besides a burger? Try Fazolis for a spaghetti, lasagna, pasta and more and some pretty good breadsticks. Super clean place with a friendly staff just don't expect candle light and some guy singing lol

Tasty food. Don't go expecting healthy food but it does taste good. Their unlimited buttery bread sticks are probably going to give me a heart attack but they taste soo good. Prices are great too!

I went here a year or so ago and it was great, but one night I got incredibly awful food poisoning from here. I wish I was exaggerating when I say I threw up 23 times…. Well I decided to re-give it a try and last night was disappointing to say the least, first we walk in the cashier gives us a dirty look then when I hand him a coupon he doesn’t look at it he just scans it. He asked what we wanted I told him what’s on the coupon please and then he stared at me like I spoke in a different language or like I was stupid. The food didn’t take long which was great but Ethan (our waiter) was creepy. Ethan say and smiled at me and only me when asking about the food, but when looking at my boyfriend he just looked like he couldn’t care less. The food was just the cherry on top, I’m pretty sure he didn’t put the coupon on because the meal that cost 4.99 on the coupon was still 10 dollars. The fettuccine was undercooked and the sauce was watery, the spaghetti was just noodles and sauce no tomato or parsley nothing… the lasagna was cold and looked straight out of a personal pan frozen lasagna, do I expect 5/5 stars god tier food? No but I expect something at least nice and enjoyable. I will probably be back to try again but not for now.
