We had great service, food was okay, but the men's restroom was disgusting according to my husband. We were there early in the day, so it looked like they hadn't been cleaned from the previous day. Someone had been sick on the floor and in the sink. That makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. We will not return, and I cannot recommend it.

Ordered online and went to pick it up. They said it would be and additional 45 min. I was upset but what do ya do? I said ok I'll run to Walmart and be back. 50 minutes later I go back and they say we need another 20 minutes. By this time I'm pissed. They didn't offer me a voucher or a discount. It's pretty clear they don't care about the customer.

Unfortunately BWW ha s gone downhill. It’s been awful the last few times we’ve been there. The sauces cost extra, the potions are small, and the service is awful. It is more expensive tha. It certainly should be. I have always loved Bww bit I won’t go anymore. I’ll go to Walk-ons or literally anywhere else for beer and food!! Sorry BWW I’m moving on. I’ll spend money literally anywhere else.

Last week, myself and a couple of my coworkers went to this BWW for lunch. Our server, Erika I believe her name was, did an excellent job with getting everyone's food out on time, and making sure everyone was taken care of at the table. Our food was out shortly after ordering, it was delicious, and it was definitely a positive experience. Myself and my coworkers will be going back there in the near future for sure.

Solid overall, including price (ate lunch). I got a cheeseburger at a wings place! It wasn't bad. Servers were attentive and did a good job.

Food is good but not sure why your food doesn't come around the same time. I got my food hubby's came at least 15 min later. Not acceptable. We should eat at the same time.

Waited 45-to-60 minutes for our To-Go order, got a free appetizer card for our wait. Ordered online order was suppose to be done ar 6:10pm. Online said it would take 20 min got to restaurant ticket system wasn't sending To-Go order to kitchen. Not going to order To-Go from BWW again till system again for a while till system is fixed overall.

I waited at the front door 10 minutes and nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. Staff saw me and it wasn't busy. We're BWW regulars at the rock rd location, second time at this location. At least I was acknowledged the first time.

The waitresses are always nice but man their cooks have gone down hill! It’s always a 35 min wait for food AT LEAST . Comes out with half the food cold cause they wanna bring it out all at once. So half of it sits on the counter till the rest is done. And it wasn’t even busy!! Their blazin sauce is way trash now. This place was my go to for so long! Disappointed all around. But like i said and I do wanna make it clear the waitress was super nice! And the did remove the wings that were all cold from the bill but still 56 min in total just to get our food and leave at the end and went to pizza ranch which is always a great option.

Super slow. I understand that it’s a Saturday evening, so I get being busy, but this was ridiculous. Waitress did not care that people who ordered after us got their food first. When we asked, no apologies were given. Just “I can’t control what happens in kitchen.” Food was also kinda cold. Used to be so good. What happened?

I wish I could tell you more about our server but she was mostly not there. After a 45 min wait the food was not cold but the only heat was the spices. When the water glass was 1/4 empty on the edge of the table for 15 min, and when I asked if she could check on the order, we got the statement she doesn't control the kitchen and walked off. I know not one will believe this part but I never write these and it might not just only be our service as there were multiple wrong orders and drinks we heard and saw.

I tried to dine there....they did not have open seats and l was not willing to wait 30 minutes for a table for 1 .... Especially , when l saw many empty tables......Staff issue ..... Not my problem.....you lost my business.... I could understand on a weekend day or evening !!!!! I rarely go to Buffalo Wild Wings !!!!! No , need to go somewhere that can not take care of their customers in a timely basis !!!! When l question the hostess about open seating in the bar; she told me not tonight !!!! But three other customers walked by us and stated , they were going to the bar for open dining....l even informed them there was no open seating in the bar this particular evening !!!!! They just processed !!!!!

Dishonest staff(s): Over-charge on banking cards and dishonesty on promotion deals. - 2 weeks ago, my sister, her friend, and I had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings at N Maize. The total bill was around $60. My sister paid with her debit card and tipped $20 in cash. Later, she checked her online banking and realized her card had been charged around $73 (over $13) for the meal. She called the restaurant. They checked and responded their staff charged by mistake. For us, their response did not make sense because my sister signed the receipt and clearly rewrote the $60 amount and put $0 for tips (as we already tipped $20 in cash). However, we accepted their apology and their refund which was $20 gift card. - Last Tuesday, my sister came back to the restaurant to get the gift card and redeemed it. She bought 10 pcs trad wings and got 50% off for another 10. They gave her the wings without any sources or veggies. She asked for sauces and veggies and was told that a purchase with a deal would come without sauces and veggies. That was her first purchase with the deal so she BELIEVED them AGAIN. Today, I made an order on their website. I bought it with the same deal and the system allowed me to add sauces and veggies! - Things to take away: NOT ALL BUT maybe SOME of the staff there are working WITHOUT HONESTY. Remember to check your banking account if you pay by debit/credit card and double-check the info staff provide.

Traveling in here for a week. I did not have plans to eat at the same restaurant every night, but Maddie at the bar was so awesome, I had to come back again and again. She has the warmest disposition and was so much fun to visit- while she busts her bottom taking care of folks.

Called in an order, came when we were told to, still had to wait 15 minutes after we got there to find out they just realized they did not make one of our items. We finally got our food 15 mi uses after that. The food was mediocre at best and mostly cold.
