Went through the drive through ordered a large Fri got a medium didn’t go back. You’re employees were rude I said thank you at both windows they didn’t even acknowledge me. They were talking to coworkers. Might have a seminar on common curtsey and educate them on treating people like guests. I know who owns this franchise makes millions on just this one store so invest in your employees

You guys 9 times out of 10, either mess up my order, or forget something in my order completely. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I get off super late so I usually grab food between 11-3am, and it happens every single time. Worst service and all your workers are too high to read orders correctly.

Just had a recent order. It was delivery.. and I don't know if the driver just didn't have the patience to sit there and wait for all the items to come through or if the employees forgot to bag up the other items but it was literally 50 bucks and I only got half of my stuff... & When you request for a different condiments or changes to your items and they just give you nothing on it, what's the point of even having the choice on the app?? Slackin...

The older gentleman who has been the nightshift manager for many years is everything for this location at night. I will always come back and have the most respect for him. He has never failed me with service or not good hot food.

I came in through the drive thru and met both the managers of the night. They always seem to be in a good mood I have only seen the female one ever be nice to all the customers and she tries to park when she can but sometimes the other customers don't listen to her. So she tries to ask as much as she can nicely for them to move but a lot of customers like to test her patience as far as I have seen

The guy who brought our frys we were waiting 20 mins for had an aditude and flipped my husband off as he walked away from our car the teen aged manager didn't care. Disrespectful pos.

Don’t eat here at 3 in the morning. Fries were definitely re-heated, no salt. My bottom burger bun was halfway soaked with grease. I asked for ketchup the didn’t give it to me through the window.

It's okay. The food was not freshly hot and there were no mocha frappes. The gal that gave us our food was very apologetic and nice but still didn't take away from the fact that the frappe machine was not working again.
