    I absolutely enjoy being a member of BLUSH, Such a comfortable environment and the trainers dont force certain exercises, if they see i need to take a break for a second they allow me to do that without making me feel pressured. I am able to work out at my own pace in a womens only environment and it has changed the game for me. They are one of the only places here that offers 6:30pm sessions and that is what works best for my schedule so that also has changed the game for me. I highly recommend 🙌🏽

    This place has an amazing environment with empowering women! The free babysitting is an awesome perk. The workouts have helped me mentally and physically. I’ve never felt strong both mentally and physically.
