We have been coming to this dental office since my kids were babies. They are 20,and 15 now. It’s always a wonderful experience. My kids love coming in and are always put at ease. Myself I love coming in it’s that same for me. The staff is always so warm and welcoming and helpful. The docs are great as well. Taking the time to explain everything step by step.

Cottonwood dental provided a very pleasant procedure. Everyone is so friendly and sweet! I am very excited about my plan of care. Doctor was able to understand that the procedures would be budgeted out.

I am such a baby when it comes to dental work. Today I had a procedure and the clinic made me so comfortable. I was offered a blanket for an extremely cold room. My procedure was over with quickly and the atmosphere of the clinic is wonderful. It makes you feel like you are a part of a family. The staff was very helpful to one another. I love Cottonwood Dental Clinic. It's such a great place.

I had an emergency and thought I wouldn’t be able to make it in on time for prior engagements that couldn’t wait.. they got me in THAT same day, whereas other places were over charged and wouldn’t accept my ins. I am so so pleased and grateful. The staff was exceptional and made me feel extremely comfortable. This is was the last thing I thought I would have had to do today, especially last minute, they are more than accommodating and make you feel so welcome.

The staff is absolutely exceptional. They were super professional and friendly and took good care of all my needs while working with my schedule. I supper appreciate them and would recommend to anyone.

This was my daughters first visit. Her previous dentist was horrible about getting her in for appointments on time. We were referred by a friend of mine. The front desk ladies were awesome and friendly. They greeted us. Nice looking office and welcoming.

Accompanied my wife to her first appointment at this place just for moral support. The visit was totally driven by insurance issues. I commend the support staff for their attention to detail and "customer service." HOWEVER, the dentist was a joke. While he may be technically proficient, his "bedside" manner was far from professional. Sporting full sleeve tattoos and a wild hairdo he carried a "communicator" in his breast pocket that glared LOUDLY the entire office visit, making conversation with my wife IMPOSSIBLE. His claims to handle implants in-house and total rejection of any other dental work previously performed made the visit uncomfortable at best. Additionally, he clearly suggested my wife was in IMMEDIATE NEED of what we later found to be absolutely unnecessary. Short story, we're back with our original dentist! Stay away from this place.......

They are kind and compassionate! The hygienist helped me through my anxiety! **UPDATE Before my procedure they told me I should be ready to go back normal life after about a week .. after the procedure they told me this was a lifestyle change and I should adjust accordingly..they were kind and compassionate before my procedure and then after my procedure I was treated like a pain in the butt.. there was a HIPAA violation... they changed the color without telling me ... the piece I received does not fit properly and they told me if I wanted any more adjustments I had to pay them more money.. I had already come up with 3,300 after insurance.. I don't think I need to pay more money to have something fit properly the first time ...the dentist never came in and saw the final results.. the positives are the technicians are great and are doing their job to the best of their ability.. they are all so Young and experience under their belt is going to help them all go far! I have a pretty smile even though I still am hurting... they did have a very competent and pleasant receptionist but the turnover rate there is high and she quit and the little girl answering the phone now is basically the reason I'm writing this review... this office is good for people that like Fast Pace environments and for people that don't need things explained to them but if you suffer from anxiety or want to be treated like an individual with individual needs I would suggest you steer clear from this practice.
