May 2022 - My friend went here and said, “I like my dentist.” While I complained about my old dentist. I figured I’d give them a try. The dentist was upfront and transparent. The whole staff was nice. Highly recommend. I actually like my dentist now. Update Dec 2022: I've been going here for 6 months, and some things have changed, and some haven’t. I no longer have tooth pain, and that’s new! The staff however hasn’t changed! Same friendly staff! Still can say I like my dentist. Update Aug 2023: I'm still receiving the quality care I wrote about over a year ago. My dentist and I have a game plan for future work. To the point I know I'll need to get some older fillings replaced in the next year or two. If your dentist is questionable, swap. Swap to American Dental. 10/10 would recommend.

If you are looking for an up-to-date dental office with professional dentist and caring staff in the area. Look no further. Dr. Tsao is very kind and informative. Excellent dental services! Highly recommended!

The dentist Daniel Tsao is a total rip-off, he pressured me to accept additional treatments that I do not need. He simply dismissed me with incomplete treatment and zero refund because I refused to sign on paper for those additional and unnecessary treatments.The crown I got at American dental fell out in less than 24hrs. It fell out when I was sleeping. I'm lucky that I didn't breath it in. I visited another doctor for second opinion and he assured me that I Do Not need those treatments and the crown delivered is defective and cheap. I'm attaching a picture of my bill which shows the type of crown I paid for (All porcelain/ceramic) and a picture of the one I got (Porcelain fused to metal). American dental used different dental codes in the treatment plan to charge me more for something that was never delivered.

I went to go get a deep cleaning here, and their technology is fantastic! They were careful and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The employees are very kind and nice to talk to too as well. Overall, if you're looking for a new dental place for yourself, friends or families. I highly recommend this place and give them a call.

The front desk is very friendly. The dental hygienist is exceptionally good and detailed. The dentist is very knowledgeable who explains all treatment options with procedures based on a full-mouth X-ray picture. The office is clean and the price is reasonable.

Dr. Tsao and his staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Tsao is knowledgeable and his demeanor shows he cares and is trying to give you the best options for a reasonable cost. He isn’t trying to “sell you” the cheapest option to get you back in as a repeat customer.

Just had the worst, filthiest teeth cleaning in my life. The hygienist, I mean uncertified dental assistant, was very rude off the back. I could barely hear or understand what she was saying and she seemed very apathetic. My first major issue was having my mouth filled up with more tooth paste than I've ever had in my life. I had to ask "Are you going to use water?" in the middle of her polishing my teeth so as to not to continue to gag. She then laughed and said oh yeah one second it isn't on. Next she cleaned the paste off my teeth while repeatedly and possibly purposely spraying so that I was sprayed in the face by the splatter. She laughed again at this. Then as she started to floss my teeth she pinched my lip against her finger and my teeth very painfully. I jumped up out of the chair went to the bathroom to properly rinse my mouth of the toxic tooth polish she carelessly choked me with and then complained to the receptionist and waited for the Dentist who was on his lunch break this whole time by the way. Not sure if that means the uncertified dental assistant giving me a shower was legally being supervised or not but yeah. Everyone was pretty rude, although the dentist himself was the least rude at least. Sorry for showing up early to my appointment I guess, next time wait for the actual hygienist to finish their lunch.
