I moved to Kansas from North Carolina and the apartment I had picked out was horrible and I had two days to find a new place. So I called Sundance Apartments and spoke to Lisa and she said she could get me in and with keys today. I went to look at the place and it was absolutely gorgeous. Much better than the first place I picked. Lisa kept her word for sure and after 45mins I was in my apartment and my stress was all gone. I love the community and is so close to so many stores and restaurants. Very quiet community and I love the fact it’s a smoke free community too. I don’t smoke and I catch bronchitis very easily so this is very important to me. Thank you Lisa and everyone at Sundance!!

Sundance apartments seems like a great community to live in! I had a tour with Shannon, and she was very kind and answered all of my questions. They did not have an opening for what I was looking for when I toured, but as soon as something opened up she called me immediately!

Very nice apartments. Some nice renovations to the pool and fitness area. Apartments were nicely updated inside. A little expensive for the square footage. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Absolutely loved the tour we had today! Jack was amazing and answered all of our questions we had. 10/10 would recommend, if you’re having a tour at Sundance, go with Jack! The apartments are clean and modern and so pretty and very spacious. Definitely one of our top contenders in our searches!

Shannon did a wonderful job addressing all of our questions and concerns. We've toured 5 separate complexes. Sundance stands out by far due to cost, amenities, and location. Touring a few more before a final decision, but Shannon has certainly made Sundance a high contender. Thank you, Shannon. Give your furbaby love from us!

I love Sundance! Great place! Great neighbors. Price is a little high. But well worth it. The pool is kept clean. Maintenance is awesome and friendly and fix what needs to be fixed. The office staff work with you if you’re late on rent and are super friendly! 10/10 recommend Sundance Apartments!

Shannon was very helpful and had amazing customer service! Definitely made us want to live at these apartments.

So far from a week of being here the people here they are super nice I live in the Sierra studio apartment and so far it's smaller then what I expected but it's livable and I like it for me and my girlfriend but yeah I like it a lot it has a gym that I want to get into and it has an indoor pool so we can go swimming at any time of the day in terms of weather so yeah i like it but besides the fact that the studio is smaller then I expected everything is great.
