I love parkland apartments the management is so bomb they will help you till they can’t help you no more especially shauna the rent is affordable if you are consistent and take care of your apartment. They fix things so fast like the next day no lie. The Apartments are clean and so nice and roomy. They will work with you if you work with them I promise please I highly recommend anyone to move in you will not regret it !!! I give them a 10 stars if I could

Been here almost 4yrs now. Affordable safe and very clean . Although the staff has changed it just keeps getting better . Top of the line maintance team housekeeping wash & dryer hook up storage space in clean basements pet friendly kid's welcome seniors and all ages are welcome. Shopping mall just a short distance security 24hrs a day banking near by bus services. If your looking for a great home this it.

Pretty good first apartments. Extremely cheap but accommodating. My neighbors were good. Seem to have high turnover at the office but my experience with staff has been good. Few things to note -Basements arent usable due to leaks, bugs, homeless people, and stray animals. -Storage and washer/dryer are in the basement -two prong outlets

I just signed my 2nd year lease here. From the day I walked into the office here they have bent over backwards to acommodate me and if anything needs to be taken care of maintenance wise it is done ASAP! Builders Inc has done a awesome job of having great, polite and caring people in the office. From the actual owners to the office staff to the maintenance I give them 10's across the board! :+)

I absolutely love it here at Parklane Apartments, Amber the manager here is so awesome, she's extremely kind, sweet and so very helpful. And David who is a maintenance worker here if there's a problem with whatever we need he fixes it quickly.😃😃

We have been residents at parklane apartments since 2014 it is really nice place to live they treat the people in a nice way all staffs are nice manager and maintenance team we get the maintenance on time. Guy keep the good work and thank you
