I dont know what happened. You used to be my go to place. But I don't know if your people lost their work ethics or just don't care. Because that was disgraceful. We went in to buy shesha and decided to sit down for a hookah. First off, we didn't even get to order drinks. Melissa came over and asked what hookahs we ordered with the man who makes them. We never saw her again. When she dropped off our hookahs, I asked if they were making more coals. She said yes. 20 minutes later, nothing. We left. I'm so disappointed in this place. Your workers only cater to their friends. Garbage service.

Came here from out of town and always look for a chill hookah spot to hit and this one fit the bill. Chill and clean atmosphere, welcoming servers, comfortable seating, solid multi- hour hookahs, fresh on tap selections and good food to fit the vibe. Next time I am back in town this will be my spot should I ever make it back to Wichita. Thank you to the Heat team for a great experience. JReal, from Cali

This was my first time in here and as we walked in I noticed a big crowd on a Tuesday evening. We were not greeted by any of the staff and we figured we have to go get seated. We were waiting more than 20 minuets for someone to come help us. They only had about two waitresses for a busy night. Waitress was very polite and did a really good job. It seemed like most of the people there were either usual customers or knew the owners. They were very loud and being a huge distraction. Prices were fair and hookah was pretty good. I appreciate the fact that our waitress always came by and changed the charcoal and asked how we were doing. We were not impressed by the very loud and disturbing atmosphere.

I come in pretty often, and it is one of the most chill places to be. The staff is fun, the atmosphere is mellow, and the people are great! This is definitely the nicest hookah lounge I've ever been to, and it's a great place to chill and hang out with your friends!

Went 2x in the 2 day visit for work. Big shout out to Michah the bartender for amazing service and creating a welcoming atmosphere!

Good food, great service. You may smoke hookahs inside, cigars have to be smoked outside on the patio.

This is my go to Sunday chill spot. The atmosphere is relaxing and laid back, the servers, bartenders and hookah packers are all amazing and friendly. The prices are reasonable, and the amount of different hookah flavors are nearly endless. I've been going pretty consistently for the last few months with parties anywhere from 2 to 10 and could not recommend it enough.

Came out to celebrate a special occasion. It was a Sunday evening and we had the place more or less to ourselves. Excellent service, even when our hookah wasn't smoking properly, the staff remedied the issue quickly. We also got food and drinks and both were delicious and fairly priced. I've been to just about hookah lounge in Wichita, and I avoided Heat for a while due to hearing mixed reviews from others. My experience has been nothing but positive.

Great, chic atmosphere. Stopped in for a Sunday happy hour drink and hookah. Drinks and flavors of hookah were great.... would only recommend to have some snacks!

This was once my go-to spot. Spent a lot of weekends here. Everything was great until the waitress automatically paid herself 20% gratuity. I asked the manager WTH? I don’t remember her name. She has an accent maybe from Czech? Regardless, that’s irrelevant, but she told me they decided to pay themselves because a prior weekend I was there at a friends bday party they decided to throw there. And my friend apparently gave them a $1 tip on the bill that was over $100. I agree that was very wrong of my former friend to do. But it was even more unprofessional to steal my money to make up for someone else because I WAS a regular. I haven’t been back since and no longer recommend the place to anyone. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL AND RECEIPT WHEN COMING HERE!
