I actually saw them at the farmers market in Old Town, and I wanted to try a new roaster. I asked if they had any flavored coffee to sample, and they said they ran out. They said they had some I could buy, though, so I did. OMG this is literally the best coffee I've ever had, it is so good, please try it. It's their bourbon pecan torte.

If you don’t get your coffee from here you are missing out!!!!! I’ve been to many roasters and nothing compares to here. They have given new life to my coffee experience. Having their coffee in the morning is one of the best parts of my day every day. My spouse and I adore this place. Their team is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic to talk about coffee and to make recommendations. It might sound silly but I feel like this place changed my life by the notes and flavors within coffee I have never tasted or knew were possible. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

I have been exploring different roasters lately and my experience here has been the best by far. I believe the person i talked to was Alberti (My apologies if i got the name wrong) but they were extremely knowledgeable and gave me so much information about the beans, what processes they went through, and tasting notes. He was extremely patient and seemed happy to talk to me about coffee. He also informed me about the small team that works there and it seems like they are fostering such a positive, healthy environment. Going there was the best part of my day yesterday, I left feeling energized and ready to try my beans! I purchased their blend Light Leaks and set a 20 hour cold brew. I tried it this morning and it is something very special. My roommate who doesn't typically drink coffee even commented on the complexity of the flavors. It had this very pleasant acidity and incredible floral notes I've never tasted in coffee before. I'm so excited to try their massive selection of beans because Light Leaks completely blew me away! I cannot say enough good things about them, this is a very lengthy review but they deserve it! Definitely check this place out!

If you are looking for quality, local coffee, you have to check out Local Roasters! I am absolutely amazed. They have so many different kinds of coffees from light to dark as well as decaf and flavored. I haven't found any other local roasters that can roast the amount of styles and flavors as Local Roaster can at such a high level of quality. It is a really neat interior set up right off of Douglas where you can enjoy samples of the coffee and watch the roasting process. Check them out!

This is hands down the best coffee roaster in Wichita - every singled time I go there I love seeing the new options and smelling old favorites. I cannot get through a week without brewing some of their beans, and I've loved figuring out how to use the espresso options as well. If you want to find the perfect option for yourself or for a gift stop by and let these guys help you out - you won't be disappointed.

We loved their coffee so much that we decided to make it the coffee we use in our own coffee shop. They are extremely friendly and informative about their different coffee blends. We chose the Copy Cat blend for our shop. I expressed what kind of coffee bean i was looking for and they had me taste test some different blends accordingly. The knowledge they have about their coffee beans was very impressive. I learned so much from them about coffee in general and because of that, I genuinely was able to make a much more informative decision on what coffee we chose to use. I'm so excited to be working with them as our coffee suppliers and bringing their flavors to our little town of Ellinwood, Ks.

I love this place so much I don't want to get my coffee anywhere else. Staff is very knowledgeable without being overbearing and I've never had coffee I've enjoyed as much as theirs. Just a tip the flavor notes on the packaging are usually pretty spot on on what the coffee actually taste like.

Grocery store coffee does not compare to the quality and flavor of Local Roasters coffee. I've never had fresh roasted coffee before and I don't think I can ever go back to grocery store coffee anymore. Small store with a great selection of beans paired with helpful and knowledgeable staff who will help you find exactly what you're looking for in your coffee.
