My daughter and I had been shopping all afternoon looking for a dress for her sweet 16 with no luck. I had never been in Windsor but decided to check it out. We finally found what she was looking for! With the help of Adrienne. She came right up to us and my daughter told her what she was looking for. She pulled 2 dresses for her to try and my daughter loved them both! She had a hard time deciding but we finally got the perfect dress! She even helped her pick out shoes and accessories. She was so sweet and patient with us. We will definitely be back there for homecoming and asking for ADRIENNE!

Went to the store today on a last minute pick up, I needed a dress for a wedding and let me just say REBECCA (spellcheck) was nothing less than AMAZING!!! I will definitely be returning to this store she made my experience so easy I was stressed and she helped me and I appreciate her sooooo much!!!

Store for older teens to late 20s. We've found several home coming. Sweet 16 party outfits here. Prices are fair. The clothes tend to be sheer, sparkly, plunging neckline, very ontrend and fun. Be aware of the return policy before purchasing!

Rebecca is the beat associate ever! I always find her when I go in this store and she helps me find anything with no hesitation. Her customer service is unmatched.

I came into the store the other day to buy a dress for my daughter, one of the employees helped me get a dress my daughter wanted it was very quick and we didn’t have any problems. I will definitely be coming back!

Went to exchange a dress that was ordered online, which was disclosed as a feasible option on their website, and refused an exchange service. Instead, was reluctantly offered a return and threatened with the refusal of returning the dress. Met with attitude and poor service by employees at the store.
