This place has truly upgraded the dining experience! Beautiful bar with lots of tap options, with marble surfaces and TV's throughout. Dining area is open and beautifully renovated with skylights makes the room sparkle. The menu is electronic which makes browsing a lot more interesting. We were there for lunch sat at the bar, we were greeted upon entry, waited on with the right amount of attention. The meal was delightful and beautifully served. Chef James is a great addition to this hidden local gem! Can't wait to check out the happy hour menu and cocktails! More to come!

Menu lacked choice. Pretty much meat. My Ribeye was great. AVOID the salmon. My wife could not even eat hers and left with nothing more than her dry Ceaser salad. Honey carrots seemed undercooked and hard. Ravioli was amazing. It took over an hour to get entrees. For us at $145 with $30 tip, it was the worst Valentines dinner ever.

Don’t go. Save your money. $28 dollars for KC strip and half of it was fat. Thee worst steak I have ever had. The salad was small and overall price. Horrible.

At the hotel and wanted a meal and it was good. Staff was friendly always making sure I was good and it was a nice after a long day of flights and work. Good selection to choose from with booze drinks and for a meal. I went with a simple appetizer and the 12 ounce prime rib.

This is one of the better Doubletree Hotel restaurants I’ve been to. I’ve actually booked this Doubletree specifically, just because of this restaurant/bar. I’ve been here several times for Breakfast and Lunch, not dinner. I have however, sat at the bar in the late evening a couple times and enjoyed a local craft beer on tap. It’s a fun, energetic atmosphere. Classy & stylish. Breakfast has always been good. Nice menu options, made to order. If you like sweet: the Bananas Fosters French Toast is good. The American breakfast with diced potatoes never disappoints. Lunch: excellent menus options for $9, $10, $11. The San Francisco Melt was good, the Buffalo Chicken sandwich was great— both large portions with fries. The bottom line: This trendy full-service restaurant is one of the best parts about this airport hotel. Even if it were a stand-alone restaurant, it ticks all the boxes - nice atmosphere, good food, good service, fair priced. As a hotel restaurant, it’s one of the best.

My wife and i loved the food menu (lunch)! She had the burger and fries - added an egg; and i had the toasted bacon Salmon sandwich. They both were excellent! Our server Diane was very personable and made the slow lunch schedule rewarding. Great job!

Awesome Rib eye steak...very tasty. Cooked just right. Loaded potatoes were great, as well as the green beans. I could smell something good when walking up to hotel. Had to try the food. If I ever end up here again...I will come here to eat for sure!

I've eaten at a hundred hotel restaurants. Chisholm's is better than some. I had French onion soup. Not the best. Ordered the Chisholm burger. It was very good. Ordered a side salad vs fries. The server brought both. The fries weren't very crispy. Passed on those. Salad was loaded with kale. I don't like kale, therefore not a good salad. Highlight was the burger which came recommended. The server was very pleasant and engaging. I really liked her. If it wasn't for her and the burger, the score would have been a 3 or possibly a 2. Not allot of options near or around the airport. I would order safe. And hopefully you will get the same server I did.

We both purchased the $50 Ribeye, and it was not worth the cost when there are many other steak houses around that taste much better and are cheaper. Mashed potatoes were way over salted, broccolini was cold and super crunchy. We also ordered appetizers and soup with dinner, and it came out all at once. My French Onion did not come with cheese and both soups tasted like warm beef broth.

Mai-Mai was amazing and so very friendly, helpful and very attentive. Food came out hot and quickly.

Service was great for just 2 servers. Sundays are normally off days for most restaurants, so it's understood. They weren't really busy when we arrived. The food came out quickly but didn't have the taste or flavor I expected for crab cakes. I think they were mostly bread. We've been here 4-5 times, and the food has been great. Not so much this time.

Worked here. Managers are horrible. They refuse to do anything if you have issues with someone. You are underpaid. A server assistant should be paid more considering they don't deal with customers like a server. So 8 plus tips is horrible. You can't live off the pay. You're expected to do way more than your paid to do. Nobody likes to help you with anything. The servers were the only polite people here, except one. Had multiple issues with a server and nothing was done about it no matter how many times I complained. They say they talk to them but they don't. Horrible management. Horrible staff. Absolutely horrible job all in all. It felt like a part time job instead of full time, yet they expect you to live off what you are paid. Absolutely horrible place to eat at, drink at, and work at. Not to mention it's overpriced:)

I ordered a burger blue something medium, got it well done. They brought me another one and it was medium well, food was over salty. Will not eat there again. May drink a beer at most, service was 8 of 10. Save your money Uber eats something better.

I ordered the Alfredo, but added Chicken. The chicken was great, but the sauce was a bit dry. I'll head back and see what else sounds tasty laster tonight.

A real pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. Good food, good service, normal prices and I didn't have to go back out after a day of travel

Excellent service. Crowded, but not loud. Went for a steak, but since you can't just find red snapper ANYWHERE but a fish house, I jumped. Good choice. My two companions went for hamburgers *sigh* but they were cooked to order, and they loved them. The presentation was fantastic, and the three shrimp on top was unexpected and a nice touch. Decent wine menu. It is worth mentioning that a high school soccer team and women's college (Houston)? team were there and never heard a peep out of them. Thanks guys. And gals. The guys had a poker game going on off the side of the main lobby, and I actually thought about asking to get in on it. But hey, let them have their fun. They were that polite, never loud, and I ate my dinner around the corner from them and never knew they were there. Kudos to the Doubletree sales team for booking people with manners. Since we normally stay with relatives, this was an unexpected pleasure. Can't think of a reason to stay anywhere else when we can't mooch off family. I know this is a review about the restaurant and not the hotel, but you really can't do one without the other, especially if you're a guest. Pleased on both.

Very pleased, first the place was immaculate. We got there 12:30, 1 hour before lunch closed. And the waitress was great. Beer options were local with a good variety. Got steak salad that was perfectly cooked flavorful and the dressing was excellent. What more I got to witness the management interact with the staff and uts was so professional and respectful all that for about $16 per person. We will definitely be coming back.

We went here for Thanksgiving dinner and it was great. No dishes to do afterwards was the best part. Thanks to all that were there working. We loved it.

THE WORST ribeye I have ever had. The service was also terrible. The side dishes were good if they had been hot instead of barely warm. I saw no point in complaining when the waitstaff was overwhelmed.

Ok. This was the first (and last) time we will enter this establishment. I ordered the chicken marsala, my husband ordered the strip. We also ordered the lobster bisque and spinach dip. The spinach dip and soup were very good. We received our entrees which came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was cold on both our plates and the potatoes were barely warm. My husband's steak was also cold. The herbed butter wouldn't melt on it. My chicken was overcooked to almost a jerky like texture. We asked that they reheat our sides. When they came back, mine were hot, my husband's were not hot again. The broccoli was very mushy, wet and tasteless. I didn't like the what they added to the potatoes and they heated up my chicken to an even more dry hard texture. The steak my husband's ordered was chewy. We opted to take it home to the dogs. It was probably the worst meal we have had in the twelve years we've been married and I don't say that lightly.
