Ample parking and not busy for early dinner. Service was subpar for sure with so few tables occupied and waiting for refills or checking in. Not getting the croissants anymore it seems either which is big part of going there. Steak was tough and thin.

The food is excellent! The service is good. They are as of this writing short on wait staff. Plenty of Empty Tables, however we had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table. If I had to do it again I would make sure I asked for a table with chairs. They need to separate their booze farther apart because they are built for those that are tall and skinny. It would have been nice to be given the choice of tables. I highly recommend the butter croissants! The chicken and steak are also excellent!

It took us almost 20 minutes to get waited on and we didn't get our drinks for almost another 15 minutes after ordering. Putting that to the side, the food was delicious, everything was cooked and seasoned well.

I arrived and stood at the host station for 5mins waiting for someone to come and greet me to get service. Once I finally get seated I have a waitress who provided unprofessional bare minimum service. 30mins later I receive partial portions of my order. My rice was dry, my sauce was thick (usually heated and flows), and my salmon was room temperature. The fries I received had been sitting for a while and tasted like they had been placed in the microwave to warm up. I never received my broccoli. My waitress tells me she will go and get the manager who come over and looks at me. The waitress wasn’t able to tell her why she was needed as she never stopped long enough to actually speak. I inform the manager of the service I received and she was pleasant to speak with. I came here because this is the only place I love salmon from, so this was a huge disappointment.

First time here and I really liked my meal (country fried chicken). Food was very good, large portions, and the complimentary buttered croissants...yum. Service was just as good as the food.

Went to the east location, ordered appetizers, didn't get any plates for the appetizers, improvised and used napkins. Sisters margarita tasted like water, i assume they forgot to drive by the tequila boat lol. The waiter lady kept passing us by, ignoring us and acted like we were bothering her. Next time i don't want to have her, and i surely will remember her face.

Our server was a dynamic part of our experience! While an apparent manager leaned against a wall and watched, these gals attended with speed, accuracy and gracious smiling competence to our every need! The food is consistently one of, if not THE best "bangs for the bucks" of every chain restaurant. We can depend on Cheddars! Every time.

We waited quite a while for our food to come out so much so that when the food came out, I asked for to go boxes. It has been several years since we have been here, not sure I'll come back. One good thing was the prices. Overall, everything was just ok.

Atmosphere got a 5 solely for the rotating windmills inside the dining area [what can I say, I'm easily impressed] The food was about a 3½, but I'm nice and rounded it up to a 4 because there is no half system. Traditional eatery w/ good chicken, etc. Service was about a 3½ as well. Nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either. Overall I love this place! Not too pricey, you pretty much get what you pay for !

WOW. That's it, I mean what else can I say. I was blown away. The food was so good our waiter was polite and funny. The inside looks so cool. AND IT'S AFFORDABLE. This is my first time coming and I couldn't be happier.

Five stars because while the food isn't outstanding, it's better than the price suggests. I've never been a croissant fan the provided starter were delicious. The chicken and shrimp was very good, the carrot cake again delicious. The provided screen makes it easy to order extras, pay, or keep kids entertained. Our server was very attentive and kept checking in on us. A really great find.

We had a wonderful experience! Robert was our waiter! He was attentive and friendly! Food was awesome! And plenty of it!

Went to the east one since the west is terrible thinking we would have a better experience. Wasn’t any better. Took 20 minutes to get a drink from the bar. Appetizer came out pretty quickly. Mine came out ok, it tasted good but was a little on the colder side. My fiancés was completely wrong hamburger. The lettuce they put on it was turning brown and looked nasty. Had to get someone to get our waitress so we could let her know about the hamburger mess up. And still waiting 20 minutes later for the replacement. Not once has a manager said anything. The guy cleaning the tables didn’t even spray them down to clean them he just used a dirty rag he had sitting in the bucket. The cooks have been in the back yelling and goofing off this whole time. Let’s just say we won’t go back to either cheddars. One and didn’t receive the complimentary croissants you are suppose to get.

First time in about 5 years for our visit. The food was really good. Had the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer, ordered chicken fried chicken (single but received a double by accident), chicken fried steak, and chicken alfredo. The food portions were huge, and everything was well seasoned and fresh. The only downside foodwise was that the monster cookie sundae was out of stock. The booth upholstery needs updating, the one we sat at has a bunch of holes or worn spots.

Our first time dining here. Got seated quickly and didn't have to wait long to get our order taken. My husband had the fish and it was a large portion. He had the broccoli cheese and beans and rice for sides. He was pleased with both. I had the potato soup and it was delicious. The fresh croissants they served were wonderful. Price was very reasonable. We will return.

I was a little disappointed in our meal. My signature potato soup was hot and excellent. My husband's steak cooked perfectly, and juicy. But the 4 sides I had for the vegetable plate... Corn was just from a can. Carrots were almost cold. Broccoli had age spots on them. The cheddar casserole was hot and good though. Our waitress had to be asked for our utensils to eat our meal. Just a few details that aren't up to our experience and expectations from a Cheddars. One other disappointment, the 2 "hostesses" when we walked in were lounging about, without much interest in us, told us a 10 minute wait. They continued to be mostly involved in their own conversation over the 7 additional customers waiting, besides us.

The waitress was awesome. Never had to get her attention for a refill or anything. I loved the timing of food being brought out, we actually had time to enjoy our appetizer and salads. Chicken tenders and ribs are delicious. I look forward to coming here again in the future!!

A 30 minute wait for only 1 meal being good. Waiters wanted us out and playing with toys while on the job. Unseasoned chicken and hamburgers. $64 dollars for four people.

Was very nice and clean, servicer was very polite, ordered burgers and fries, looks good and was fast over all I would say a great time.

Great atmosphere all around we had 17 in our group on Christmas eve. The staff all handled themselves very well and professionally. We were on a very tight schedule and they got us our food very quickly.
