The service from everyone was amazing, best I've seen anywhere. I was on the online wait list, when I checked in, they communicated well and got us sat quick since we had baby with us. Anytime I walked through the dining room, the team would stop and let me pass. At one point I had to pass through the expo area and everyone stopped to say guest passing. I watched and the team were all working hard and together. My server wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu but she was kind as she was new. I ordered the salmon dish and I really enjoyed it. The others ordered a burger. Nothing special. The patio dining area is temperature controlled. Overall, great experience.

So the food I ordered was BOMB. But the best part of my experience was the service!! Our server was Emma, and she was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave great recommendations. So she suggested the salmon dish and it did NOT disappoint!! We chose this location to celebrate my grandfathers 80th birthday and Emma took great care of my family! Although it was super busy, she anticipated all of our needs and was friendly & accommodating the entire time! Everyone at the table loved her! The manager on duty was also very attentive and quickly got us what we needed! Side note: the cornbread came out super dry, so we weren’t a huge fan. But I’m still giving 5 stars because the service made up for it! Thank you Emma! :)

The food was phenomenal, as was the ambience! The service was also wonderful! I know not everyone is a fan of mushrooms, but I ordered a side of mushrooms, and they were positively the most amazing mushrooms I have ever had! This is probably one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of dining at, in Wichita. If you have not checked put Redrock Canyon, you're missing out! Be sure to call ahead though, they're very popular!

The food and cocktails are top of the class. Smoked old fashioned was delicious! Chips and queso was plenty and so flavorful! The salsa is some of the best I have ever had. The meatloaf dinner is enough for two people. Love the vibe and atmosphere! Wish there were more locations especially in Texas!

Chain restaurant vibe. Food is your typical “American” dishes/food. Nothing to write home about. If you were near by and don’t have much for options, then stop by and fill your belly. Otherwise I’m sure they are better options.

One of the best restaurants Wichita Kansas has to offer unbelievable food the staff is wonderful the amount of food you get it’s very well portioned out. I am going to recommend this to anybody that comes in to Wichita Kansas you have to try this restaurant is fantastic I’m from Dallas Texas and this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ate so far and I’ve been here for almost 5 days.

I thoroughly enjoyed the brunch menu, especially the French toast—it was yummy. The ambiance Is a great setting for a date.

Redrock Canyon menu is quite eclectic. I ordered the BBQ rib dinner. My wife had the rotisserie chicken. We had some calamari and corn bread as starters. Both were very tasty. I tried a lime coconut margarita. It was pretty good, could have had a bit more lime. All in all a nice dinner

Such a great dining experience! Food was amazing! We had the pork chops! Juicy, flavorful and delicious! Bo and Caesar, our servers, were so enjoyable! Thank you for such a fun evening!

We have never ever been disappointed here! An awesome environment, top-notch service, and the best food in Wichita. We went all out this time. A red rock salad, deviled eggs, stuffed poblano pepper, and the roasted chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots. Wow! That was amazing!!

Ate at the bar. Food was tasty. House salad tastes like it has candied pecans in it. Steak+enchiladas has three tenderoin medallions. Stuffed poblano was a bit heavy.

Incredible food, outstanding service, and a great atmosphere! I got the seared tenderloin and enchilada on a suggestion from a local, and it did not disappoint. It sounds like an odd combination, but the flavors were amazing. The enchilada was very well flavored, and the steak was one of the best I've ever had. The spinach artichoke dip was good as well.

Went to Red Rock for the first time last night for a birthday dinner and was blown away. Had one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, excellent quick service, and a delicious meal. Everyone loved their food and drinks, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The entire staff was very helpful!

Spinach and artichoke had no flavor or taste to it and we got chip crumbs. Now that the negatives out of the way I can talk about the positive. The service was great and the main course was absolutely wonderful and tasted fresh and made with love. They used wonderful ingredients and everything on the main course had plenty of flavor. I leave the atmosphere a four-star rating because this place is very loud but that's just part of going out sometimes.

Delicious!!! Their mashed potatoes are the best, along with their spin dip. Highly recommend calling ahead for reservations.

Food was amazing!! Had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and carrots. Carrots had a nice glaze and were amazing! Can't wait to come back! Staff was super friendly.

It’s a great eat in Wichita. Pretty busy all the time. Great servers. They make their own food and menu is small which brings taste in food. Definitely mistakes are made when you are busy but they happily corrected it when asked.

Overall was good food but may not be worth the gamble on service. We came here for my birthday and we were pretty disappointed. We got sat right away but that's where it went downhill. We waited for ahwhile before anybody came and then the server was not rude, but certainly not friendly. After our food came we only saw our server a couple of times, one of those times to bring our bill, and she didn't ask us if we wanted dessert, even after we had inquired about dessert early on with her. After she set down the check and walked about we decided we will just go somewhere else for a birthday dessert and tried to pay. Our card sat there on the check and time when by until a different server saw it and picked it up to help us get out of there. Then more time went by and our card was still not being returned, then our original server came up and asked us if somebody else had taken the check. I'm all for servers helping each other out but it's a very uneasy feeling when your server doesn't even know where your card is.
