I LOVED TIFFANY 😍 she was an excellent waitress. Friendly, efficient, and just amazing at her job!

Very small sized hamburger not worth the ten bucks buns were hard. Steak was decent my steak was pretty good . Waitress was great had Alot of patience lol. All in a STAFF WAS GREAT THE MEALS REALLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. WHAT DIDN'T HELP WAS KNATS FLYING AROUND BUT SEEMED TO BE just at our table and one other.

Walking in everything was clean. There was not many customers but the staff seemed incredibly busy at first and wasn't attentive. We ordered appetizers and they came at the same time as our main courses so Id say there is a bit of issue with management and time management, we were in around 6-7 pm. We got a different waiter once we were placing our orders and he was pleasant and attentive. The kitchen forgot a couple of things or he did, not sure which, but he noticed when he got to the table with food and eventually brought us everything we ordered. The food was what you would expect I suppose, nothing fancy. However I expected a little bit more quality because the price of each meal. My Alfredo sauce tasted like it was from a jar and it was not very flavorful, the chicken was underseasoned and a dry. Everything else I tasted I quite enjoyed, basic assortment of fried foods i think it'd be difficult to mess up. We had a cocktail as well it was alright the flavor was not great but not bad either. Overall it was a good experience though and I thank the staff members for their service. Given the pricing and quality I don't think I will return anytime soon but maybe will try again and update my review.

We ha d a large party but we had called ahead, gave the number of people and an approximate time. We was told no problem. When we arrived, the current staff knew nothing about and was not set up. We got seated and then things fell apart. Orders were taken by 2 people and when tried to get tickets as straight as possible as we had people on the same ticket sitting at multiple tables. Food came in a decent time and was good. When it came time to pay, we waited over an hour for them to get the tickets straight. Had to tell them multiple time what exactly we had ordered and finally had to go down to the manager stand to stand there and take care of it. This caused a disruption for their other staff and they were rude about it. We received 1 apology and when we left there was no thank please come again.

The service here was awesome. Our server was Gloria Mendoza, she was amazing. Kept our drinks filled, food came out fast and desserts were nice and hot and perfect. We have 2 tables but she managed it all with ease. The blue Aloha Mana margarita was delicious too. The Brownie was delicious too topped with ice cream.

2-25-2023. I ordered a medium rare steak, I received it well done. But it was left sitting in the kitchen so long that I could not even melt butter on my broccoli. Very disappointed. We do not plan to return.

We ate here last night after not coming to this location for probably 6 years. Michael was our server and he was the most excellent waiter I think we have ever had in our life! He never let our drinks run dry, he was so polite and respectful, said my pleasure when he spoke to us. We agreed we’d be back just for his service. We left right before closing and everyone was doing a great job of cleaning and working together. Whatever team you had for the night of 01-10-23 closing shift was amazing and needs to be recognized for their hard work and wonderful efforts.

Went there this evening with My Family for My Birthday Dinner and My Daughter in-law ordered a Rare Steak 🥩. Our orders come out and Her Rare Steak was almost crispy 🥴 There was no moo left in the steak 🥩. The server took the order back and when Her New Rare Steak order came back out, 🥴 it was well done again 🤔. Your steak's are to thin to be able to cook rare and should be taken off your menu or start serving thicker steaks so we're you are able to cook as the customer would like. Other than that, the 3 of us others orders were very awesome and delicious 😋. Wishing You All a Wonderful Christmas Season 🎅.

Food was pretty good. Service was quick and friendly. Shout out to Elysa for being the best waitress!! Checked on us 4 or 5 times and made sure we had everything we needed!

Out of all the places with free meals for Vets, my family and I chose here, and we were more than grateful to have. Of course it was great food! Have never failed us there. But also, the staff let me know how grateful they are for my service in the military. We were well taken care of, for sure! Thank you Applebee's!

Sorely disappointed in my most recent visit and definitely a reminder as to why we don't look at his place as a go-to for dining. Less than a mile away from home but I would still drive across town and wait 45 minutes at Texas Roadhouse to avoid going here. Saturday night, kids are gone, me and my wife decided to go get a quick bite. Wanted to stay close, so here we go. As we walk in the door we are offered a high table sandwiched between a wall and a large group with loud children (note that there were several open tables at this point). Come on... that's like pairing toothpaste with O.J. We refused it and waited a minute or two for something else. We opted for a 2 for 27 deal--steaks, veggies, potatoes and side salad. Salads come out and immediately we recognized that the lettuce was wilted and somewhat soggy. My wife ate 2 bites and was done, I shoved all of the soggy algae lettuce to one side and powered through. My wife also noted that she could feel the bottom of her dish was gritty. Yes, dried food. We talked about our regret coming here until the rest of the food came out vowing not to complain to the waitress as she was the only good part of the visit. We both ordered a 6 oz. steak, but a noticeable difference in shape and size between the 2 was obvious---I am talking silver dollar pancake to 1/2 plate size chicken fried steak obvious...a good reason if any for someone to complain. Potatoes were runny. Plain, unseasoned broccoli. Not to any surprise at all, both of our plates had dried on food all over the bottom--now I started to question the cleanliness of the plate as a whole. On a flavor and food quality scale of 1-10, I gave it a 2. It's sad this establishment has fallen so far off our radar. I remember coming here for the first time 25 years ago remembering how great it was. I have frequented this location many times throughout my adult life meeting friends, doing late night birthday drink fests and taking part of the 1/2 price appetizers after Friday football games. But no more. We have decided to retire this one once and for all.

my bartender had such a welcoming personality! know the deals happening and diffused a local fellas drunky attitude with that desperately needed food! fast prompt service! late night offerings and happy hour! 5$ drinks

I came here with my family knowing it was a good place to eat but I'm impressed. It was all absolutely on point. The chicken was delicious, juicy and tender, the shrimp and mashed potatoes were great and the seasonal adult beverage was frosty, flavorful and comes with an optional additional shot on the side. The customer service was incredible, everything was right and they even checked in on us occasionally to be sure. Overall this was a very good experience and I plan on eating here again.

The food was okay but the service was awful. Took 20 minutes to get out drinks, then another 30 to get our food. When it finally came, one entree was missing and we asked for some small plates. Asked again. Finally I left my table and stopped another server who grabbed some for me. It must have shown how irritated I was cause a manager came by and apologized. She said a big table had come in and they had to take care of that table. So we wasn't important any more? Missing entree showed up another 20 minutes later, after that big table had gotten all their food, including the same entree we had been waiting on. Called a couple days when I realized I had been overcharged and that manager said I would be refunded the entire amount of my ticket but have never received it.

This is by far my favorite location. Always friendly staff, managers are always out front engaging with staff and customers. Another amazing visit. Fiesta Lime Chicken is one of my favorite items. Emily was super sweet and manager Roni came around and made sure everything was perfect

Good food, appetizers were amazing. Drinks great. Service could be faster but its a small complaint if considered one. Its a chill place so its nice to hang out and talk while eating good food. Prices are decent, and not bank breaking but if you order the good stuff it can run up fast (worth it though). Have been eating here for years and wont stop haha

Went on a Friday night to eat dinner. They were not really busy. But it was going to be 20 minutes for a booth because they “didn’t want to overwhelm the servers”.. but we could sit at a table. We didn’t want to sit at the high tables, we wanted to be comfortable and enjoy our date night… There were many booths open. They were not busy yet. We would have waited as long as we had drinks. Not a big deal..

Nice place to eat and relax and have a drink..sometimes we have off nights so can't be to harsh but the service was slow and went without things because didn't want to wait for someone to pass by..Me and 3 loved ones were dining together..We paid under $100$ for dinner for 4..

Came in on my lunch break and had a nice chat with Kelly. I like having extra pickles with my burger so complements to the chef! The manager Michelle was very helpful when it came to check me out since Kelly got a little busy.

Fantastic service! The food was delicious! I had to ask to speak to the manger to tell them how great the service was! All the interactions from the moment I stepped through the door were 5 star worthy! The host greeted me with a smile and the server went above and beyond to make sure my food was good and I was doing alright. The manger on duty was Michelle and she stopped by my table and was making sure everything was tasting good and to my liking! 10 out of 10 recommend!

My parents love Applebee's so I've been to a fair amount, but as a disclaimer it is not my favorite as it is a typical chain restaurant with oversalted and over preservative filled foods. They do have gluten free so will give them a thumbs up for that. This Applebee's was probably the worst one I've been too as the food was cold and the bartender didn't know how to make martinis. When we asked for them to be made correctly they were returned with so much olive juice that even after diluting with water (since the glass was only half full there was plenty of room to dilute) I could still only taste olive juice. Our server was great or I would have given one star

All you can eat Boneless wings. Food and service was great.

Great service. Came there with my whole family (8) people and had wonderful service. Even when we had issues with cold fries because the place was so busy for a Friday. They got us new fries without hesitation. Good drinks! And food was quick and in decent time.

Waitress was in training and even with the other waitress knowing her job still couldn't get the order right and after giving $50 for my bill she never offered me my change or anything even asking 5 times and asked another waitress for a manager and she said manager had stepped out. This Applebee's needs serious proper training from the company or CEO to go without anyone knowing and order and watch how they are treated. If I managed this restaurant I would do some serious investigating in every waitress on how they treat their customers.

Super racist , the white people got their stuff before us and we were there 30 minutes before them . Don’t come here, and when asked for ranch it took 15 more minutes . So done with Kansas and Michelle the manager . Calling corporate now.

Nice restaurant close to the south Holiday Inn motel in Wichita. The food is very good and the menu has a decent range of options. My wife and I ate there twice on the trip to and from San Antonio. Service was very good on both visits and the dinners were well prepared.

And it was not a good place to eat a few years ago. Now so much better. The old 47th street used to have weird added stuff to each recipe and we were treated like cattle years ago. If you were drinking booze then they wanted you to stay if you were just eating they tried to rush you through it. Improved 100% at least at the lunch time.

The food was absolutely delicious. I gave service a three because we ordered appetizers, and it arrived the same time our food was delivered. (We waited almost 30 mins.) We were not very happy about it; but on the bright side it was a lovely occasion because I was with my husband and kiddos.
