First off I have to give a huge shout out to the Carlos Crew as they ran a 2/22/22 special on Margaritas tonight and it appeared that everyone in a tri county area decided to go out to eat tonight. So much that they actually reached capacity for the night by 6:30. the staff worked SO hard, everyone was pleasant and helpful even during the pandemonium that was unfolding. Well done! second the food is fabulous. pictured is their signature queso. this is a must have with light and airy chips. Salsa is fresh tasting and so good. I had the Enchilada de Monterey, a pulled chicken stuffed flour tortilla, smothered in pobalano cheese sauce with cilantro lime rice rice and black beans. Stellar! the other dish is Enchilada San Carlos which is 2 enchiladas(pulled chicken) one smothered in a smokey Diablo cream sauce and again the pobalano cream sauce. the Diablo has some heat, lots of mesquite flavor, and is just amazing. try this local favorite

Great place to eat, food is always good. Our waiter today was great and very attentive. We had a very enjoyable lunch. We tried the Sampler Combo, plenty of food for two to share.

Good service, great food, and the best happy hour specials around! Plus, they treat you with some chips and salsa to hold you over till you get your food.

Great food and service. We were in a large group and they were very busy so we waited over an hour to be seated. Everything else was very good!!! Love the experience.

I've never had a bad experience here. I love the chicken picado and almost always get it. Our service was top notch, the drinks were perfect couldn't ask for anything else.

It was a bit loud as we were seated in the bar Next time, I will ask to sit on the other side as this was dinner with girlfriends, and it was hard to talk over the noise. Tje food was great as always. Our waiter was great also.

We had a good experience. Walked in, immediately sat at bar, promotional drinks were as good as they looked. Friendly bartender brought hot food quickly. It was excellent. I mean a burrito an enchilada and a taco, right?.. But I decided to post a review. I recommend it to a friend :)

This place seems really popular as it was busy when I went and always looks busy when I drive by it. So I thought that this place must be really good. The service was very nice, but I didn't really enjoy the food. I got steak and chicken fajitas. The steak was a bit chewy, and the veggies weren't really cooked all that well. The chicken was ok. I ordered a soda which was in a huge cup, so I guess that was nice.

Went here for my husband's bday...the food was good. Our server got a couple of things wrong, like our drink order, but he did seem like he had several other tables. So I don't want to give a bad rating just because of that because all the other times we went, it was great service.

Joe, I appreciate your great service and hospitality. The food was delicious and drinks were on point, definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a quick bite and drink for the right price.

We came here for lunch and enjoyed it! The complimentary chips and salsa were great. The pork belly tacos and the birria chili were special! The sides of spanish rice and refried beans weren’t as good in my opinion. But the service was great and we left with full stomachs!

We used to go there all the time, I would say probably three times a week. When they cooking shredded beef, and a few other items we don't go very much now. Maybe once a month if that. Their staff is fabulous! When they painted the outside of the building and gray it turns a lot of people off. It used to be a happy place on the outside and inside. They rely entirely too much on ground beef, and chicken. Some of our neighbors, and grown children and their family have quit going here as often. Atmosphere on the inside and outside doesn't matter to the consumer. They don't go to a place that doesn't make them feel good, or happy!

Good Mexican food, good service, nice atmosphere. Four stars for sure, but not 5 stars. It's good enough, but not great. See pics and prices.

It had been many years since the last time I was in the area to enjoy eating here. I am happy that the quality was just as good as I remembered. Thanks for the great food and service! I had missed the Nachos Grande!

The food was good, as always. They seem understaffed at the moment as there were several empty tables (that didn't get set) and we had a wait of about 20 minutes. Then service started out really good, but dropped off some as we neared the end of our meal. We will return again.

We love going to Carlos! It's family friendly. It has the best margaritas in town. The food is simply phenomenal. I highly recommend the chipotle chicken burrito. I get it about every other time we go.

Had a party set, 25 fun, wonderful ladies last Saturday evening! Knowing that was planned etc, things can happen w/help not showing etc, was worried going to not be a great night for this after phone call etc before w/ them but have to say they worked hard to make it work for us, very empressed & appreciated their time & kindness to keep up as they did in honoring this party /girls night! Great job to the managers & help at this location!! You all rock!! We will remember & we recommend for sure!!

The food on this visit was probably the best I have ever had at any Carlos location but... I was highly disappointed in the service and that made it difficult to enjoy the delectable food to its max potential! Our waiter did not appear overworked but perhaps he was new. At any rate, he apparently was blind to empty beverages and, while he promised to bring more salsa & chips, he either had to be reminded or took so long to bring them that we hardly wanted it anymore. I also had to repeat our order multiple times which was a little annoying. The food will certainly bring me back ... and I will hope for improved service! (The service cost a star in this review but I will gladly add it back if our next experience is an improvement!)

Great place for a quick lunch! We had 45 minutes to grab a quick lunch and get back for a meeting. We were a little worried when pulling up and the parking lot was full on a beautiful Friday afternoon. But we got in, ordered and had our lunch in no time at all. Thank you!! We had the enchilada combos and when they came, they were hot and perfect!
