Good selection of food. Fun toys and games for kids. Friendly staff. The manager is really good there. The tables and floors are always a bit sticky or messy, but there are usually larger crowds with a lot of kids there, so it's understandable to a point.

Definitely one of the better Cicis I've been to over the years. The food was good along with your typically variety of Cicis Pizza. Staff was kind and seemed to be quite supportive of one another. I enjoyed being able to tell my kids to go play in the arcade, but some of the games were not worth the credits spent. My kids had tons of fun though!

Daughter and I were a little disappointed it was an hour before closing i understand, but they made us sit in the very front right by the buffet where people were constantly tracking back an forth had to move our chair or legs/feet as we felt like we were in the way so didn't enjoy because of being uncomfortable it was no exception when a huge table sat right by us to where we were constantly having to shift and move when they got up/sat down, so that's when I decided we would just leave. There wasn't much selection of pizza to my or my daughter's liking. I understand it's close to closing time, but you think they'd have the the plain and simple kinds (pepperoni, cheese, etc) for the majority liking to choose.

All of their food is very good, especially for the price, which is very reasonable. You can even ask them to make you a custom pizza, for no extra charge. The woman at the register even went around during down time to customers' tables and picked up the dishes they were done with, above and beyond, and she was very personable. Nice atmosphere, always full of nice families with kids who are very excited to be there.

This used to be my Son's favorite pizza place. The visit today was horrendous. Dining area was absolutely gross. Also, they had like one pizza out on the line at the time . The "Manager" was sitting in a chair doing absolutely nothing . I asked when she was planning on putting more pizzas out. She was very rude and acted as if nothing was wrong. The crust was so different, and the pizzas were not cut properly. So, it was very hard to get a slice. Pizza tasted awful, like old dough. My Son even said Mom why does this pizza taste so bad!!?? It appears they have new Management, and not for the better. Also, they increased their buffet prices to almost 9.00. Very disappointed honestly!

Constructive criticism. Not being rude. I want make that very clear. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the design. I love the staff here. Everyone here is nice and friendly. The GM has been here for a few years now and keeps it well maintained and staffed. Food is always out on the buffet which is excellent but not always fresh. Big issue is the ingredients in the food has went from a 5 star restaurant to lower quality ingredients. When you charge 21.99 for two all you can eat buffets you have to match your competitors. Pizza ranch Monday-Friday is the same price. They do the same thing but, their quality is always top notch with top notch ingredients. Again I am giving constructive criticism from a person who isn't picky about food. I love food, food I never usually find issues with. I ask of you cicis to improve the ingredient quality. Your service is excellent, food on the buffet is always up but not always fresh. The issue again is your ingredients being used isn't what it needs to be. Brownies are dry. [This could be due to age when placed on the buffet] Salad ingredients might needed to be re put due to not so good tasting cucumbers in the salad. The manara sauce had a really funky taste to it. Might again be due to the freshness. The deserts. I tried one of each and I almost didn't even know what desert pizzas I was eating, and when I bit into it the tastes I received I was not pleased. You guys can do it. I was here 3 years ago and it kept having me coming back for more.

I usually enjoy CiCi's, but today's visit was less than stellar. The food was lukewarm on the buffet, the staff wasn't hospitable, and the one pizza I ordered when I arrived never came. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed.

Pizza is just awesome. Salads let you pick and choose, is always fresh. A little high, but not really, for an all you can eat. I love their dessert pizza and especially their cinnamon rolls. So gooey and good. FRESH!!!

The staff is always very friendly. Restaurant is clean and the food is always well stocked. Attendant was friendly and willing to clear our table when we were through. We are always looking forward to repeat our visits. Thank you

I was in town visiting for my birthday weekend with my grandma, we had decided to come and eat the buffet since it was a while since I have been to cicis. I got a salad to start off with, I got to my table and started to eat, I saw a huge dead bug in my salad. I lost my appetite then and there. I have always loved your salad bar until then.

Somewhat clean. Loud environment. Food is ok. Not impressed with the selection for the cost. Buffet style, pizza, pasta, dessert, salad etc. Service was AMAZING.

One of our go-to restaurants. Sometimes the salad is a little old. Our kids love the pasta and buffet though! My fiance really enjoys playing the games.

Great place to get a quick bite to eat! I arrived at around 11:45 am to eat Lunch. There were already 4-5 other tables of people eating, but the restaurant was still fairly slow. Upon arrival, I waited almost 5 min. at the front door, because there wasn't a cashier. This circumstance delayed me in choosing my food, and being seated. The salad was fresh and tasty, with many choices for salad toppings and dressings. Since there weren't many customers eating, the pizza choices were a little limited (some of the crusts were hard, from sitting so long). Once I'd already eaten, and was on dessert, more fresh pizza selections were set out. I believe it's because more customers were arriving. I only stayed about 25-30 min. As I was leaving many more customers were eating, so additional pizza was set-out.

The salad bar is Great and the Pizza is OK. They have reworked the game room and the kid's loved it. Dessert pizzas were great

Awful. Arrived at 8:30 at night and they said 10pm was closing time. Ok. Great. They employees were mad because customers were coming in. Literally throwing plates. One even broke and shattered almost hitting my kids and me! The manager guy asked my kid if he paid for his food. Like, really??? You didn’t see us pay on your camera? I was pissed at this point. They also didn’t have the dang soup! you only have three options at the buffet and you’re missing one of these. Then when you ask for it and they say it’s coming and it takes 40 minutes? And it’s inedible! We know that soup comes prepared if you ran out How about you let paying customers know, ‘hey we are out of this or that’ so the customer doesn’t feel like they wasted their money and time. Shame how downhill this place has gone. Won’t be back. cheese!

It wasn't overly busy so the pizzas were about average time in being replaced. i think because they were being replaced there were very little variations apart from pepperoni pizza. With this being said the pizza was warm and fresh and the staff were friendly. CiCis Pizza has always been a go-to for my family when we want quick, inexpensive, feed our face, pizza.

Food is ok, but not worthy of over $9 with taxes. The lady at the register was very pleasant. Not a lot of choices on the pizza types, and the cinnamon rolls (or whatever you call them) were pretty old as they were dried out enough to be chewy. Maybe I'm too picky...but I'm not sure I'll be back.

Fresh pizza is constantly being put out. If you want something special, just ask and they will make it. Everyone working there was nice. I just missed hearing the "hi..welcome to CiCi's"

My son ate here with his football buddies, on the way home said the food was decent, atmosphere was good, but the breadsticks his friend got were raw and greasy and disgusting. He would come back again.

Cold pizza had no toppings, about 3 employees were doing their job. Very limited selection. Cinnamon rolls were cold and doughy. Expensive for no reason. Place went downhill from what it used to be.

Went here with my family, two kids and my partner. It's very clean, fast, and the environment is amazing for family fun. The staff are super nice as well. They have a small arcade area with good fun for all ages. Definitely recommend this location.

Very open and awsome. Great space to let the kids have fun and enjoy food. Love the grunted win claw machines my kids love knowing they have unlimited retries.

Actually enjoy my visit with my 3 girls tonight. Busy with a lot of bday parties it looked like but we were able to pay and get right in found a spot fairly easy did have to clean our table up a bit. Nothing bad like either. Like I said they were obviously busy from parties. Now its been 4 to 5 years since my last visit and what a difference to me. Food was better tasting and the they kept pumping pizzas out hot and ready. They need to bring back taco pizza and a better variety while having the buffet wasn't shameful bad just needed to kick it up a notch. Cinnamon tolls and brownies on point as always lol. Can't do half stars so im gonna slide it in with four stars out of five. My girls enjoyed and even agreed it has gotten better and they were satisfied and full so they helped with this decision and review lol.

Store is clean employees are polite then pretty much it's you and stomach filling delight. My little girl and I love the arcade, great for the family and light on the wallet. Definitely the best bang for your buck!
