Horrible service. At checkout, was charged twice for the room. We already paid when we checked in, but then was charged the stay two additional times at check out. Room wasn't bad, the sink was clogged but they fixed it upon request. But after a 30 minute ordeal where we were charged twice extra (so three times total), and the frankly rude service the entire time, will definitely be looking somewhere else to stay next time in Wichita.

Really upset by the consistent terrible customer service. First of all, calling the hotel and getting through to someone is difficult. Not often is the phone picked up! Secondly, they don't care if you are an IHG member regardless of the tier. Lastly, god help you if you do have any billing issues. They are a pain to work with in trying to credit you back or give you points. They just make excuses instead of trying to help solve. Or they tell you it's not their issue and to call IHG. So tired of this place. We will NOT be using this hotel again! Location is good, room and common areas are dated.

Draya and the front end manager offered amazing customer service. All of the staff we encountered were nice and professional. Our rooms were clean and my family of five slept comfortably for the weekend! They also offered one of the best free breakfasts we've had! Not to mention and overall nice facility! If you're a large family staying in Wichita, I'd highly recommend

If you decide to stay here and have an issue don't expect the general manager Stephanie Sparlen or Head of housekeeping Ms. Lorie to assist. They will dismiss you when you call about staff not turning in items, they will hang up on you, they will make up details when Guest relations investigates and will down right lie. Pray you don't have to encounter them

Stuffy, mildew smelling room. AC on all night barely cooled off the room. 7am landscaping outside my window on my one day to catch up on sleep. Broken blackout curtains let the light right in. I'll try a Marriott next time.

Just visiting a friend in from Michigan. Clean courtesy pool was fantastic rooms were large, very pet friendly highly recommended.

We were there for two nights March 2023. Rooms were clean and the bed was great! We found the hair dry did not work and it was replaced with minutes of notifying the desk. Breakfast was pretty good too! We would stay here again!!!

Pleasantly surprised upon seeing the room Full size fridge. Stove..dishwasher...sink..microwave..dishes...pots..pans...silverware..It was like being in an apartment. Loved it! The only problem was when we were trying to check in no one was at the desk and we walked the whole first floor calling out hello to no avail. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting a female appeared to check us in.

The room smelled horrific when we walked in and the windows were open (it was old and windy outside). I called the front desk to report it and then saw vomit on the bed skirt. It was disgusting. When we went to the front desk, no other rooms were available, apparently not in the whole city to accommodate our family. So we had to drive all the way back home and cancel our trip. All of this was inexcusable - biohazards should not be glossed over with an apology - but the insult to injury was the treatment by staff from the front desk, all the way up. They said they were sorry and refunded our stay. If they clean their rooms in a way that this slides by, I have no confidence in the cleanliness and safety of the premises.

This place is very unprofessional I contacted ihg and booked a room at this location cause they showed availability. Went way out of my way super late with my family and young kids . Only to get here and be Met with the rep laughing jokingly well we don't have any reservations available. Me I'm not sure what your talking about I just booked with ihg. Her yeah I can't help you sorry our rooms are dirty. It's 1am how are rooms still dirty. Super unexceptable and looks like I should be rethinking my gold elite account

The hotel was amazing for our extended stay. Very clean and the staff is so accommodating and professional. Kirk on the front desk provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to help me with any questions and fixed my reservation for a seamless stay. All the front desk staff were kind and attentive to our needs and pleasant during a long stay. The room was wonderful and clean. The breakfast is one of the best that I have had at any hotel hands down! I loved the selections offered each day. Monday through Wednesday they host a light hot meal and drinks in the lobby from 5:30p-7:00p and I found that to be a real treat and tasty too. There's fire pits and you can enjoy sitting by the fire in the evening. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who enjoys great food, great accommodations, great staff in a great environment.

Clean, nice room. We arrived late in the evening after a tiring day on the road, and appreciated the person at the desk being so nice. I do wish they had an EV charger like the Home2Suites nearby. *I note that in the hotel's response they say they're looking into EV charging soon. That would be great!

Wow. Amazing...lost for words. Check in was fast, front desk told me they had a happy hour with dinner monday- Wednesday. Free beer, wine, and food Came to my hotel room to find a very clean room, a small kitchen with everything you need to cook in your room. I will definitely be staying at staybrige suites again I am surprised. Pool was closed though so that is sad (it's a outdoor pool) They offer free beer, wine, and food monday
