It is a really nice place to stay for the price. I would have given it five stars if there was access to real coffee other than the room coffee when leaving early before breakfast. Would be great to have access to real coffee.

Room was nice. Clean. Did not really need room cleaned. But this evening there is a homeless guy in the lobby sleeping with a blanket on him. A 1/2 gallon of milk and box of Lucky Charms cereal. There are homeless shelters. I slept in one fir a night in Florida. Front desk clerk did nothing.

Well the bathtub had clearly not been cleaned because there was an old bar of soap on the ledge and shaved hairs all over the bottom of the tub, and one of the mornings I went to hop in the shower around 10 and there was no hot water, but there was hot water when I showered around 9 the other days I stayed and it was one of the cheapest options in Wichita over Thanksgiving so I'm giving it a solid "you get what you pay for"

I called to make reservations and they told me the price would be $68.00, so I checked in and the clerk told me that was a great rate. When I checked out I got a bill for $104.00, as I reviewed the bill, there were charges for tax and services totaling $104.00. Such a ripoff, I'll never stay there again. Wave goodbye.

Honestly this place was fine. The room smelled weird, but was clean for the most part. Lobby had an odor like someone was smoking. Lots of run down or broken furniture too. Breakfast was good and service was just average.

This hotel was SO unpleasant for my family.. Every part in this hotel from the lobby, to the halls, to the rooms, etc. had a terrible odor that smelled like someone smoking pot, and soundproofing was so poor that we could hear TVs and kids screaming from other rooms all night. Inside our rooms, the smell of pot was so bad that even our attempts to mask it with AirWick air fresheners were useless. The bathtub had black gunk in its crevices and faint splotches on the bottom. To make matters worse, our clothes ABSORBED the pot smell, making our stay even more inconvenient. Not to mention other things like the rundown decor in the room, the filthy elevator, and the mysterious brown substance smeared on the wall next our room number sign which only added to the dirty atmosphere this hotel has. Overall, even though I'm used to staying in budget 2-star hotels, I would never stay here again. Thank goodness we only spent just 1 night here.

Very clean hotel. Room was very nice. Close proximity to mall and restaurants. Staff was wonderful to deal with! We will definitely come back here the next time we pass through Wichita!

The place is very clean . It’s in an awesome location. The lady that checked us in was super, super nice! The lady that had to reactivate the room key was pleasant but not friendly. I would recommend this hotel and most definitely will stay again!!

The room was clean, the person at the desk was friendly and the location is convenient to several restaurants. It was fairly loud with highway noise and you could hear people in the hallway very clearly. Other than that, and especially for the price, the hotel was just fine for a stop on our road trip

Room was clean enough, staff was friendly but you really need earplugs to get through the night if you have any intention of sleeping

Location of the motel was perfect but the room was disgusting. Just walking down the hallway it smelled of smoke. After checking n and making it to my room I checked out within 30 minutes of being there n calling Priceline because I booked through them. They offered to refund me my second night but to charge a fee for the first night! I believe I should get my full refund with the conditions my room was in. The wall plug in coming out of the wall is soo unsafe!

Very honest people that work there we left and they called we left super Nintendo and pillow got them back

The hotel was okay. The bed was fine, the room was fine, the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it has mold all over it. The hotel’s claims its 100% smoke free but it Smelled horrible and our bed had burn holes from a cigarette on it! Breakfast was a giant disaster. When we walked in no coffee, no milk, no half/ half, no one working in the kitchen area. Crumbs everywhere. Had to go find help. The lady at checking last night was amazing!

I am currently homeless I have health issues that I needed to take time out and recoup.. the housekeeper theresa was great.. the staff was friendly ..I give Ron a total thumbs up weekend guy he's great he needs a bonus.. I wish they were pet friendly that would make them ideal because I know I'm going to have to go stay there again this time I have my pets with me we are in my car

We had a good visit here at super eight the management was excellent especially Maria, but the maid service was not good because they never came to make up our beds are clean the room but other than that all was great!

The staff was great with all our family staying there. Was very clean n even the guest where friendly . Thank you all for Being so kind in our time sorrow.. God bless you all...🙂

Very bad service... In room bad bags... Breakfast is NO Breakfast.. Front desk say Breakfast serve from 6 to 9 am big lie.. I went 8 30 am all is clean.. Housekeeping lady very rude... Avoid dis place, big time

Do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. Customer service was great but the room smelled horrible, was suppose to be a smoke free room but guess not. Slept the night and had a terrible bug bite, possibly bed bug that ended up with me going to the urgent care when I broke out in very bad rashes. The room were dirty, bed was uncomfortable, didn't look like the room was even cleaned prior.

The room was lovely, I had forgot my 3 necklaces in the room, 2 of them had my crystals on them. When I called up there they were in the lost and found!!! I said thank you Father, there's still good people, besides me, on earth!! 🤩🤩

It was okay... the rooms were ok and cleanliness was alright. I didn't like how I could feel our floor slope down. The curtains are simple and don't cover the windows the best but do alright. They only provide a simple pillow per person so bring more yourself or ask for more. The bathroom has nor ventilation so I was slightly concerned about that. The hotel is older with some pipes on the exterior of the walls. The elevator also shows age as there are missing letters etc.. the only way for someone handicapped can reach their rooms would be to use the east and west entrances since the main enterance is a split level between the 1st and 2nd floors. The breakfast was sufficient like most hotel breakfasts I've been too with a few less options. Overall, if you need a simple place to stay overnight, this hotel will work.

Checked in at 1am for a business trip with my Husband. Customer service was good. Beds weren’t very comfy, there where fruit snacks on the floor when we got to our room... The bedding had cigarette burn holes even though there is no smoking???
