This hotel was tolerable for the first two months we stayed – paying for each month entirely in advance. Our experience at the beginning of the third month was quite different; in fact it was rude, condescending, indignant, and absolutely baffling. My wife and I notified the front desk two hours prior to checkout that we needed to run an errand or two, but we would return before checkout time. In fact, we were 30 min early and I went directly to the office to pay another entire months bill. The manager whom I'm used to dealing with, Leah, was "indisposed in the back room (which was her residence at the time)" and a new employee insisted on "assisting" me. I informed him of our usual arrangement and proffered my MasterCard to charge the balance. He interrupted and told me the owner and manager had "inspected" our room (snooped in my vernacular). Now, I had done all my laundry the night before, therefore six dress shirts were neatly draped over the back of the sofa; the rest of my clothes were packed neatly in a dresser. Otherwise our room was immaculate. This employee stated that the owner and manager "did not like the look of our room" and will not allow us to stay in their motel anymore. I was floored and insulted! My $1000± paid in advance, spotless room, the violation of our privacy, and the audacity to avoid me by sending a poor, innocent, green, clerk to inform me. That's cowardly and immature, not to mention simple bad business. We will certainly never again patronize this motel and the only time its memory shall arise and its name escape my lips is to warn fellow travelers and friends of its poor customer service, substandard accommodations, the obnoxiously loud and rowdy dance club in the same parking lot – La Granja – and relay my recollection of the two major meth lab/drug dealer raids we witnessed during our regrettable stay at "The Executive Inn."

I wish I could give negative stars! I booked online, arrived late at night and NO ONE ANSWERED THE NIGHT WINDOW! They still charged my card for the room, and I have a complaint pending. They did not answer their phone, and I had to drive around town with a crying baby to find a legitimate hotel. Take your business elsewhere!

Was cheap,no deposit, but was clean and warm. Office says it opens at 8 am but they don’t open until 11. Update. My lady stayed there and got bitten by bed bugs.

I can only suggest that you move on to another place. Not good for families stay or young children. This is how do I say it...one of those kind of establishments. I recommend driving east even though it is a distance from the airport your stay will be much more comfortable and they have an indoor pool. Red Roof Plus at Armour and 54. $71bucks. You can leave your gun in the truck at this place. They are cool and polite and decent Clean rooms.

It was pretty quite a Lil dirty but it was quite I wish house keeping was more friendly and willing to help and give especially when a person pays 75$ a night plus tax for the room but the hot tub made up for it I would come back but bring couple blankets fly swatter I wonder if someone died in this room tho its an ominous feeling

One of the cheapest motels in the area though there are quite a few problems first room I was given a room with no heat and when I went to the office I was told it would start to work in about 20 minutes (I know these heaters they don't work like that) about 5 minutes later the guy came to the room to check and promptly gave us another room. The new room's heater also did not work though there was a portable heater and the room was nice and warm. The bathtub was cracked and had a sign that said "showers only" and had a lot of marks on the tub so it looked nasty. Other than those issues the rooms are very nice and clean. And have to mention that the staff was very friendly.

Stayed here one night with double conjoined room. The doors between the rooms were moisture swollen and had to be rammed open! Plug outlets made cords go across walk ways. The tubs are advertised as jacuzzis but don’t work! (We had 2 rooms and neither worked) Our one room door didn’t open or close with out being slammed or rammed with your body to get in. OTHERWISE...rooms are good sized and decent!

This is the dirtiest motel with the least welcoming staff on the west side by far. Housekeeping should be ashamed. Blood on the walls and ceiling... really? Literally 5+ minutes for hot water to start flowing. Good luck getting a room with all working lights and fans. The only thing good about this place is the large amount of space. Even a single bed room is very large. But not worth it!!!

Their parking lot was apparently the perfect place to pass out. Actually I am not sure about that exactly but, I do know that it's an awesome place to come to or at least better than most. They get 5 Stars for not calling the cops on me. Thanks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ this and a small puddle of urine. My Apologies. ਹਲल्ठड.

Wonderful staff, rooms were being cleaned diligently and pricing was reasonable. Close to highway, shopping and various cuisines located within a two block to five block radius. The view of Eisenhower airport at night was beautifully lit up. The room smelled really good and remodeled room was well constructed. Enjoyed the cleaned hot tub experience in my room.

Rooms were nasty. Had to clean it myself before we could get comfortable. But the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful.

Nice and spacious room. Housekeeping thrice a week. I liked the location and price.

We will never come back again. The bath tub was so discussing. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. To have a cleaning lady come in with bleach to clean it was uncalled for. To have the bleach smell in the room the rest of the time were were there hurt my eyes. Never ever again.
